When our venue required a month-of coordinator, I wasn’t entirely sure what the experience would be like, but working with Samantha Hall Events exceeded every expectation. Samantha stepped in about five weeks out and immediately brought an incredible level of organization, professionalism, and calm to the process (which I very much needed at the time!). She seamlessly managed logistics, timelines, and vendor communication, ensuring nothing fell through the cracks as we headed into our wedding. Her attention to detail and ability to anticipate needs made the entire experience stress-free and allowed us to truly enjoy our wedding day. David was absolutely amazing. We had hired him to be our "Day-of coordinator" but, he was so much more. We had hired a coordinator prior to David that had left us hanging until it was time for payment after the deposit. David came to us as a referral from our florist, Annie, from Little Blue Hummingbird. David had monthly check-ins leading up to the month before our wedding which became weekly check ins. For the day of our wedding we thought he would only have 1 or 2 assistants but showed up with a whole team with radios and microphones. David built our whole lighting set up, arranged the entire setup of our reception, handled particular relatives, bussed tables, provided water service, cutting and serving our cake and did the tidying and tear down after the party was over! David was fully available to us at all times and was on top of all our vendors. He definitely created a seamless magical day for us. David is an award winning coordinator and we definitely can see why. We were able to enjoy our day and all of our family could not stop complementing the care David gave us on our day. We definitely were lucky and blessed to have had David as our coordinator.

Our wedding in October 2025 was perfect thanks to Nicole. She was our day of coordinator and we started working together about a month in advance making sure we ironed out all the details and were all on the same page. On the wedding day, she was well prepared for any mishap and ready to improvise when needed. A real pro! She set up our ceremony area beautifully, put some final touches on our reception area, set up our dessert table, and even helped out at the bar. She really took care of my husband and I. Because of her, I was able to relax and truly enjoy my wedding. She’s so sweet and kind and speaks Spanish which was a huge plus for us. Nicole was amazing and I think at this point she’s even an honorary member of our family because she’s been my cousins coordinator, mine, and she’ll be my brothers coordinator next year. Thank you Nicole!!

Wow! Erica was truly a godsend. She joined our vendor team just three weeks out from our wedding date, and we are beyond grateful she did! My husband and I were planning a wedding at a private home in Hancock Park for 120 guests, and we were doing our best to handle everything on our own. About a month before the big day, we realized how stressed we were and that we desperately needed a day-of coordinator if we actually wanted to enjoy our wedding. Enter Erica. From the very first call, she was responsive, flexible with scheduling, proactive, and such a clear communicator. She walked us through exactly what she would provide, but in the end she went above and beyond in every single way. As soon as we shared our vendor contacts, she immediately introduced herself as the point of contact, ironing out details, troubleshooting issues we did not even know existed, and helping us think through last-minute tasks and potential concerns. She was incredibly thorough in learning my vision for the day, and she absolutely nailed it. Our wedding went seamlessly thanks to her. She elevated empty spaces like the bars with extra flowers and candles that I had not even thought to place, and the effect was beautiful. If there were any problems on the wedding day, I truly had no idea because she handled everything so gracefully. She protected our peace, made sure we felt cared for, and kept things moving along even as my husband and I made changes to the schedule in real time such as photos running long or guests arriving early. Our guests even commented on how helpful she was in directing them and keeping the flow going. Erica also anticipated the little things that made such a difference. When it came time to cut the cake, I suddenly realized I had forgotten to set out the cake-cutting tools, but of course Erica had already taken care of it. She ensured our vendors were well-fed and even checked for dietary needs. She managed transportation hiccups, including calming me down during an 11pm panic call, and oversaw cleanup so well that when we returned to the house the next day it was pretty much spotless. What impressed me most was how she worked so diligently behind the scenes without ever inserting herself unnecessarily. I barely saw her the entire day, yet everything ran like clockwork. At the same time, she is warm, sweet, and genuinely kind. She looked out for us in every way and made sure we could actually soak in and enjoy our wedding. We had originally considered paying a friend to be our coordinator, and looking back, that would have been absolutely crazy. Hiring Erica was one of the best decisions we made. She made our wedding not only possible, but magical. I would recommend her a thousand times over. Hopefully I will not be getting married again, but if I did, I would not dream of doing it without Erica.

We worked with Melanie at So Smitten for our October 2024 wedding and cannot say enough positive things! We went with the Darling Design Silver package (design + day-of coordination) and Melanie was thoughtful, creative, and a joy to work with! The spreadsheets helped us stay organized and sane and Melanie came to each design meeting bursting with ideas (while being a great listener to our ideas as well). Her generosity, professionalism, and enthusiasm made the planning process stress-free and our wedding day truly memorable. Even with a small hiccup with our videography day-of, our wedding day was PERFECT because Melanie handled everything like a pro (and we did not even know anything went wrong until the next day). I cannot think of a better compliment than this!

She was honestly so kind and caring and just her organization, calm presence, and attention to detail allowed us to fully enjoy our day without stress. She truly made our wedding day one that we will never forget!
