We had our wedding at Eden Gardens, and booking the venue requires you to hire their partner Velvet Alley for wedding coordination (or buying them out), but we ultimately took the full coordination package … and their assistance with the entire event was invaluable. Soltana was an amazing addition to our planning team, and that is coming from a couple who is fiercely independent, self-sufficient and has high expectations. Her business was queer friendly, and never made us feel uncomfortable or like we needed to explain our wedding wishes. Soltana was detail oriented, highly-competent, easy to communicate with, ready to answer questions, very willing to help us solve problems, and positive when talking to us. We can honestly say that dealing with Soltana was a highlight of our wedding planning process and our big day would not have been as smooth without her. Overall, our wedding was amazing.

Due to rainy weather looming, we made some changes on the fly on the morning of the event but Brenna was able to keep up and roll with the punches. She seamlessly worked with our limo company and caterer and all the other vendors to adjust timing and location at the venue- the whole ceremony and cocktail hour had to move indoors. I was a nervous wreck because of all the last-minute adjustments but the afternoon continued like it had always been planned that way! Could not have been happier with the way it was all handled- and I didn’t have to do a thing!

Working with Laila was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. She went above and beyond in every possible way. From the very beginning, she helped with absolutely everything—big decisions, tiny details, and all the chaos in between. She’s incredibly organized, refreshingly honest, and truly keeps it real, which made the entire planning process feel so much easier and so much more enjoyable. Our wedding day itself was impeccably coordinated. Every timeline, every person, every detail flowed seamlessly because of her. We each had our own assistant the day of, which made it unbelievably easy for us to stay calm, feel supported, and be fully present. We didn’t have to worry about a single thing. Our families noticed it, our bridal party noticed it, and we felt it—everything ran perfectly from start to finish. Our wedding was everything we dreamed of, and it’s because of Laila. I cannot recommend her enough. She is truly exceptional at what she does.
