She was sweet, helpful and followed up over e-mail to make sure we were happy with the ring. I love the ring. It's simple, but unique and suits me perfectly. I was desperately searching invaluable for a specific style of art deco diamond ring when I came along Multi auction. They had a nice art deco ring that was exactly what I was looking for so I signed up to bid and placed an absentee bid 2 days in advance. I won the item and picked up a rolex watch as well. Both items came in last week and I am extremely pleased with both. Exactly as described and verified by my local jeweler. I would absolutely bid with them again.

I worked with Michelle to find an engagement ring. I have a great continued experience with this company. I own several jewelry stores in Boston. After trying out a few pieces that I won in the auction online, I decided to phone them up and hook up a reseller deal. The items sell through as some of the fastest in my store. The prices are great so I have enough for a decent markup without overpricing for the customers. I’ve been very pleased with the merchandise thus far.

I want to thank Multi Auction Services for helping me find the ring with everything I wanted. Michelle took the time ask what I wanted in a ring and what style my fiancé would like to see in her ring. I won an engagement ring in the auction but wasn’t sure if it was the perfect choice. After finding the perfect ring, I was able to alter my initial order and use it as credit for an even nicer ring. I waited until then to explain that I suffered from a champagne taste with a beer budget.

Michelle then showed me how we could make the perfect ring fit within my budget. She was able to find the same style ring in white gold and a diamond that was not quite as large as the 2ct monster that I had my eye on, however the diamond that we were able to find had a sparkle that would catch your eye from across the room. In the end I got a ring that far exceeded my expectations and within my budget.

I realized a 2ct total weight stud meant that each earring was 1ct each so I asked if we could upgrade the ring. After researching online extensively they really gave us an amazing price deal. The service we received was excellent. Their expertise, attention to detail,and friendly demeanor will guarantee that we return. The diamonds look great, no visible inclusions, color is not yellow, setting is nicely placed. Very pleased with the purchase and will return again.
