Mandy was a lifesaver as my day-of-coordinator for my wedding on 8/30! I was a DIY bride and coordinated so much of the wedding myself before I was even introduced to the idea of a "Day of Coordinator" or Mandy. It was my DJ (Dustin at West Coast Flawless DJs) that recommended her, and I'm so glad he did!

From the moment I met her, I knew that she would be critical at my wedding. She also met with my fiance and me closer to the day to discuss all the details (also being a DIY bride, I had a million ideas and decoration plans since I also didn't hire a florist and made all the centerpieces).

My wedding was a little ummm unique... in that I actually had two wedding receptions on the same day (a lunch for family and a dinner for friends) so I really needed help with timing and coordination for the day. Mandy came to the rescue and went from reception to reception setting up and getting the timing down. We had some issues at my lunch venue with delays in the food prep so it was great to have Mandy following up with the restaurant (and she didn't even get a lunch since they were so behind that she had to leave to set up for dinner). All the decorations at both receptions were perfect! She executed my style and plans better than I could have done myself!

Please don't hesitate to hire Mandy as a coordinator! I really don't know what I would have done without her. Even my dad asked me the next day "What's the name of your best friend that was so nice and helping out with everything?"... he really did think she was one of my MBA friends because we interacted so well together!

We hired Mandy Clough for day-of coordinator for our wedding in July in Glendale. She was so sweet and very helpful on our wedding day. She decorated our reception venue, delivered flowers to our hotel and coordinated with other vendors - she was all over the place.

We used Mandy as our day of coordinator for our wedding 2 weeks ago. Even if you are super organized and super type A, which both me and my husband are, you still need a day of coordinator. My husband and I made our own timeline down to 15 minutes increment for both the ceremony and receptions but we still need someone at the wedding to execute them. At weddings, one thing you can always count on is that something unexpected will happen. We actually had a family emergency happened on Friday morning prior to the Saturday wedding that put a lot of stress on us. I was also running 30 minutes behind to get to the ceremony location. So it was great to have Mandy during the wedding to ensure everything move along and as planned even when I ran late.
She is also very sweet, professional, so easy to talk to. When she toured the location with us, she asked questions that we didn't even think of previously. Like that wedding weekend happened to be very windy and with outdoor ceremony, probably not a good idea to have your wedding programs placed on every chair so Mandy sweetly asked the question and found a different solution for it.
On the day of your wedding, you want to enjoy every moment and not to worry about anything. You plan and plan for months, let someone do the work on the wedding day so you can be present in one of the most important days of your live. And if that someone is Mandy, than you are in very good hands.

Mandy was our day of coordinator for our wedding in San Diego. From our first meeting (via Skype) she was very knowledgeable and helpful. She seemed experienced and was super friendly. At first I didn't think we would need a coordinator, but the day of the wedding was much more busy than I thought and I am so thankful we had her to help.

We hired West Coast Flawless Events for our wedding in October of 2013. We found Dustin online and decided to book him as our DJ based on his good reviews and from meeting with once in an interview. We decided to hire Mandy as well as our 'day of' wedding coordinator based on the package deal they offered together. We couldn't be happier with the results and give this company our highest recommendation.

Throughout the planning process they were very flexible and accommodating... even exceeding our expectations in some cases. One example was that we weren't sure what sound equipment we would use during the ceremony and Dustin offered to set up his own wireless mic to ensure that everything would work perfectly... and it did. They were also very responsive and replied to our emails within a day and often within hours.

Before the event, WCF provided us with an easy to use planning form to organize the ceremony and reception. Later Dustin and Mandy went over exactly what we wanted careful to ensure the day of went exactly how we wanted it and the planning and preparations paid off. On our wedding day, there were no surprises. The music, order of events and everything else went exactly how we expected thanks in large part to West Coast Flawless. We got a lot of compliments on the music and people were dancing all night during our reception.

Mandy was also a huge help on the day of in a lot unexpected ways. At one point she handed me a bottle of water just when I realized how thirsty I was! We have been through several weddings before with family and friends and can't emphasize enough what a huge help it is to have someone there who is focusing on details so you can just relax and enjoy your friends and family (and of course your new husband/wife!).

Bottom line: If you want to eliminate a lot of headaches: hire a wedding coordinator. If you want the best wedding coordinator there is: Hire West Coast Flawless Events!

Mandy Clough did day-of-wedding coordinating for us and I honestly do not know what I would have done without her. She is beyond lovely, she is extremely knowledgeable about all wedding details, she is so patient and sweet, and she handles everything with total grace. From setting up our reception and ceremony space to dealing with the all my vendors to coordinating the bridal party to decorating the cake to making sure all the details were handled all night long...well Mandy did it all and she made it look effortless. Best value money can buy. Dustin and Mandy worked great as a team on our wedding. They went far beyond our expectations during our special day. Talk about paying attention to details, they spend hours with us to make sure everything was what WE wanted. I was getting compliments from all my friends and family about Dustin and how smooth the wedding went. My wife said Mandy was on top of every little detail down to the minutes and seconds. She said she would have freaked out during our wedding if it wasn't for Mandys' dedication to her job and kept her posted on everything! I wish we can have another excuse to use them again and again!! DUSTIN AND MANDY, you guys ROCK!!!

Mandy has been extremely helpful in planning a few different private events in Los Cabos Mexico. She loves what she does so much and it is truly reflected in her work. I can always count on her to make sure everything goes as planned including those last minute details, with grace and ease. You can see she has great relationships with all of her clients and vendors. They all comment on her professionalism, and how enjoyable it is to work with her. I truly enjoy her positive words, constant encouragement and excitement from the beginning stages of the planning to the very end. Mandy is so thoughtful, efficient and professional. I truly don't know what I would have done without Mandy's assistance for our Cabo wedding. From helping us book the best vendors in the area to using her creative touch on many elements of the wedding day, Mandy took what would have been the more stressful tasks for me to accomplish alone and made them seem effortless. Planning a wedding in Mexico always made me a little unsure if some things were lost in translation, but Mandy put my mind at ease by being the perfect middle (wo)man. She got my vision and has a great sense of style herself so it felt good to trust her to tie all the loose ends. Aside from all this, she's fun to be around with great positive energy. I highly recommend her for any level of wedding planning help you might need. Don't try to do it all yourself! She's worth every penny.
