Wonderful experience working with Raffi. He was referred to me from a close family friend who has worked with him for decades. He made my friend’s engagement rings and helped us through the whole process. He met with my fiancé and me and showed us actual stones we would be able to purchase based on what we were roughly looking for, vs the big box stores who only have “floor models” to look at. We picked a stone and designed a ring together. Starting from knowing nothing, Raffi was patient and helped me feel confident in my choice. The cost was very reasonable, and he sent me design renderings and made sure the ring came out right. Could not ask for a better experience. Oh, and she said YES!
