The venue my daughter chose required we have a wedding coordinator and Peggy Kelly from Timeless Celebrations was on their list of preferred vendors. I reached out to Peggy and she was responsive right away. She was warm and encouraging with lots of knowledge about florals, rentals, caterers and other vendors. I know I must have driven her crazy with my barrage of questions, but she was very patient and always had a way of making me feel I was in the best hands. Peggy made our timeline, created a layout for the dinner seating, offered insight for music and a photo shoot list, kept track of the vendors and made multiple suggestions to help me stay on task. Since I was on a strict budget she had lots of ideas to help stretch my resources and even provided some of her personal equipment to add an extra flare to the decor. This made the look so much more special! The day of the wedding Peggy and her team were amazing! They orchestrated everything so I wasn't running around, and could just relax and enjoy every moment of being the mother of the bride. We had some tricky family dynamics but they handled all the guests with professionalism and everything went so smoothly it felt effortless. Her entire team attended to every need we had and even a few I hadn't thought of. My daughter and I are thrilled with the service Peggy provided and would HIGHLY recommend her to anyone planning a wedding!

As a wedding band, it is always a pleasure to work with any planner who has experience in what they do. Michelle at Somni Events and Weddings is hands down one of the best we have had the pleasure of working with. Take it from me and hire them for your wedding!!! Lauren was the absolute best. We were not sure if we needed a coordinator but without them this would be impossible!! Choosing LNK events is the best decision that anyone can make. Lauren and her partner were both there for us on our big day. Lauren made us feel as if we have nothing to worry about. She went above and beyond to make sure that our needs were met and we caught a break. She even made sure that we ate and relaxed while she took care of everything else. She communicated with other vendors and asked our questions from them. She was super organized and supportive. Trust me when I say this, if there is one thing you need to spend money on, it’s LNK events!! Thank you LNK events for making our dream wedding come true. We could not do this without you!!

Dee and her amazing team are truly unmatched. Dee’s exceptional expertise, unique skill set, and extensive network transformed what could have been a nightmare into the wedding we had always dreamed of. I spent months researching wedding planners across multiple platforms, but unfortunately, I initially signed a contract with someone who was unable to fulfill her responsibilities. With just two months to go before our wedding, none of the details had been finalized, and I still hadn’t received any quotes from my planner for essential design vendors, including florals, rentals, and draping. I ended up terminating that contract and frantically posted on all the SoCal wedding forums looking for a new planner. Within 30 minutes, I was on the phone with Dee on a Friday evening, figuring out the next steps. Long story short, Dee literally saved us. She made our Nigerian-American wedding the best day of our lives. She was always available for communication, even on her birthday. Being out of state, I needed someone I could fully trust, and Dee went above and beyond in every way. She provided a sense of relief in the months leading up to the wedding and was my calming presence on the big day. Every vendor she recommended was exceptional. Dee’s team also helped create all the graphics, monograms, programs, menus, itineraries, and printed materials. Her additional team members on the wedding day were phenomenal. Dianna was by my side throughout the day, helping with anything I needed—from holding my bouquet to keeping the timeline on track. Dee navigated all the cultural aspects of our wedding with care and understanding, ensuring that every tradition was honored beautifully. She brought our completely off-track planning back on course and expertly managed all vendors. Dee truly is the glue that holds everything together. Her recommendation to use parasol umbrellas for shade during our outdoor photos on a bright, sunny Californian day made all the difference. She also proactively removed our card box after guests arrived to prevent any risk of theft, demonstrating remarkable attention to detail and foresight. There are countless other little things I could mention to exemplify how amazing Dee is at what she does. But what stands out most is who she is as a person and how she treats everyone around her. During those two months of planning, Dee made me feel like family—not just another bride on her list. Thank you, Dee and team, for your undivided time, attention, and care, which made our wedding day a truly magical experience that we will forever cherish.

Not enough words to truly thank Chabeli and the PS Plans team enough for making our wedding INCREDIBLE, so I will just share the email we sent them after the best weekend of our lives!!! "We wanted to say another enormous THANK YOU for making our wedding weekend the most perfect, seamless, and beautiful celebration. Going into the weekend, we already had such high expectations just having seen the amount of effort and attention that you all had put in for the planning portion- everything from florals to Taco Bell. And despite being advised by so many to stay present and ignore the things that don't go perfectly, and having Chabeli reiterate to us that come Thursday we shouldn't worry about a thing, I don't think either of us really expected to spend the entire weekend so focused on each other, on our family and friends, and on the absolute magic that you all orchestrated so flawlessly. It's safe to say our expectations were blown out the water of Lake Alisal, through the garland-covered Atrium, and launched into the starry Santa Ynez skies. We knew we were in safe hands with Chabeli from the very beginning, and then when we finally got to meet the rest of you in front of Jackson house, we were reassured that everything was going to be great. Brianna, Jeannine, Juliana, Sheena- you are all so warm and professional and clearly love what you do. We're sure there were countless moments of stress for all of you throughout the weekend, but we can honestly say that we did not notice a single one of them, and every time that we looked over at one of you, there was a smile. Chabeli, our fearless leader! Thank you for putting up with all of our incessant questions over the last year. If we had a dollar for every time we asked you "well what do you think, Chabeli?" we could probably pay for the entire wedding. We trusted you throughout the whole process, and given the way that Atrium turned out, we are so glad that we did (can't believe we were even considering saying no to that). But seriously, you're truly the best in the biz and we couldn't have done it without you. We'll be singing your praises to friends, family, and random strangers on the street for the rest of time! Can't thank you all enough - we are so grateful

My now-husband and I wanted to hire a day-of coordinator to help us overlook and carry out our vision with what we had already planned. We had the honor of working with two amazing women at Mad Love Events, first Cindy, who, because she was pregnant, then sort of slowly transitioned us to Shasele. Both of these women are so sweet, thorough, organized, and detail-oriented. Shasele did so much to ease the stress of wedding details off of us, but also keep us informed and aware of everything going on. I am a teacher and already have like a zillion details to think about day and night, so having this angel communicate everything we needed to handle was a GODSEND. I am so incredibly grateful for her ability to keep track of all the moving parts, especially in the last couple months before our big day. I had no idea what was going on most of the time but my hubbie and her sorted out so many details that I never got too stressed out (THANKS, GUYS). The day of the wedding, we were able to enjoy every single moment and be present with our guests because of Shasele and her crew. They made every single detail flow naturally throughout the evening. There was one thing that went wrong, by NO FAULT of mad love (By one of our vendors, unfortunately), and although I was pretty upset by it, Shasele told us not to let it get to us. After the wedding, Shasele VERY KINDLY wrote an email to the company in the nicest words possible to help us get a refund. I’m so grateful for that because even after 2 months I’m still pissed and I would have worded that email VERY DIFFERENTLY! Thankful for her diplomacy and tactfulness. I have to note that not only was Shasele and her team sweet, fun, and on top of it, they were also completely professional & efficient, and I can not imagine getting through it all without them!!! THANK YOU SO MUCH SHASELE & THE INCREDIBLE MAD LOVE TEAM!

Candice and her team at Milk Events were absolutely incredible, their hard work and dedication to our wedding were second to none. They are experts in what they do, very responsive, and we could not have had our dream wedding without them. As a side note, if you are planning a wedding at Greystone Mansion, Candice is your go-to gal. Candice is truly the best in the business and helped the day run smoothly. We even had guests come up to us and comment on how well-organized everything was (we owe that to her). Tessa was also incredibly sweet and helpful on the day of the wedding. We also greatly appreciated the diversity of vendors they work with and their experience with cultural ceremonies. We held a Western ceremony and a Sri Lankan ceremony, and the Milk Events team did an excellent job facilitating both back-to-back. We would recommend Milk Events to anyone planning a wedding, they are the best.

This review is looong overdue! I worked with Cindy and her team for day-of coordination for my wedding in October 2023 at the Maxwell House in Pasadena. Even though the job was "day of", Cindy did a fantastic job of letting us know exactly what we needed from our vendors and contracts months ahead. We even used quite a few vendors from her recommended list and it simplified the research process for us. She was also very timely with her email responses, reviewed our contracts, and created our seating layout. When it came to the day of, there were no major hiccups at all! Cindy and Marina were extremely organized, professional, structured and fun! Transitions from ceremony to cocktail hour to post-dinner activities were seamless and I didn't have to think about anything else but being in the moment on my big day. I would recommend Ink and Rose events to anyone considering hiring planning services!

Grace and Rebecca are an amazing team and I am so grateful for all their hard work to make sure our wedding was perfect. We selected Pink Martini Events (PME) because they were professional, friendly and were very familiar with our venue. Our venue was a little untraditional, so we relied heavily on their expertise and knowledge to maximize and utilize the space. Prior to the wedding, Grace and Rebecca’s industry expertise helped direct us in selecting vendors and planning our wedding. They were always accessible and were genuinely interested in helping us prepare. I felt very comfortable handing over our contracts and leaving all the details in their hands a month out. Grace also helped us negotiate some details on a contract to make sure we had the right services. At the rehearsal, PME walked us through the timeline and ceremony. They made sure our family members and wedding party were comfortable with the schedule and were aware of their responsibilities. The day of-- I watched as they brought our vision to life. They helped usher us through the schedule from the minute we arrived –through first look, photos, and family time. Because of their time management, I had time to be calm and enjoy time with my wedding party before the ceremony. And we started 15 minutes early. PME were super prepared! On the way to the aisle, Rebecca magically whipped out a tissue from her bag and dabbed my tears. Throughout the wedding they were the invisible super heroes-- making sure everything ran smoothly, we kept to the schedule, and everyone had a good time. They were incredibly thoughtful and took great care—they grabbed us drinks, made sure we ate, and let us enjoy a stress-free night. I don’t think I would have enjoyed my wedding without them. I am incredibly grateful to Grace and Rebecca and would highly recommend them to any couple who is looking for a coordinator.
