Hiring Kimberly was truly the best decision we made for our wedding. She went above and beyond every step of the way — her communication was amazing, she was incredibly organized, and she made the entire process feel so much less stressful. On the wedding day, everything flowed so smoothly and stayed perfectly on time because of her.
So many of our guests and vendors complimented how wonderful she was and how seamlessly everything was run. She handled every detail with such professionalism and care, which allowed us to actually enjoy our day without worrying about anything. We are beyond grateful and cannot recommend her enough to any couple planning their wedding! 5 stars all the way. -

Kimberly is amazing!
From start to finish, Kimberly was fantastic to work with. She was enthusiastic and worked hard to make sure our wedding was perfect. She was very responsive and quick to return my questions. She managed the venue and vendors with professionalism and made sure the day ran smoothly. She understood our budget and made sure to find vendors within that. Our wedding was perfect in every way and it wouldn’t have been possible with our her organization and thoughtfulness to get every detail right. -

Five stars truly aren’t enough. Bringing in Kimberly during the final weeks before our wedding was one of the best decisions we made.
We had a very DIY-heavy wedding with many personal details, and she stepped in seamlessly, quickly understanding our vision and taking so much stress off our shoulders. From organizing décor and managing timelines to handling last-minute details, she went above and beyond in every way.
Because of her, we were able to be fully present and enjoy our wedding day. We are so beyond grateful and cannot recommend her highly enough.

Full review:
My now husband and I had a big wedding at the Disneyland Hotel, and Disney does not handle any personal floral or decor, so we knew we would need help! We hired Kimberly for her full day of coordination service for things not provided by Disney, and it was one of the best decisions we made.
When I first reached out, she responded quickly to let me know of her services and to set up a call. I was already pretty set on hiring her from the reviews I'd seen, but the call was also extremely helpful!
After hearing about our details, she recommended a DJ for us to request from Disney, who was absolutely perfect for our wedding!
In the weeks leading up to the wedding, Kimberly checked in to see how I was doing and if I needed help with anything, even though I had only hired her for the day of coordination, which was so kind and thoughtful!
We had a large wedding with over 250 guests, and our bridal party was huge as well, so there were a lot of moving parts.
I was pretty frantic the morning of our wedding as I had overslept with so much left to do. Kimberly was so helpful with everything - and really helped reduce and lessen my stress, which as anyone getting married would know, is priceless!
Kimberly and her husband handled all of our personal items so well! Several of which had to be set up multiple times (e.g for the ceremony and then for cocktail hour or for cocktail hour and for the reception). We had multiple guestbooks, some of which had multiple parts, multiple card boxes, favors for each family that had to be set up alphabetically (~150 bags), a huge memorial table full of pictures that I wanted set up in a very specific way, reserved row signs, a welcome sign, Filipino shawls for the wedding godmothers, custom bar signs, Venmo signs for the money dance etc.
We also enlisted their help last minute to help guide people to their table for the reception because of the way our seating chart was set up. Some cousins were supposed to help with that but got caught up in the moment and forgot! But Kimberly and Travis handled it themselves and made sure everything went smoothly!
At the end of the night, she and Travis made sure to pack up all of our personal items and bring them back to our getting ready room.
Kimberly and Travis also worked seamlessly with the Disney staff and other vendors! After the reception ended, I realized I had lost track of my Disney bouquet, to which I had attached irreplaceable sentimental items, and Kimberly, who was on her way home, texted our Disney day of coordinator to help us find it in the nick of time!!
If Kimberly was this fantastic with just day of service, I can't even imagine how incredible she is with full planning.
I absolutely recommend her to anyone and everyone!
Brides and grooms - do yourself a favor and hire her!!! -

They were also highly adaptable in accommodating our busy schedule and helping us stay on track. The quality of their work was truly exceptional - they captured amazing footage throughout our wedding day and ensured that every small detail was seamlessly finalized. For example Kimberly and Travis arranged all of our personal decor for our ceremony and reception, and it came out perfect! Kimberly and her husband went above and beyond in their service, and I would wholeheartedly recommend their full planning package to any couple in need of a reliable, thoughtful, and superb wedding coordinator!

We hired Kimberly (and Travis) as our Personal Coordinators for our daughter's wedding at Disneyland Resort. We had a number of personal items that we needed set up and taken down at the ceremony, pre-reception, and reception, and Disney does not handle those items. As MotB, I couldn't be in two places at once, let alone more than that, so I needed help on the wedding day, and Kimberly was perfect in every way! She was a Disney bride herself, so she knows the process inside and out. She came to us highly recommended by our Disney wedding planning team, and she has earned every bit of her good reputation.
While we only needed her services for the day of our wedding, she was in contact with us many times beforehand, always with helpful advice, lots of enthusiasm, and good questions that made me feel confident that everything would go just as well as if I could have done it myself. If you are a Disneyland Bride, don't think twice, hire her now! She can also plan your entire event and works in many locations, so if you need even more help, I would definitely recommend her. -

Awesome to work with and ensured our big day went well!
My now husband and I came across Kimberly on some Facebook wedding groups. We got married at one of the Anaheim Disney hotels and Disney requires an outside day of coordinator. Kimberly’s work ethic is impressive and her care and commitment came across in every interaction we had with her whether by text, phone, or in person. I liked her immediately after our screening call with her–and to boot, she took this call with us while she was on vacation.
As she is also a former Disney bride, she was able to provide invaluable advice both from the perspective of a former bride as well as a planner who’s worked several Disney weddings. She knew both our ceremony and reception sites inside and out. Her planning team consists of her and her husband Travis and he is also very easy to work with. She had so many ideas which helped make our amazing wedding day even better, and was not offended even when we didn’t go with some ideas–but we did go with many of her suggestions. In particular, I appreciated her help narrowing down my choices for my hair and makeup vendor, as there were so many from which to choose. If my husband and I ever have a vow renewal some day, I would not hesitate to hire Kimberly again! -

My wife and I wanted a Disney planner for our outside planner/day of coordinator that Disneyland requires. Kimberly hit it out of the park! She is communicative via text, email and phone. Has great ideas. We often would bounce different ideas off her from everything from table numbers and how to slim down our overall budget. Does great add ons (her signage is wonderful!). She ended up putting out our DIY items @ Brisa Courtyard and Sequoia Ballroom for us. Our wedding would not be ½ the event without her. She met with us in person and over phone multiple times and her advice as both a former Disney bride and now a planner was invaluable. I would highly recommend her to any couple that needs a planner without any reservation. -

Choosing Kimberly's Ever After Planning as our day-of coordinator was one of the best wedding planning decisions we made. From the very first interaction, their communication was always timely, detailed, and friendly. Kimberly and her husband were truly passionate about their work, and it showed in every aspect of our day. They were punctual, flexible, and made the entire process fun and stress-free. I particularly enjoyed watching them quietly communicate with each other to coordinate big moments, like when they were waiting for their queue to open the big double doors for me to walk down the aisle. Getting to quietly witness that passion for their work put a smile on my face. Their obvious love for what they do was infectious and made our wedding day that much more amazing. It was also so convenient to rent our photobooth through Kimberly, it made for one less vendor for me to have to coordinate and it was great having the photobooth there for as long as we had coordinating. They brought fun props too!! I cannot recommend Kimberly's Ever After Planning highly enough! -

Kimberly’s Ever After Planning is the whole reason my day went so smoothly and I didn’t spend the whole day worrying.
I hired Kimberly’s Ever After Planning for outside day of coordination for my Disneyland Hotel Wedding. From the moment I booked them, I felt a weight lifted off my shoulders. I knew that my DIY & Personal items would be handled carefully and nobody from the wedding party or any guests would have to take time out of their day to set it up.
I had lots of communication from Kimberly from the moment I booked with her until the wedding day. Kimberly and her husband Travis had the same venues as we did for their own wedding, plus she has worked many Disneyland weddings as a planner, so I knew she was someone I could trust to know all the details & peculiarities when having a Disneyland Wedding.
On the day of the wedding I just showed Kimberly and Travis all the items I had, I had binned them up and labeled them, and they handled everything from then on. I didn’t need to worry about anything while I was getting my hair & makeup done because they were handling it all and updating me occasionally.
Kimberly even ran to get a tide pen for me from my hotel room when I spilled cupcake on my white shirt!
At the end of the reception, Kimberly & Travis packed up all my items and they were so smooth at it, I didn’t even notice them while I was dancing with my friends!
I also hired Kimberly’s Ever After Planning for content creation, and once everything was set up, Kimberly and Travis got so much footage of behind the scenes, the ceremony, and reception footage. I didn’t know if I wanted to spend the money on a videographer & hiring them for content creation was a happy medium.
I definitely recommend hiring Kimberly’s Ever After Planning, especially if you’re having a Disneyland Wedding. They know what they’re doing, and they’re going to take care of you, and care about making your day special just as much as you do. -

Grant and Tays Wedding was PERFECT
Kim planned my sister-in-laws wedding and everything, down to the last detail, was absolutely perfect!!! She was on Tay and Grants side every step of the way and made sure they had the picture-perfect wedding they had always dreamt of! Absolutely loved working with her!!
We hired Kim as our wedding planner about 9 months before our wedding. At that time, we had almost no idea of what we wanted or where we wanted it. We knew we wanted a fall wedding in Flagstaff and that was about it! Kim was ABSOLUTELY ESSENTIAL in our planning and made the entire process so easy and fun!!! I absolutely loved working with her. She was so easy to trust and I had the easiest time just allowing her to do what needed to be done-and that is really saying something for me as I tend to have a hard time relinquishing control! She was integral in finding vendor options for us and helping us find things within our budget. She listened to what we wanted and asked the right questions to help us figure out what that even was! Kim and Travis clearly enjoy what they do, and are so genuine in their care and excitement for your big day. They took care of things that I’m sure I don’t even know about. Our wedding day went seamlessly and was so fun and I know it was because we had them leading it! If you are hesitating about hiring them, DON’T. You will not regret it. I could continue to ramble on and on about how much I loved them, but the moral of the story is that they are phenomenal at what they do and you should have hired them yesterday. -

Fairy Godmother of Weddings
If you are a Disney Bride you NEED to hire Kimberly and her husband Travis as your Day of Coordinators! I cannot thank them enough!! My wedding was such a dream come true and I couldn’t have done it without them.
From the start Kimberly was very supportive, I was having constant panic attacks due to how much stress I was having. I met with her and her husband for coffee and I had instant relief! Kimberly insured me that everything will be perfect, she wasn’t wrong!
From doing our ceremony music, setting up all my decor for the ceremony and reception. I thought my husband and I forgot our lightsabers in our dressing room for our battle and nope! Kimberly had them ready for us at our reception. The reception decor was perfectly done!
If you want your wedding day to be less stressful and have nothing to worry about you need to hire Kimberly!! Absolutely highly highly recommend!! You won’t be disappointed!

A true Fairy Godmother
Kimberly truly was my “Fairy Godmother” for the 11 months we worked together. She guided me through everything and recommended amazing vendors. From my hair and makeup to the bakery she went above and beyond for everything. All of my friends and family at the wedding wanted to check on me and make sure I wasn’t too stressed but I wasn’t stressed at all because I knew Kimberly had everything handled. She had a solution for everything and was always right on top of it! I see her more as a friend than a wedding planner, she made my wedding day exactly what I was imagining. WOW!!! So many amazing things to say about Kimberly and her hubbie assistant. From the get go Kim made herself super available for phone calls and texts. She even made sure we talked prior to booking to make sure it was a good fit!
I hired her as a day of coordinator, and I’m SO happy I did. I had a stress free wedding day because I trusted Kimberly to create the vision!
It was so fun sending her pics and decor throughout the planning process, you can tell she genuinely loves what she does and wants you as the bride to have the best day ever!

Best coordinators ever!
The experience I had with Kim & Travis was more than amazing. From the moment we had our first meeting, I knew I wanted to have them as our coordinators right away. Their vibes were phenomenal and I knew I could trust them immediately. Not once was I ever disappointed in my planning process or on my wedding day. I always felt heard and seen if I had any issues with my venue and/or vendors, for I would express them to Kim and she fixed them immediately. As a bride, I felt so comfortable, I often found myself asking for advice from Kim and she always gave the most positive advice anytime I felt stressed. She's such a joy to have around and to contact 24-7. Kim & Travis paid so much attention to detail in our conversations, they even kept a white claw and a shot of whiskey ready for my husband & I when we were done with taking our wedding photos! We didn't even ask them to do that but they remembered what exactly we enjoyed drinking and decided to have that ready for us which we thought was so thoughtful and considerate! It was so nice to have that since it was our first toast as husband and wife! (We're not fans of champagne😂) On the day of the wedding, I was having issues with my bustle but kim was always on duty and ready, fixing it whenever it needed to be fixed. They both checked on us to see how we were doing throughout the wedding and I'm so grateful that they cared. I genuinely cannot recommend Kim & Travis enough. They went above and beyond and I am so thankful to have had them with us during the planning process and on our wedding day. You will not regret booking them! -

Kimberly was seriously a Godsend! She swooped in only a week before my wedding which was on 7/1/23, to help coordinate and serve people at the wedding (my original planner dropped the ball on servers). I was very panicky and extremely stressed out because I was the one left to deal with scrambling to find servers. Kimberly showed extreme kindness and so much positivity when I told her what I was going through! Not only was she able to get a team together consisting of herself and 3 other servers, but she also let me know about the social media coverage she was able to do the day of! I’m beyond grateful for her and her positive spirit. Kimberly was a breath of fresh air and was seriously the SWEETEST planner we’ve come across this far. I am so thankful for her great energy and for the job she and her team did as the servers at my wedding! She extended herself above and beyond for me and my groom, making sure that we had everything we needed ALL DAY. A wedding planner should always be sweet, accommodating, communicative, and should take stress off of the couple getting married and Kimberly did just that. She was very professional and communicated frequently by getting back to me super quick when I had questions. She and her team (her husband included) are absolutely awesome! After doing some research, my husband and I decided that it would be a good idea to hire a wedding planner to help bring our wedding day vision to life. We sat down with Kimberly, and it was the best decision we ever made! We decided that the full service package would be the best option for us which included not only day-of coordination, but assistance in researching, recommending and hiring vendors, looking over contracts, vendor referrals and managing communication with all vendors and staff throughout the wedding planning process. Kimberly went above and beyond to make our day so special! Kim is professional and prompt in all of her communication. It’s especially nice to have someone you can rely on and trust day of so you can relax and enjoy the magic of the day. Wow. Kim is incredibly detail oriented. Making sure all of the signage was correct and little details like hidden mickeys around the room. The centerpieces were perfect - just like Cinderella.

I attended my niece’s wedding and it was the most amazing wedding that I’ve ever attended. I knew that she was very particular about the wedding she wanted. She was under a lot of stress planning it with so many different things to juggle. She wouldn’t trust anyone else to help her…including her dear Aunt. Luckily, a friend told her about Kimberly and she reluctantly tried her out. The change in my niece was dramatic! Her stress level fell and she was able to find joy in the planning process. Kimberly was able to attend to all the little details that were important to my niece - Kimberly even had a lot of great suggestions herself. My niece was able to get the wedding of her dreams. Kimberly was a bride sanity saver!

The first thing that drew me to Kimberly's Ever After Planning was her pictures! I was doing a fairytale themed wedding and her Disney wedding pictures were stunning! When I reached out to Kimberly, she responded so quickly! I appreciated that because sometimes it took my other vendors a day or two to respond.
Anyway, Kimberly immediately put me at ease with her positivity and her desire to make my wedding the best it could be. She cared about my wedding as if she was planning her own wedding. I don’t know how I could have gotten through my wedding day without Kimberly! She is so sweet and helpful! She was there for the rehearsal walk through and made sure everything was ready to go for my wedding day. She was early as my day of coordinator and even though my venue had a coordinator, Kimberly went above and beyond making my day perfect. She dealt with my vendors and when my photographer was taking pictures in one area, Kimberly even took in upon herself to take pictures and then send them to me at the end of the night. I only hired one photographer and she couldn’t be in two places at once. I’m so glad Kimberly took those extra pictures and it was so sweet to have those pictures until I received my professional ones!Kimberly’s Ever After Planning's reply:

I am so glad I found Kimberly's Ever After Planning! I found her through a friend who used her for their wedding. She was our most responsive vendor we hired.
Whenever I emailed her, she quickly responded back. I never felt forgotten about as a bride, which I appreciated. On the day of my wedding, she arrived early and checked in with me to make sure I was doing well and if I needs anything. It made me feel so at ease having her by my side. She showed how much she cared about my wedding that even my guests comment how great she was. One of the nicest things she did was take pictures during my wedding and behind the scenes. She messaged them to me at the end of the night, so I immediately had photos from my wedding to look. On your big day, she'll not only be your coordinator, but she'll be your bestie, hype girl, personal assistant and will help you keep your sanity! She was by my side the whole day and made sure everything ran smoothly! She wiped my tears, talked to me, and calmed me down when I began feeling anxious, and made sure I did not have to lift a finger! I already want to plan a vow renewal just to have an excuse to have her coordinate our event again! She is worth every penny. Seriously, book her!
