I knew from the first time that we met Kari that she would be the perfect fit for us. She was so laid back and easy to talk to, and I knew that I would want her calm presence around me on what would be one of the most important days of my life! Hiring Kari as our wedding planner was the best decision I made throughout the entire wedding planning process. She had great references for photographers, videographers, and florists and each one of them made our wedding special and fun in different ways. Kari was my point of contact throughout the planning period and she helped me stay sane as things started to get stressful. At one point I emailed Kari saying “HELP! Kari was the very best, she helped make my wedding day absolutely perfect. She is incredibly easy to work with and flexible, whatever you want she’ll make happe. Kari is so amazing. She is so calm and organized - 2 very important things for planning a wedding! Kari at Feathered Arrow came highly recommended to me by our venue's (Calamigos Ranch, Malibu) wedding coordinator. I could feel right away her positive, confident, warm and soothing spirit. As my daughter lives in Texas, I was planning everything from this end. Kari was not near me, but she graciously agreed to meet me halfway to discuss the wedding and what her services provided. I actually interviewed another highly regarded coordinator here locally, but when I met Kari, there was no doubt that she was THE one! During the entire process, Kari was quick to respond, happy to meet Molly when she came to town, professional, thorough, and so so friendly. We just loved working with her. We booked her "month of" package which was fabulous. I never worried about contacting vendors to make sure they knew where to go and when-- Kari had it. She had great ideas and recommendations during the year we planned-- and near the end, the details perfected-- table placements, timeline just right, always a wink away if we needed her! Seriously, if you are planning your wedding, do not go farther-- at all! There is no wedding planner that could do better. Kari at Feathered Arrow will make your life so much easier and your wedding day will be just a sweet memory. Give the work to Kari-- she can handle whatever you throw at her-- with a smile and the calmest demeanor ever. We did not have one hitch-- really-- not one. She and her team are the ultimate professionals. Our venue became a huge challenge to work with, and they did everything in their power to get across the finish line with the least amount of frustration.

Even last minute changes (i.e. - adding a salad plate to our rentals!) Kari handled them with ease. I really can't say enough about this team. I am a bit of a control freak, and the feeling of total comfort, calm, and TRUST on the day of your wedding? Absolutely priceless. Kari literally saved my dream wedding...

I can't believe that I already haven't written a review for Kari and her team at Feathered Arrow. I'm so embarrassed.There's a big story behind this one, so here it goes. Kari was always my favorite part of the wedding planning process. From our first coffee meet to all the emails and walkthroughs afterwards; we clicked. She is not only a talented and professional event coordinator, but more importantly, a support system. A confidant and friend. She handled literally everything, and I mean everything: contracts, emails, pricing lanterns, sourcing escort boards, putting me in touch with the right people, picking up linens, etc. Not to mention, dealing with my thousands of emails. For the entire 10 months that I was engaged and planning my wedding, it was honestly a total breeze thanks to Kari and Feathered Arrow.

Here's where I really knew Kari was THE ONE...

My husband Ryan and I were married on November 17, 2018 and the weekend before our wedding we were forced to find a new location due to the Malibu fires. So sorry for the all caps here but any bride-to-be has to realize that MY WEDDING WOULD NOT HAVE HAPPENED IF IT WERE NOT FOR FEATHERED ARROW. I'm being 100% serious. Kari literally moved my entire vision from our original venue to our new location at the wonderful Maravilla Gardens in just 3 days. The day was literally so perfect because of her and her staff. Guests still sing of her praises. After the ceremony and throughout the evening, everyone could not stop complimenting her hard work. My whole family even follows Kari on Instagram because we are THAT indebted to her. I have tears in my eyes writing this because what Kari offered was more than just a service-- it was moments and memories of a day I will never forget. Not a single detail was sacrificed during the relocation. She worked tirelessly to update all my contracts with our vendors and made sure that there was no stress on me what so ever. The big day went without a hitch and to be honest, it was better than Ryan and I (guests and families included) could've ever imagined. It was so perfect and. I knew from the moment Kari and I met that we were in good hands.

We had already loved Kari so much before all this happened, but now, I can't imagine my wedding day without her. Even better, we are still connected and stay in touch. She is the most loyal, thoughtful and dedicated human being. Hiring Feathered Arrow is the best decision I ever made-- beyond any dream venue or dream vendor. After a couple months of planning I became overwhelmed. I knew I needed some help and was referred to Kari through a coworker. The very first time I met with Kari I IMMEDIATELY felt at ease and the weight of the wedding world had come off my shoulders. Through out the whole process she was there to answer every question and concern I had- every call, text, email she always made me feel VIP! She came down to the venue twice with me therefore she could make sure my vision was executed the way I imagined it. Kari truly went out of her way to make sure my wedding vision came true and every single little detail was taken care off. She was so resourceful when we needed a vendor (photographer, transportation, etc.) and the best part was she knew which vendor will fit our needs and budget therefore eliminating the research / interview process - that was tremendous help! The day of the wedding Kari made sure I didn't have to worry about a thing - even when one of the groomsman decide to show with a +1 that day, Kari handled the situation right away with such calmness and poise making sure there was an extra seat and meal. The wedding went PERFECT thanks to Kari and her assistant!!

We absolutely loved working with Kari. She just got the vision immediately, from our first call, and suggested us the venue we eventually booked before we even started working with her officially. Kari is so knowledgable and experienced and was really able to help make the whole experience so fun and smooth. The wedding weekend went even better than we could have imagined and all the guests were so complimentary. It was amazing to get to sit back and enjoy the weekend because I 100% trusted that Kari and her team got it under control.
