There aren’t enough words to express what Lexi meant to me throughout this journey. People say “it takes a village” to plan a wedding, and if that’s true, Lexi was the mayor of mine. She didn’t just help plan my wedding — she made it more meaningful, personal, and beautiful than I ever dreamed.
From the start, she was by my side in every way. When I second-guessed myself, she grounded me and made every decision feel exciting instead of stressful. She made everything about who my husband and I are and what we envisioned.
Her care and attention to detail are unmatched. She leaves no stone unturned, stays two steps ahead, and still makes you feel like you’re her only bride. She answered every question, calmed every worry, and brought joy to a process people often say is overwhelming.
Because of her, our wedding day felt like us in every way. She advocated for us, protected our vision, and handled things I didn’t even know needed handling. I’ll never stop being grateful. She didn’t just plan a wedding — she gave me peace and the ability to be fully present.
If you’re planning your wedding, do yourself the biggest favor and hire Lexi. She will love your vision, fight for you, and make your bridal dreams come to life in ways you didn’t know were possible.

Without much knowledge or guidance, something we did know we were looking for in prospective vendors was for the vendor to be a "human". Like, someone whose business is built upon their personal involvement and interaction with you. In my intro chat with Lexi, she was so genuine and friendly, yet totally professional and focused. I simultaneously wanted to become best friends and hand over the reigns to our wedding, and that never changed during the six months between booking and wedding. We initially booked her for day-of coordination, which would kick off 4-6 weeks before the date, but we ended up asking her to start earlier. We also ended up having to reschedule our date - only by a week - but there was kind of a long time before we could finalize the new date, and she handled all of that with grace, understanding, and unwavering support. When the wedding was only a couple weeks away, her involvement kicked into high gear and she was such a source of encouragement and relief as everything else started to feel more stressful. There was literally nothing you could say or do that would make her go "oh no, I don't know how to solve this". During the first half of the day, when my terrible mood literally made my maid of honor cry, Lexi was such a ray of sunshine. She'd earned my full trust months ago, so it was truly amazing to see her take full control of the day. She made sure everything was perfect, and made it seem completely effortless. I'm pretty sure she was having more fun than most of the guests. In the days following the wedding, I started to hear about not-so-perfect things that transpired during the wedding from friends and family, and so I got a peak at some of the BTS problem solving Lexi was doing without flinching or giving me any reason to worry. She truly protected my and my husband's bliss, and in no small part because of her it was indeed the most incredible night of our lives!

I don't think we could have pulled off our Persian Jewish wedding without Lexi. In the weeks leading up to the wedding, Lexi helped us organize a ton of details with vendors that we would have completely missed otherwise. On the day of the wedding, we truly did not have to worry about a single thing. Once the big day was done, we weren't scrambling to get everything packed or taken down. I've seen all these issues at friends' weddings, but Lexi truly put our minds at ease the entire time. She really just anticipates everything and gave us great ideas throughout. Most importantly, Lexi brought tremendous energy and helped bring a smile to our faces throughout all the little transitions in our day.

Lexi was/is an absolute gem! She understands what hospitality is all about. There is nothing she cannot take care of in a pinch. We hired Lexi toward the tail end of our planning and she ran with all of it. She is in the trenches and is 100% present for you at all times. She is collaborative or will follow your lead. If a problem presented itself, Lexi was 100% professional and took care of business. She put the bride and bridal family first and she never let us see her sweat. There isn't anyone I wouldn't recommend Lexi to for any gathering, event and celebration.

Working with Lexi was one of the best decisions we made during the entire wedding process. From the very beginning, she was organized, responsive, and genuinely invested in making our day everything we hoped it would be. Her attention to detail, creativity, and ability to keep everything running smoothly allowed us to relax and truly enjoy our wedding day.

Every vendor recommendation was fantastic, every timeline was thoughtfully planned, and every question we had was answered with patience and expertise. When unexpected challenges came up, she handled them seamlessly behind the scenes so we never had to worry.

Our wedding was even more beautiful and stress-free than we imagined, and we owe so much of that to Lexi and her hard work and dedication. If you’re looking for someone who is professional, talented, and truly cares about their clients, I cannot recommend her highly enough!

I was shocked at how organized, efficient and kind Lexi was when helping with our wedding. She was on top of every aspect of it so we could not worry and just enjoy the day. She even brought us appetizers and dinner to make sure we ate. Beforehand she spoke with vendors and set everything up to run smoothly. I could not recommend her more!

This is the 3rd wedding in our immediate family. Lexi blew the word Service out of the water. The other wedding coordinators could never hold a candle to her!  Within an hour of meeting with her, the other mom and I got updates from her as she had already made calls on our behalf. The day of the wedding she had her hands in everything and kept all of us together and SHOCKER!! she didn’t leave until the last guest and the last vender left and she was helping the whole time. She has a heart of gold, you feel it and see it the whole time. I can’t wait until I have the opportunity to refer her. 

Lexi is incredible! With her in charge of your wedding, you will not have to worry about a thing. She was the coordinator for my daughter’s wedding and it was absolutely magical. She handled every detail flawlessly . She is a true professional and also is the sweetest person ever! She is worth every penny!
