  Flawless Execution!!

  Crystal and her team are consummate professionals - reliable and responsible with great judgment. Every detail was executed flawlessly from setup to cleanup. Every moment was organized and managed perfectly to schedule. Crystal was the lady in waiting I needed and made sure I was supported throughout the day. I couldn’t have done it without her and her team!

  Efficient Execution

  Weddings in itself are stressful. Both me and my now husband were both running late from our ceremony to our reception along with our bridal party which cause an immense amount of stress. I feared that we were going to be so late and have our guests waiting for too long. Upon arrival Crystal was so flexible and comforting. Her team were so accommodating constantly bringing us drinks and food and making sure we were constantly fed!! Despite everything we were somehow able to get right back on schedule just like how we planned! We were even able to squeeze in one last dance alone once guests left! Such a memorable experience.
  
  I don’t know how Crystal and her team did it but I owe them everything. Without them our wedding would’ve been in shambles!

  Booking Crystal and her team for my bridal party at the last minute turned out to be an absolute stroke of luck! Their remarkable level of accommodation and professionalism truly saved the day. Crystal and her team were able to translate my ideas into reality was simply astounding, making the occasion even more memorable and magical! Very grateful for them!

  Great day of wedding coordinator

  We hired Crystal as a day of coordinator. We are were very pleased with her! She met with us several times before our big day, and was resposinve via phone calls, texts, and emails. She was very professional throughout and stepped in to help conduct one of wedding ceremonies (Thai water pouring ceremony). Crystal and her staff help set up and decorate our wedding reception venue (Chinese banquet restaurant). They did a wonderful job with that. Finally, the best thing about Crystal was that kept us on schedule! We were so surprised and happy that we were "on time" with all of our wedding ceremonies/itenerary. People commented that our schedule went smoothly. She was an advocate for us when our reception venue manager wanted to change our schedule. She had afforable rates.

  Great wedding coordinator

  I hired crystal with a partial wedding package. I could not be happier with what she has helped us with! She recommended us to great vendors and was able to get all the quotes for us. We just had to choose which one! She even made a collage of all of our inspirational pictures and was able to make that dream come true. I would highly recommend her to anyone who wants a stress free wedding day

  Crystal was responsive, fast, and so kind during our wedding planning process. She made the experience so easy and was always communicating with us when we had questions. She was also able to give us a discount which we appreciated a lot! I would highly recommend her as she give great service for the price. Not only that but she went above and beyond to make sure I was fed and happy during my wedding day. She even was able to keep the timeline and always check in with me.
