Erica Lauren Events provided 5 star service all around from start to finish. She was always on time, thorough, and recommended incredible vendors for our wedding. We gave her the vision we had and she knew exactly how to execute it. If there's one thing i'm really happy about incorporating into our wedding day, it is hands down our planner. Her calm positive energy during the wedding day really helped us to relax and enjoy our big day as well. She even made really good suggestions in terms of the layout for the wedding that saved us money. I highly recommend using her services!

Wow! Erica was truly a godsend. She joined our vendor team just three weeks out from our wedding date, and we are beyond grateful she did! My husband and I were planning a wedding at a private home in Hancock Park for 120 guests, and we were doing our best to handle everything on our own. About a month before the big day, we realized how stressed we were and that we desperately needed a day-of coordinator if we actually wanted to enjoy our wedding. Enter Erica. From the very first call, she was responsive, flexible with scheduling, proactive, and such a clear communicator. She walked us through exactly what she would provide, but in the end she went above and beyond in every single way. As soon as we shared our vendor contacts, she immediately introduced herself as the point of contact, ironing out details, troubleshooting issues we did not even know existed, and helping us think through last-minute tasks and potential concerns. She was incredibly thorough in learning my vision for the day, and she absolutely nailed it. Our wedding went seamlessly thanks to her. She elevated empty spaces like the bars with extra flowers and candles that I had not even thought to place, and the effect was beautiful. If there were any problems on the wedding day, I truly had no idea because she handled everything so gracefully. She protected our peace, made sure we felt cared for, and kept things moving along even as my husband and I made changes to the schedule in real time such as photos running long or guests arriving early. Our guests even commented on how helpful she was in directing them and keeping the flow going. Erica also anticipated the little things that made such a difference. When it came time to cut the cake, I suddenly realized I had forgotten to set out the cake-cutting tools, but of course Erica had already taken care of it. She ensured our vendors were well-fed and even checked for dietary needs. She managed transportation hiccups, including calming me down during an 11pm panic call, and oversaw cleanup so well that when we returned to the house the next day it was pretty much spotless. What impressed me most was how she worked so diligently behind the scenes without ever inserting herself unnecessarily. I barely saw her the entire day, yet everything ran like clockwork. At the same time, she is warm, sweet, and genuinely kind. She looked out for us in every way and made sure we could actually soak in and enjoy our wedding. We had originally considered paying a friend to be our coordinator, and looking back, that would have been absolutely crazy. Hiring Erica was one of the best decisions we made. She made our wedding not only possible, but magical. I would recommend her a thousand times over. Hopefully I will not be getting married again, but if I did, I would not dream of doing it without Erica.

I haven't had my wedding party yet, so I will follow up with a complete review (in September) but honestly the planning process has been such a breeze. Erica has been thorough and pays attention to every detail so I don't have to. She has been a HUGE help in planning my San Diego wedding party. The vendors she finds / uses are all catered to what we discussed and what I want for my wedding party. She is quick to respond, flexible and able to get the job done. Her positive mindset and can do attitude are what make her stand out above the rest. There is always a solution to any obstacle that may come up (and when planning a wedding during Covid times, things DO come up). I'd recommend her again and again to anyone who needs assistant in planning an event or wedding!!

Erica is an events pro! We worked with her for several events, including a virtual gala, a virtual meeting series and a hybrid virtual/in-person gala. She was professional, prompt, organized and fun to work with! She brought with her her many years of in-person event planning experience and a willingness to learn how to execute virtual events flawlessly. There is no one better!

Erica made our wedding so special from start to finish. I tried NOT to be Bridezilla (I may have had my moments) and Erica never once let me see her sweat when I probably asked too much. I realized early on that Erica was as much a perfectionist as I am so if anything did go wrong at any time, we never knew it because it was already handled! Everyone had such a great time and are still talking about the night and how flawless it was. There's no way we could have been able to organize such a beautiful event by ourselves, and (almost!) totally stress free. Erica is thorough and thoughtful with an amazing flair for communication and follow up. Hire her for your wedding or any kind of event really, you will not be disappointed!!
