Eventive Moments was my full planner/coordinator and flower arrangements. I honestly didn't know where to begin looking for the venue or the vendors, but they researched based on my preference and put together options for me. Some things that I really want to note, all pros:
1) they really do respond quickly, so long as they are given the time they need to make the adjustments and make them good! I changed my bridesmaids dress colors and the overall colors for the wedding half way through. Went from an emerald green to a scheme of blues and grays. They made were able to quickly come up with new floral colors that would match the new colors. This change was primarily brought up by their sound advice to check out the venue at or near the wedding date to see what the greens and flowers at the ceremony site would look like. I booked my venue 1.5 years prior to the actual date. Thank god I saw the ceremony site the year before or else my bridesmaids would have blended into the background.
2) The first point above also shows the second point. Listen to what they've got to say, whether its advice or suggestions. They been through a lot of weddings, hundreds of different ideas that came from trial and error based in the experiences of all their couples. They have a good idea on how things would look based on the look you're trying to achieve. We had a last minute change on decorations lighting. I wanted a light blue, my planner suggest amber, something warmer. She showed me pictures of both, and she was right. There are multiple examples like this.
3) they know the best vendors. A couples weeks after the wedding, I was still getting complimented by the guest for the awesome photo booth Company, the MC, our first dance that was choreographed, and my wedding dress (I rented my dress). They were all vendors suggest by Eventive Moments.
4) they're friendly disposition was a huge plus. On the day of the wedding they were able to wiggle in free drapings and chandeliers at my ceremony site because my coordinator was a wonderful person who wanted to help other vendors that were cleaning up from the morning ceremony at the venue. Friendliness goes a long way! It made the site look even more whimsical and fantastic then it already was.
5) I literally had no worries the day of the wedding. The coordinator took care of everything, including making sure I was fed and hydrated. They also were able to quickly adjust to the flow of activity during the day of off the planned schedule to keep the guest pumped and to go along with my whims.
6) they are detailed! If you're willing to share your documents, planning docs, contracts, venue docs, with them, they will read it thoroughly and note anything that is incorrect so that everything is properly communicated to all vendors and the venue. They caught multiple errors on my final planning and timing documents made by the venue, including the time the bar was suppose to remain open. That would have made a huge difference, especially seeing as how we would have paid for the additional hours of open bar for nothing.

Our friends had hired Susan as their month of coordinator and florist for their wedding a couple of years ago and HIGHLY recommended Eventive Moments for our wedding. Luckily for us, Susan was a regular vendor at the venue (The Lodge at Malibou Lake) we had just booked, and we instantly fell in love with her! She went above and beyond being our month of coordinator and walked us through every little detail on our wedding day. Throughout all of our conversations, she was so passionate and detail oriented! I never once felt stressed through the wedding process, because everything was so detailed on our wedding spreadsheet that she made. All of our vendors commented that our wedding timeline was perfect (which she also made herself)!

A couple months before our wedding, Susan had informed us that she was going to have Caitlin take the lead and become our month of coordinator. We were initially worried because we had been working with Susan the entire time leading up to the wedding. But, Caitlin was ALSO amazing. She took the lead and reached out to all of our vendors to ensure everyone was on the same page. On the day of our wedding, we had a couple of little snags and problems - Caitlin was IMMEDIATELY there to resolve any issues and kept us calm throughout the entire day. She kept all the vendors on schedule and our wedding ceremony/reception ran so smoothly!

Lastly in regards to the flowers, we had so many people come up to us to comment on how gorgeous our flowers were. Susan really took everything we envisioned and brought it to life. We truly can't thank Eventive Moments enough for making our wedding perfect. Every floral detail and decoration was brought to life by Susan and Caitlin, and we HIGHLY recommend going with Eventive Moments if you're looking for a wedding planner and florist!

Susan of Eventive Moments was just simply amazing. The best wedding planner out there! She and her team made my wedding planning easy. She was there for us through out the entire process and executed our plan seamless and perfect. Her team was also very organized and very detailed especially with the timeline. We also got the florals with them and it was absolutely gorgeous, more than I imagined it would be.They really went above and beyond for us.
But one thing that struck me the most about Susan was, how kind and warm she was to me and my husband. I felt peace and joy while working with her. I highly recommend Eventive Moments!

As a Type A person, it was a little hard and I was a bit hesitant to hire a day of coordinator, but it was the absolute BEST investment from our entire wedding. From emailing the vendors and venue leading up to the wedding to coordinating the table decor the day of, Lindsay was on top of everything so that we didn't have to be. Such a relief! She also took fantastic care of myself and the groom to be sure we had everything we needed throughout the event without being overbearing. Book them and take a breath. You won't regret it!

If I could give Eventive Moments, and the owner Susan, 100 stars out of 5 for a rating - I would! To say Susan saved the wedding with her quick thinking, support, relationships in the community - and her amazing ability to pivot to meet the needs of her soon to be bride and groom - would all be an understatement. I was one of the couples affected by their venue’s closure due to a massive fire 2 weeks before we were set to say “I do.” Eventive Moments jumped into action as soon as Susan found out - on a Sunday morning! By Sunday afternoon, we had a beautiful venue locked in nearby and we were back on track for a beautiful wedding! And I mean it, the wedding on 7.22.23 was amazing, stress free, and BEAUTIFUL! Now back to the wedding planning and why we picked Eventive Moments: Eventive Moments was a preferred vendor to our original venue - and as soon as we got Susan on the phone to consult, WE KNEW Eventive Moments WAS THE ONE!!! Susan sounded confident and knowledgeable in her work, knew the community, and gave us so many tips to think about. She asked us a lot of questions about our vision and what we wanted and was able to provide feedback - and this was just a consult call! We booked her the same day for the month of coordination plan. Most of our vendors we pulled from her preferred vendor list, because like her - as soon as we reached out and consulted, it just felt right and met our needs and vision (and they did at the actual wedding - above our expectations)! I liked that Susan was relatable, easy to communicate with, and conveyed she understood what we were looking for - but she was also realistic with us on what was possible, what was out of our desired budget, and how best to get tasks done to get to the wedding day. She was a true partner/collaborator in getting to the finish line and I am not kidding when I say I had NO STRESS on my wedding day - because I knew it was all going to go as planned, because we had Eventive Moments there. My wish for all future brides (and grooms) out there - is you have a similar experience with your planner/coordinator, and Eventive Moments is who you should ask. PS, Eventive Moments also does florals - and ours were amazing and beautiful!!!

I couldn't recommend Eventive Moments more! Susan and Reneice were highly supportive and extremely responsive throughout the entire process. I felt confident knowing that I could count on them to ensure that our wedding day went smoothly even if hiccups arose. They were always eager to answer any questions I had and guide me through the process with professionalism. Our wedding day was exactly what I envisioned! It was a joy to work with Eventive Moments!

Where can I start! Eventive moments really went above and beyond for me. Working with Lindsay of eventive moments really understood my vision and helped me hone in on the most important factors of my wedding. There were things that I hadn’t even thought of and she was ON TOP OF IT. She helped me break out of my confusion on certain things that I didn’t know if I wanted to add or take out. She helped my wedding flow, and allowed me to be a guest at my own wedding!!! This was so important to me because I walked into my wedding knowing that everything was being taken care of and all the vendors were on point because of her efficiency. If you’re hesitant on getting a day wedding coordinator, don’t be or you will be doing the coordinators job on a day that is suppose to be your one memorable moment. It’s worth it and it’s worth booking eventive moments!

Susan is an absolute GEM of a wedding coordinator and florist. I don't know how I would've gotten through the planning process without her... She was very understanding of my budget and did her best to accommodate my wants and needs. Susan is super friendly, personable, and sweet, but also very professional and good at what she does. I knew I was in good hands, so I was able to get through the chaos of wedding planning very seamlessly. My wedding day went as smoothly as can be and was stress-free; it was a dream!! Susan has a great eye for design and she made my reception and ceremony absolutely BEAUTIFUL. All my guests complimented the florals and all the decor at the reception tables. I have only great things to say! 100% would recommend to all my friends and family. Thank you Susan!

Eventive Moments (Susan) was probably the 3rd wedding coordinator I spoke with during my search for a wedding coordinator but after our initial introduction meeting, I knew she would be the perfect person to help coordinate my wedding.

Susan is professional, detailed and friendly and was very responsive be it through text , email, phone calls throughout the planning process and always made it a point to ease my nerves.

Our rehearsal went super smoothly because she was there calmly directing everyone to their places and she took her time to run through the whole ceremony a few times to ensure that everyone involved was comfortable and confident.

On the day of our wedding day, there was rain in the forecast but Susan flawlessly negotiated a backup plan which honestly was no small feat given that the venue we picked had 4 other weddings going on simultaneously. Thankfully, the weather held up and we were able to have both our ceremony and reception outdoors as originally planned but it was reassuring to know that Susan had a backup plan ready to go. Another curveball that Susan flawlessly tackled was a last minute delivery change from our arch vendor. My husband and I had previously rented a smaller arch but a day before our wedding, the vendor called to inform us that the smaller arch was no longer available and they would have to deliver a slightly bigger arch which in my mind would require a lot more flowers than I had budgeted for but Susan who was also our florist for our wedding managed to get creative with the flowers we had and transformed the arch into exactly what we talked about.

My husband and I didn't have to worry about a single thing on our wedding day because we knew Susan had everything handled. When we got to the reception, it was everything we had discussed and more. Susan set everything up so beautifully. It has been a week since our wedding but I still continue to get compliments from my guests about how well-organized and beautiful the day was.

Susan's top priority was making sure our wedding day was exactly what we'd pictured it to be, and it really was. I'm so thankful I found Susan. I could not have planned my wedding without her by my side.

Susan was the best decision we made for our wedding vendor team. I first talked to her in 2019 to plan our 2020 wedding. She was an absolute delight to talk to during our initial phone conversation, and I decided immediately that I wanted to hire her as our coordinator. She is very detail-oriented and calm throughout the planning process. I could feel her passion and excitement over the phone and I left every phone call feeling inspired and calm about my whole planning process.

We hired Susan both for coordination and florals, and she went above and beyond in both areas. We had several changes to our wedding plans over 3(!) years since I first talked to Susan and she was accommodating and provided excellent advice throughout.

On the day, our flowers looked gorgeous and I still can't believe how beautiful they turned out! She was such a joy to have around on the day!

Susan is a total pro and one of the best decisions we made for our wedding vendor team! I cannot recommend her enough!
