Eventive Moments was my full planner/coordinator and flower arrangements. I honestly didn't know where to begin looking for the venue or the vendors, but they researched based on my preference and put together options for me. Some things that I really want to note, all pros:
1) they really do respond quickly, so long as they are given the time they need to make the adjustments and make them good! I changed my bridesmaids dress colors and the overall colors for the wedding half way through. Went from an emerald green to a scheme of blues and grays. They made were able to quickly come up with new floral colors that would match the new colors. This change was primarily brought up by their sound advice to check out the venue at or near the wedding date to see what the greens and flowers at the ceremony site would look like. I booked my venue 1.5 years prior to the actual date. Thank god I saw the ceremony site the year before or else my bridesmaids would have blended into the background.
2) The first point above also shows the second point. Listen to what they've got to say, whether its advice or suggestions. They been through a lot of weddings, hundreds of different ideas that came from trial and error based in the experiences of all their couples. They have a good idea on how things would look based on the look you're trying to achieve. We had a last minute change on decorations lighting. I wanted a light blue, my planner suggest amber, something warmer. She showed me pictures of both, and she was right. There are multiple examples like this.
3) they know the best vendors. A couples weeks after the wedding, I was still getting complimented by the guest for the awesome photo booth Company, the MC, our first dance that was choreographed, and my wedding dress (I rented my dress). They were all vendors suggest by Eventive Moments.
4) they're friendly disposition was a huge plus. On the day of the wedding they were able to wiggle in free drapings and chandeliers at my ceremony site because my coordinator was a wonderful person who wanted to help other vendors that were cleaning up from the morning ceremony at the venue. Friendliness goes a long way! It made the site look even more whimsical and fantastic then it already was.
5) I literally had no worries the day of the wedding. The coordinator took care of everything, including making sure I was fed and hydrated. They also were able to quickly adjust to the flow of activity during the day of off the planned schedule to keep the guest pumped and to go along with my whims.
6) they are detailed! If you're willing to share your documents, planning docs, contracts, venue docs, with them, they will read it thoroughly and note anything that is incorrect so that everything is properly communicated to all vendors and the venue. They caught multiple errors on my final planning and timing documents made by the venue, including the time the bar was suppose to remain open. That would have made a huge difference, especially seeing as how we would have paid for the additional hours of open bar for nothing.
I've added some pictures of the ceremony site. They flowers arranged by Eventive Moments was amazing and really fit with the feeling I wanted to have. I cannot thank them enough for all they've done in making my wedding come to life! -

Susan was simply amazing!
Susan of Eventive Moments was just simply amazing. The best wedding planner out there! She and her team made my wedding planning easy. She was there for us through out the entire process and executed our plan seamless and perfect. Her team was also very organized and very detailed especially with the timeline. We also got the florals with them and it was absolutely gorgeous, more than I imagined it would be.They really went above and beyond for us.
But one thing that struck me the most about Susan was, how kind and warm she was to me and my husband. I felt peace and joy while working with her. I highly recommend Eventive Moments! -

As a Type A person, it was a little hard and I was a bit hesitant to hire a day of coordinator, but it was the absolute BEST investment from our entire wedding. From emailing the vendors and venue leading up to the wedding to coordinating the table decor the day of, Lindsay was on top of everything so that we didn't have to be. Such a relief! She also took fantastic care of myself and the groom to be sure we had everything we needed throughout the event without being overbearing. Book them and take a breath. You won't regret it! -

If I could give Eventive Moments, and the owner Susan, 100 stars out of 5 for a rating - I would! To say Susan saved the wedding with her quick thinking, support, relationships in the community - and her amazing ability to pivot to meet the needs of her soon to be bride and groom - would all be an understatement. I was one of the couples affected by their venue’s closure due to a massive fire 2 weeks before we were set to say “I do.” Eventive Moments jumped into action as soon as Susan found out - on a Sunday morning! By Sunday afternoon, we had a beautiful venue locked in nearby and we were back on track for a beautiful wedding! And I mean it, the wedding on 7.22.23 was amazing, stress free, and BEAUTIFUL! Now back to the wedding planning and why we picked Eventive Moments: Eventive Moments was a preferred vendor to our original venue - and as soon as we got Susan on the phone to consult, WE KNEW Eventive Moments WAS THE ONE!!! Susan sounded confident and knowledgeable in her work, knew the community, and gave us so many tips to think about. She asked us a lot of questions about our vision and what we wanted and was able to provide feedback - and this was just a consult call! We booked her the same day for the month of coordination plan. Most of our vendors we pulled from her preferred vendor list, because like her - as soon as we reached out and consulted, it just felt right and met our needs and vision (and they did at the actual wedding - above our expectations)! I liked that Susan was relatable, easy to communicate with, and conveyed she understood what we were looking for - but she was also realistic with us on what was possible, what was out of our desired budget, and how best to get tasks done to get to the wedding day. She was a true partner/collaborator in getting to the finish line and I am not kidding when I say I had NO STRESS on my wedding day - because I knew it was all going to go as planned, because we had Eventive Moments there. My wish for all future brides (and grooms) out there - is you have a similar experience with your planner/coordinator, and Eventive Moments is who you should ask. PS, Eventive Moments also does florals - and ours were amazing and beautiful!!! -

Excellent and easy to work with!
Where can I start! Eventive moments really went above and beyond for me. Working with Lindsay of eventive moments really understood my vision and helped me hone in on the most important factors of my wedding. There were things that I hadn’t even thought of and she was ON TOP OF IT. She helped me break out of my confusion on certain things that I didn’t know if I wanted to add or take out. She helped my wedding flow, and allowed me to be a guest at my own wedding!!! This was so important to me because I walked into my wedding knowing that everything was being taken care of and all the vendors were on point because of her efficiency. If you’re hesitant on getting a day wedding coordinator, don’t be or you will be doing the coordinators job on a day that is suppose to be your one memorable moment. It’s worth it and it’s worth booking eventive moments! -

Susan was the best decision we made for our wedding vendor team. I first talked to her in 2019 to plan our 2020 wedding. She was an absolute delight to talk to during our initial phone conversation, and I decided immediately that I wanted to hire her as our coordinator. She is very detail-oriented and calm throughout the planning process. I could feel her passion and excitement over the phone and I left every phone call feeling inspired and calm about my whole planning process.
We hired Susan both for coordination and florals, and she went above and beyond in both areas. We had several changes to our wedding plans over 3(!) years since I first talked to Susan and she was accommodating and provided excellent advice throughout.
On the day, our flowers looked gorgeous and I still can't believe how beautiful they turned out! She was such a joy to have around on the day!
Susan is a total pro and one of the best decisions we made for our wedding vendor team! I cannot recommend her enough! -

Eventive Moments is truly AMAZING!!
I was a 2020-postponed-to-2021 bride and despite it all, it was the stress-free wedding of my dreams thanks to Susan and Lindsay of Eventive Moments.
My husband and I started our planning process in 2019. During our initial call with Susan, we got such good vibes and right off the bat it felt like we were talking to an old friend.
Susan truly knows her stuff. She's organized, professional, and so incredibly sweet! I'm so thankful that Susan had my back during the pandemic - with all the ever-evolving guidelines and restrictions, I knew I could trust her to stay on top of it all.
We never got the opportunity to meet Lindsay in person, but she was like a human database of wedding knowledge - answering any and all questions and providing tons of research.
Eventive Moments also does florals! Not only is it absolutely gorgeous work, it's one less thing to worry about when your coordinator is also your florist. It was truly amazing how Susan captured the look and feel I was going for and absolutely nailed the decor!
If you're looking for a coordinator, or florist, or both(!) look no further! -

We hired Eventive Moments for the month of coordination and for our floral and I am so glad I did! Susan went above and beyond during the planning process and for the day of our wedding. Susan and I had multiple meetings leading up to the wedding, which helped me work through details and she ensured I had everything checked off of my list. She was incredibly detailed oriented and helped everything run smoothly on the day of. In addition, she did all of our floral. All of the floral turned out perfect and was everything I could of imagined. Eventive Moments is a must hire for wedding planning and floral! They made our wedding perfect! -

We initially met with Susan and liked her but spent majority of the time with Lindsay after we signed the contract. Could not be happier with both of them. We loved working with Lindsay and Susan. We even had to postpone the wedding for a year due to wedding and they did not charge any extra. Super professional, super helpful, super everything. We also did our flowers with them which was beautiful! Definitely recommend them! -

We hired Eventive Moments back in 2019. Both Lindsay and Susan were incredible and would hire them again in a heartbeat! As soon as we signed contract, they made us feel such at ease. I love their passion and it shines through so clearly in their work. I don't know how they did it, but they truly made my husband and I feel like we were their only client. The attentiveness and the responsiveness we received was something we really loved. They helped execute our vision so effortlessly and so willingly, even after I basically switched the entire design and flowers :) Day of wedding, they were on their A game times a thousand. They made sure all our guests, vendors and us were taken care of. I mean we were even handed margaritas at the end of the aisle! If you're looking for a wedding coordinator, do not look any further than Eventive Moments, you won't regret it! -

Susan at Eventive Moments was nothing but professional, capable, attentive and resourceful. I originally had planned to not hire a wedding coordinator, but in less than 30 days before, I scrambled to find help. Eventive Moments, luckily, was available, and, with their help, we were able to get everything in order within a week and a half. Even though I hired Susan as a day-of coordinator, she was incredibly helpful in the weeks leading up to the date. Susan developed an extensive, organized spreadsheet that both of us could edit and update, including a timeline, vendor list, decoration list, and things to do. Even though I didn’t use her floral services, she was very helpful and gave advice on floral decorations, which I actually used. She was always prompt in response and also followed up as needed. On the day of the wedding, I did not have to raise a finger or have to focus on anything but myself. She set up the welcome area, table decor, sweetheart table, and communicated with all the vendors. She had everything under control, and her calm demeanor helped calm me as well. The night went so seamlessly, and I would highly recommend hiring Eventive Moments for any kind of wedding coordination. Even my guests, vendors, and then you contact person noted how efficient Susan was throughout the wedding planning process. I am forever indebted to Eventive Moments for making our wedding such a magical, effortless experience. -

Amazing Wedding Coordinator! Best Decision Ever!
We hired Susan from Eventive Moments (EM) for Month of Coordination services and Floral Services. We would definitely recommend her to everyone we know! We initially had to postpone our June 2020 wedding to June 2021. Susan was very understanding and super accommodating when we had to shift our plans. Susan definitely communicates promptly and is very responsive. She also pays attention to the details and has these great spreadsheets to keep track of things. It was always a pleasure speaking to Susan and she made us feel like we were taken care of.
As a couple going through the wedding planning process, there’s a lot of things we didn’t know because our wedding was the biggest event we’ve ever hosted. We barely knew where to start and that’s where Susan comes in. She’s a wedding industry expert. There’s a lot of decisions behind the scenes to make the wedding day go on as planned. Not only did she remind us of things that we forgot or didn’t think about, but she was also great as a sounding board when we talked to her about our concerns. Susan has a lot of experience and that was something we really needed. Susan also coordinated with all of our other vendors which made things a lot easier for us the few weeks before our wedding and the day of our wedding.
EM’s florals were simply stunning. We got so many compliments! Susan definitely translates your inspirations into the real thing wonderfully. She can really take some pictures and vibes and make them into a reality. She did all the flower arrangements for our wedding: arch, centerpieces, bouquets, etc. As an extra consideration to those wedding couples who may be considering hiring a separate coordinator and a separate floral service, I would say having EM do both reduced the stress because that was one less vendor we had to coordinate with.
Susan went above and beyond for our wedding. We truly appreciated everything that she did for us to make sure that we had the wedding we dreamed of, despite some of the obstacles we had to face hosting a wedding during COVID times. You won’t regret hiring EM! -

COVID really threw our wedding plans completely off track. We ended up postponing to the end of 2020, then cancelling our wedding reception entirely. We decided to get married at a courthouse instead. Susan, our florist through Eventive Moments, was patient and flexible through all of this and helped us use our remaining floral credit for a wedding photoshoot! She was available for calls and always offered extra ideas for decor and timeline. We felt like she genuinely cared about us and wanted to make sure we had a beautiful event regardless of it was a whole wedding or just an elopement style shoot. Thank you Susan! -

Our wedding day went so smoothly and was just absolutely beautiful thanks to our amazing wedding coordinator, Maiquel. She is professional, hardworking, meticulous to detail, and one of the sweetest people I have ever met. She has such a calming presence that I very much needed and she felt like a friend who I could count on for anything. She spent extra time with us to make sure every detail was in order and I can't thank her enough for all the hours she put into making our wedding day unforgettable. Our wedding day went so smoothly that many of our guests complimented us on how beautifully flawless the ceremony and reception were. Needless to say, we all had a wonderful time with minimal stress.
I believe that every bride should hire a wedding planner/coordinator and my husband and I can't recommend Eventive Moments enough. I found their prices to be very reasonable and budget-friendly while maintaining a standard of high-quality and professionalism. -

Beyond Amazing
Susan was able to meet my needs under my budget, and her team brought beautiful flowers on the wedding day! Susan helped me a lot with planning my wedding and making everything look amazing. I sent her images of flower decorations that I wanted, and she made them even more beautiful than the ones I sent. On the day of my wedding, her team did an amazing job decorating, and all of my guests loved it! My husband and I were really thankful to have met them. Wonderful Floral Service and Wedding Planning! Wow Experience!!
We just got married last month, and our wedding was just PERFECT. So Beautiful and Memorable. Without Eventive Moments, I don't think the wedding could be this much successful.
Wedding planning went very smoothly and perfectly, but what made our wedding venue so much more beautiful (like a fairy tale) was their Floral Service (Flowers).
We were very impressed with the beautiful flower arrangements. Flowers are so fresh and full, and most memorably looked gorgeous on the wedding day. We got a lot of compliments from our guest about their flowers and the center piece. It was definitely worth it to invest in their floral service.
Also, the most impressive part about Eventive Moments was that both Lindsay and Susan showed their client how seriously they took our wedding event. They showed us their passion and every effort to make our dream wedding. They worked as if they are doing their own wedding. It was very much appreciative. The wedding day is for the bride. My wife was very happy and satisfied.
We were so fortunate to meet Lindsay and Susan for our wedding. We can't describe how truly grateful we are for them. Friendly, Supportive, Professional. All the 5 star reviews don't lie. They know how to make wedding so special.

Amazing experiences with Eventive Moments team (Susan and Lindsay)!! They are the BEST!!! When we initially plan for our wedding, we were about to do everything ourselves since we didn't know how important to have a wedding coordinator. But we didn't know where to begin. We met Lindsay and Susan, and we immediately learned why other couples hire professional wedding coordinators.
As soon as we signed an engagement, they created timelines of our schedule, provided various vendor options with recommendations, and followed up with everything.
Susan and Lindsay were extremely responsive, organized, friendly, and most importantly made us feel super comfortable talking to them. They listened like a friend. Anything in our mind, any concern were easy to be shared and handled smoothly.
It matters who you choose for a very special day of your life. Choosing Eventive Moments was definitely one of the best decisions we made.

Eventive Moments came highly recommended to us, as a preferred vendor for the wedding venue we chose. My daughter, her fiance and I met with owner Susan Seung and her business partner to talk about their vision for their wedding many months before the event. From that first meeting we knew they were the right choice.
Susan and her team took such care to guide us through the sometimes stressful process. I think with any big, expensive event "drama" is bound to happen here and there, and we had our share. She kept a cool head and gave great advice. I always felt like she had our backs, and each time we hit a road bump she was there to help us through it.
When the week of the wedding finally arrived I really got to see this team in action, especially Susan. She handled all of the details with ease so I could pay attention to my daughter and family. Because of their competence and confidence I was able to turn everything over and just let it go. On the day of the wedding she orchestrated everything with finesse and my daughter's wedding went off like clockwork--not one single ounce of unwanted drama. I never imagined being able to just relax and enjoy the celebration. Ahhhh. It was so wonderful.
Thank you Susan, Lindsey and Eventive Moments for pulling off such a beautiful wedding. I am forever grateful to you!

Eventive Moments were absolutely incredible! I had the pleasure of working with Susan, who was amazing. She was flexible and so attentive to detail. Days before I realized I had more tables than I had florals for tables--Susan quickly offered a solution!

Susan and Eventive Florals did all of Flowers for our wedding this past weekend and I can't possibly recommend her enough. We basically gave her our "mood" Pinterest board and told her "we want it to look like it grew that way." What she managed to pull of with so little instruction was incredible. It made our wedding look hip and classy all at the same time.
Trust me, Hire Susan. Don't micromanage her. Give her your inspirations and answer all of her questions and let her be her amazing artistic self. Truly, she's an artist and we could not recommend her highly enough. -

My now husband found Lindsay and Susan during an open house event at Maxwell House. Meeting Susan and Lindsay, I knew they were the perfect fit as our wedding coordinators. So we hired Eventive Moments a year prior to our wedding. Although we only hired EM for the month-of coordination, they are always available for a phone call, email, or a quick text. My husband and I did mainly most of the leg work to hire and research on all our vendors. But Susan and Lindsay were great. They were always on top of things and making sure we cover all of the little gaps when planning a wedding that we we probably would have missed if they weren't so detailed. Trust me and there were a lot of details. Susan also was there during the rehearsal and helped us setup and decorate. On the actual day of our wedding, her and Lindsay were a huge help. We had approximately 165 people and EM did an amazing job handling my guests and making sure the timeline runs smoothly. They took care of all the issues that we did not realize were happening. They did a great job packing away and clearing out all the decorations and making sure the checkout process with Maxwell House runs smoothly while my husband and I were still enjoying the last hour of our reception. Thank you EM for making our wedding day a memorable experience. We had a great time and all the guests had a blast. I highly recommend Eventive Moments! -

Eventive helped put my mind at ease on my wedding day
I had the pleasure of working with Susan and Lindsay as our month-of coordinators. They were so knowledgeable, organized, and fun! My mom and I had done a lot of the prep work before hiring Eventive, but they really helped us fill in all the little gaps we might not have thought of on our own. And trust me there were a lot of little gaps! We had multiple in person and phone meetings and after each one I knew we made the right decision.
On the actual day of the wedding, they kept things running promptly and smoothly and they had a great presence with the guests. They even helped us decorate! Everyone had nothing but great things to say about them at the end of the night.
If you're concerned at all about getting all the little details right and making sure your wedding runs smoothly, I definitely recommend Eventive Moments. -

Made my dream come true
Susan made my vision of my winter wedding come alive without breaking the bank. I showed her my inspiration pictures and she gave me exactly what I wanted...and more. My arch was filled with baby’s breath and roses. My candelabra centerpieces has hydrangeas, roses, dusty miller and eucalyptus with candles all around. I get giddy thinking about them. LOVED it all. On top of everything, Susan helped fluff my dress in between flower duty right before I walked down the aisle. She is amazing and I’m so happy we went with her!! Oh gosh, where do I start? From the moment I met Lindsay, I knew it was meant to be. Sounds corny, but it's true! Eventive Moments was the first vendor I interviewed for planning services. I interviewed with 4 other planners after, but Eventive Moments was always in the back of my mind. After not much deliberation with my FH, we decided to hire Eventive Moments, and went with their full planning service. It fit my budget and Lindsay and Susan both made me feel like I was the only bride they were working with. Of course they weren't, I knew they were working with a multitude of other couples, but whenever I emailed, called, or texted Lindsay, she responded right away and eased all of my anxiety. She listened to all my ideas and concerns, and she had an answer for everything. I felt so calm throughout the entire wedding planning. Lindsay and Susan both handled all the vendors for us and helped us get the best deals.
Honestly, even on our wedding day, I felt so at peace. Lindsay and Susan had everything under control, and if anything went wrong, I had no idea! My wedding was amazing, and it was all thanks to Lindsay and Susan. I can't express how much I appreciate them for everything that they did. They both went above and beyond for us, and I'm sure they'll do the same for every couple they work with. -

We booked our wedding with the Maxwell House in Pasadena and met Eventive Moments since they are the preferred coordinator for the venue. Since we didn’t want to deal with day-of scheduling and such, we booked Eventive Moments as the day-of coordinator for our wedding. Susan and Lindsay were very organized, direct, and helpful when it came to creating the wedding schedule, providing vendor recommendations, keeping vendors accountable, handling any problems, and even small things like ensuring that the bride drinks enough water throughout the day. Our caterer forgot half of our appetizers and EM worked with the staff to ensure we had enough food available during cocktail hour so our guests wouldn’t get hungry. They did a great job handling every and any problem that occurred.
EM’s open communication and honesty was much appreciated and it really helped our day move so smoothly. They are also fluent in Korean so they helped deal with my Korean family members’ questions. EM prices are very reasonable and the cost is totally worth the peace of mind during your wedding day.
If I could do it all over again, I’d probably hire their floral services as well to streamline vendors and based on their IG photos, they have beautiful flower arrangements.
I strongly recommend Eventive Moments as a wedding coordinator/wedding planner. -

I knew she was would be our day of coodinator from the minute I called her to inquire about her services because she was so friendly. Susan is very knowledgeable about wedding trends, decor, and traditions. She finds a solution to any bump in the road promptly & professionally. And what I loved the most was that she thinks outside the box.
We ended up hiring her for flowers too and it was the most beautiful flower arrangements I had ever seen! My bridesmaids fell in love with their bouquets and our guests are also still talking about them. She was sooo patient with me during the selection process too! And sooo informative.
Susan really loves what she does. Troughout each of our conversations regarding the wedding; she was always willing to help and was so enthusiastic about it too. Especially the day of our wedding! She went above and beyond with displaying the decor beautifully, dealing with vendors, taking care of us the day of, & more!

In addition to being personable and prompt with correspondence during the planning process, they made sure to thoroughly communicate everything so we were always on the same page.
The vendors knew exactly where they should be, when, and what was expected of them. And our wedding timeline was perfected to the 5 minute increments - everything was so organized. It was because of this that I was able to truly enjoy my wedding day knowing I was in good hands.
