Crystal and team put on a master class for wedding planning and execution! We are eternally grateful that we found her because our wedding was a dream come true. From the moment we hired her, she listened to what our vision was and made it happen. Our monthly check-ins kept us accountable and on track. She shared ideas and tips that would make our event memorable and stress free. When the big day came, we didn’t have to worry about a thing. Even when something felt like it was going off track, Crystal was there to intercept and take care of it. Our friends and family knew who she was by her first name because she not only took care of us brides, she took care of all of our guests too. In a room full of mostly Filipinos, that’s a big job to take on! She made sure everyone did their job, she got people to where they needed to be at the right time, and she made sure we were on schedule the whole time. She managed the all of our vendors flawlessly. Our wedding day was absolutely amazing and it was all thanks to Jessica and Alicia from CrystalRose Events. From day one speaking with Jessica, I felt the stress lift as she took over the logistics of timelines and helping us coordinate the vendors. In addition, Jessica and Alicia were amazing at making my vision come to life. On the actual day, they were amazing at leading us through the timeline, making sure all vendors and staff were on time, and making sure we had the most perfect day. I truly cannot put into words how amazing their services were and we had multiple guests ask us for their names because they were just that good! If you are unsure of whether to hire this team for day of coordination services, all you need to know is that they are really really fantastic at what they do. We hired CrystalRose Events for Day-of Coordination services for our wedding. Jazmin was our lead coordinator, and Mathew was our assistant coordinator.

2 Month Prep: 10/10 Two months prior to the wedding, Jessica reached out to us to start reviewing all the plans we had made. I am veryy type A and tried not to let any logistical details fall through the cracks during planning. Even so, Jessica caught some small things I didn't know existed! She is professional, organized, kind, responsive, and easy to work with.

Hand-off to Coordinators: 10/10 We were assigned to our coordinators, Jazmin and Mathew, about 1 month before the wedding. This may seem last minute, but the transition was surprisingly smooth. Jessica had already collected the necessary details from us, and Jazmin picked it up as if she had been planning with us from the start. Like I said, I can be a bit crazy about my planning, but Jazmin was so organized and confident that I felt totally at peace handing everything over to her.

Pre-Wedding Meetings: 10/10 Jazmin attended our final venue walkthrough with us. At this point of planning my brain was fried. Thankfully Jazmin was on top of it; she asked questions and provided suggestions for where we should place different things. Mathew also stepped in and attended our rehearsal for us, which was so kind of him as it was a weekday. He handled the situation confidently and was a big help in herding the bridal party.

Day-Of: 10/10 My goal was to feel like a guest on my own wedding day, and that is exactly how it felt! All the logistics went to Jazmin and she handled them without bugging me. The tables and accents were all set up just as planned without me lifting a finger. We were both truly at peace and relaxed all day, I ate and drank so much and got to just enjoy the day.

Overall Jazmin and Mat's DOC services fit our needs perfectly. We're so grateful that we got to slow down and enjoy the day without worrying about any logistics. It was 1000% worth the money and I recommend them for your DOC needs!

I have worked with a ton of coordinators over my 20+ years in the business, so I know what I am talking about. Dana Mato was amazing to work with. He created a relaxed, enjoyable atmosphere while giving you the confidence that everything was taken care of. They did a great job making sure everything happened on time and that all the guests knew what was going on. And the Photo Booth guy has great taste in music!

A very long overdue review but Jessica Asato was the absolute best day-of wedding coordinator that my husband and I could ask for!!! She is incredibly sweet, organized, detail-oriented, and always made time for us if we had any questions or wanted to meet via video call. Although we had booked her for only day-of coordination, around 2-3 months before our wedding, she would reach out to us and guide us through important decisions and deadlines to make sure that my husband and I felt confident and comfortable with our progress with wedding planning to make it as stress-free as possible.

Our wedding day went so smoothly because she was on top of all of the logistics along with another assistant coordinator (Jazmin) helping out-- everything went according to plan and she was very calm and grounding for me on the day-of. We had an unexpected issue with our venue where there was a last-minute event booked the day before our wedding when we were supposed to have our rehearsal, but Jessica helped alleviate our worries by coordinating our rehearsal at a park nearby the venue and she ran through it very efficiently with our wedding party. She is a spreadsheet guru and was amazing at emailing all of our vendors to get the pertinent info needed to our venue and for them to provide their services for our wedding day.

Jessica is a trustworthy and talented wedding coordinator who is genuinely kind-hearted and enjoys celebrating others, which is something my husband and I appreciated so much. I highly recommend her to all of my friends and peers who are looking for coordination services for their big day! :)

This company was amazing and so organized!! Dana and Matt were our day of coordinators and did such a great job keeping everything on time while also making sure our needs were met. Jessica did a great job handling all the pre-event coordination. I hired them for just day of coordinating but they step in about 2 months before, and honestly as soon as they stepped in, it felt like a weight was lifted off my shoulders! They handled most of the vendor communication, I barely had to reply to emails because they knew our vision and handled it for us. They also responded so quickly whenever we had questions. Would hire them again 10 times over!
