My husband and I had our wedding at Padua Hills Theater in June last year, and were lucky enough to work with the team at Entertainment Express as part of the process. Padua Hill’s only required vendor is Entertainment Express because the venue was fitted with a sound system specifically for Entertainment, and the quality of the experience was one of the main reasons we ended up hosting our wedding at Padua. The team was so thoughtful and thorough during our planning process, helping us consider different options for lighting, timeline, and songs for the processional, first dance, etc. One of the key things we wanted to include during our wedding was having a song our friend wrote and recorded be a song that played during our cocktail hour as an Easter egg for our friend to experience. Getting to share that moment with him when he realized his song was playing was a highlight to our wedding Entertainment Express brought to life. The team was also really helpful in helping us transition through the different points of our wedding, and made the day feel super cohesive. While our experience was specific to Padua, there’s no doubt EE wouldn’t be able to make events at other venues feel just as special.

A lot of people warned me that wedding planning would be incredibly stressful. Thankfully I hired InStyle Event Company and that was NOT the case! We worked with Courtney for about a year and in that time we grew to adore her as a person and appreciate her as an extremely talented and organized wedding planner that proved how much she cared about what we wanted by going above and beyond to make our wedding day dreams come true. We put our trust in her, which was frankly very easy to do, and it definitely paid off. Her passionate and easy going personality is infectious - one conversation with her and you'll know what I mean! During our initial consultation my husband and I told her (very different stories) of what we each envisioned for our wedding, and she was so intuitive that she recommended the exact venue we would end up picking on the spot (even after looking at about 6 others). It amazes me how quickly she was able to pick up on each of our visions and help find a place where they intersected that ultimately exceeded both of our expectations. With her wide network of vendors we were able to put together the perfect "dream team", and on the day of we knew we could just BREATHE and live in the moment, trusting that the details of our day were in great hands. Every bride and groom deserves to have that kind of positive experience, and to look back on the most exciting time of their lives with fond memories. It makes me sad that so many people told me that wedding planning was stressful, because I know it doesn't have to be! I thank Courtney so much for our experience, and I can't say enough good things about her. If it's not clear, I absolutely give my highest recommendation for anyone considering a planner, to go with Courtney and her team. There's no price we could possibly put on the value that InStyle Event Co. brought. Thank you, Courtney, we absolutely love you!

If you are looking for a wedding planner, look no further. Lauren Godsil should be your first choice. Planning a wedding was something I always thought would be right up my ally-- heck no, I was wrong! I was not interested in dealing with all of the details, I just wanted to say "I do," break the glass and start dancing. Lauren and I were in touch about 2 weeks before my wedding, and what a perfect time for her to come into my life! This was right at the point where I was going to lose my mind and Lauren helped put me at total ease. She dealt with all of the vendors and came up with an entirely new to-do list of stuff I hadn't even thought about. Lauren was a true superhuman the day of the wedding as well. If there was something that needed to get done, she just did it her self (which was totally not a part of her contract!). Lauren comes off as soft spoken- but don't be fooled, she is a true boss-lady! She dealt with the inevitable things that go wrong the day of the wedding before I even had a chance to notice, and put all the divas in their place-- in her very sweet, calm, cool and collected manner. Long story short, Lauren is your girl. Look no further :) .... and if you really want to be on Lauren's good side, give her a nice bottle of red wine!
