David Klass created my dream ring. As a very particular individual, and after going to many jewelers, trying to design my ring. David Klass was the only place to make it happen. A few things I love about David Klass 1) Amy - she truly goes above and beyond. She made sure my ring was exactly how I wanted it to be. She sent us multiple cads and ring moldings in a few different arrangements. She made herself available to talk through the design on multiple occasions. And even after I received my final ring and there was one thing I wish I would have improved on the design (a design error I made not DK), she offered to make that change and recast the ring with absolutely no hassle. This happened not once but twice ... yes that's right, she recast my ring twice due to me finding something I wanted changed after receiving the final ring (I say again, the change was my fault NOT DK). Point is that they were so kind to make the improvement for me and never made me feel bad or gave any hassle. They truly wanted me to have the ring of dreams. 2) The cost - Our ring was designed with so much more detail than what we saw at other jewelers and it was significantly cheaper than what we were quoted at other jewelers to make similar with less detail 3) Customer Service - they do not ask for a dime until you are completely satisfied with the design and they do not charge you for additional CADs or anything like that. They really make sure that you are satisfied with the jewelry. I felt like I was treated so very well at DK, even with my particular eye, they were kind, welcoming, and motivated/determined to design the ring exactly how I wanted it 4) The quality - as I stated above, I am super particular. My ring is absolutely perfect. I can't recommend them enough they are super easy to work with, great cost and just good people, a good company.

I love the wedding band my fiance and I purchased from Multi Auction. I found a picture of the ring online and called to order it. Michelle, from Customer Service, was absolutely phenomenal. She was sweet, helpful and followed up over e-mail to make sure we were happy with the ring. I love the ring. It's simple, but unique and suits me perfectly. I'm so excited to wear it for the rest of my life.

Hubby and I have been married for 36 years and wanted to invest in a new engagement ring though my original one was beautiful as well. We gifted that one to our youngest daughter. In any case, Gloria helped me pick just the right diamond to go with the band we picked out. It wasn't about the biggest or most expensive but the quality is what took precedence. She responded to each of my text and was in constant communication throughout the whole process. Do I highly recommend Javda.com? Absolutely !!
