⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Where do I even begin with Michelle and her incredible team, Gina and Lauren. Planning a wedding is a big task at the best of times — but planning a destination wedding from abroad could have been overwhelming. Thanks to them, it was the complete opposite. From day one, they went so far above and beyond what we ever expected from a wedding planning team. This wasn’t just coordination — they truly took ownership of every single detail and made the entire process feel seamless, calm, and actually enjoyable. They helped us bring our vision to life in ways we couldn’t have imagined — from the overall feel of the ceremony and venue, to the most thoughtful personal touches. Whether it was organising every supplier, managing timelines across time zones, or guiding us through decisions we didn’t even know we needed to make, they handled it all with such care, clarity, and professionalism. What really stood out was their creativity and attention to detail. From the small things like perfectly done place cards, to the bigger, completely bespoke elements — helping us ideate bringing in 100 trees for decoration, and even creating personalised lights of our puppies on the wall — they made everything feel so personal and “us”. It was beyond anything we could have pulled off on our own. Across the whole weekend — from the welcome party through to the wedding day itself — everything ran flawlessly. And not just logistically, but emotionally too. They created such a calm, supportive environment, and we always felt completely looked after. Beyond their talent, they are just genuinely wonderful people. Kind, thoughtful, patient, and so invested in making your day perfect. You can feel how much they care. If you’re planning a wedding — especially a destination wedding — I cannot recommend Michelle, Gina, and Lauren highly enough. They are truly a dream team and we feel so lucky to have had them

Katelynn was our month-of coordinator for our May 2022 wedding at Seven Branches and she was awesome to work with! She made the day run super smoothly. Her relaxed demeanor kept everyone calm and her attention to detail meant that everything was executed as envisioned and ran ahead of schedule without feeling rushed. We knew that she had everything handled which allowed us to leave the details to her and truly enjoy our day! We’re so glad we went with Katelynn and would 10/10 recommend her.

We could not have planned our wedding without Susan and her team from HoneyFitz events! Susan was instrumental from day one, helping us to choose the right vendors, to prioritize our checklist, and to stay on track over months of planning. We appreciated how respectful she was of our budget and preferences and how she advocated for us with our vendors. Our wedding day went incredibly smoothly thanks to Susan and her three person team. Chris was our day of coordinator and he absolutely killed it. My husband was hesitant at first at the idea of hiring a day of coordinator but by the end of the event, we could not even imagine doing it without him. Chris was invaluable and made the entire event run so smoothly, he handled everything. My husband would think of something that needed to get done, like fill the coolers with ice or bring out the drinks, and Chris was already on it. We had a nontraditional wedding in a very nontraditional location and I spent so much time planning every last detail and Chris was able to take over and perfectly execute my vision and I could just relax, be present, and really enjoy the day. I was a little worried about handing the reins to someone else because a lot of what we did was nontraditional, but Chris made sure the event looked like us, not what a wedding is "supposed" to look like. I had zero stress on the day, which is crazy lol. Everybody loved Chris, us and the whole wedding party. He has a very calm and chill energy which made all of us very calm as well. Very good vibes. He also was very professional and it was clear that he has a ton of experience and used that experience to make sure the event run very smoothly and that everybody had a good time. He took over about a month before the wedding, which was way more helpful than I would've thought. I've never planned an event like a wedding before so dealing with the vendors and all their questions (and some of them were kinda pushy) was a lot and I was soo happy I could give that to someone else. I got to just focus on the fun details like decor and design and he got annoying job of dealing with vendor scheduling and coordinating timelines with like 4 different vendors coming in who had never even been to the venue before. Also super helpful that Creative Happens also has rentals so I was able to rent stuff like easels from him at the very last minute. Without Chris, we would have been stressed out and running around the whole day trying to get everything done and trying to figure out logistics. Instead we got to have the time of our lives at our party. The best thing you can do for your wedding is to hire Creative Happens. 100% won't regret it.

Working with Ricki Lewis Events was an absolute pleasure. From the very beginning, Ricki took the time to truly understand my daughter's vision and transformed her ideas into a beautiful and cohesive wedding design concept. She created an inspiring mood board and showed us realistic renderings of how our backyard could be transformed for the celebration, including a clear floor pool cover and an elegant canopy structure over the tennis court. As our ideas evolved throughout the planning process, Ricki remained flexible and responsive, refining the design concepts to reflect my daughter's changing vision while ensuring everything remained cohesive and beautifully curated. Ricki also shared detailed, full-color site plans that illustrated the layout and flow of the event, along with photographs from previous weddings to help us visualize how the finished spaces could look. Being able to see both the design concepts and the practical layout made it easy to understand the possibilities and feel confident in the planning process. Ricki also developed a detailed wedding budget with estimated costs for each vendor category, giving us a realistic understanding of what to expect financially and helping us make informed decisions. Her knowledge of the wedding industry and thoughtful guidance made the planning process feel organized and manageable. What impressed me most was the personal attention she provided. Ricki met with us at our home, spent hours discussing ideas, answered our questions, and was always available to offer advice and support. We always felt that our vision and priorities were important to her. Her attention to detail, creativity, professionalism, and genuine care gave us confidence with her process.
