I would like to thank and highly congratulate my wedding planner Carol for the effort and determination she showed throughout my wedding process. We had significant involvement with her; she was so focused, easy to work with, and HIGHLY qualified. She assisted me in picking out professional and reliable vendors from a very expansive network. Carol is an extraordinary human being and made the planning process of my wedding perfect and stress-free. She provided everything we wanted and handled my family and friends with great care and respect. She thoroughly planned it from the beginning of February 2021 to September 2022, it went by so fast!

Carol made the most special day of our lives. From the beginning to the end, I could not have asked for a more devoted person to make it all possible. The design and configuration of the entire event were beyond my expectations. Carol’s attention to details and design did not go unnoticed. Myself and all my guests were in awe with the wedding design. Most guests have said it was the most beautiful wedding they ever attended in their lives! I would also like to mention she is a great communicator. She helped me respond to all my vendors, was part of the tasting, and stayed organized from when I booked her to the completion of the wedding.

Most importantly, she was a great listener and had the best advice to offer. To say that I appreciate and am proud of her work is an understatement to say the least. She combines an attractive creative depth, fusing details, creating perfect function and flow. She is a professional wedding planner who loves and likes her work. I cannot forget how she followed the timeline of the wedding to the minute; I CANNOT OVER STATE how perfect my wedding day was! She even assisted me in changing from my wedding dress to my reception dress! Carol, we love you and are forever grateful for your work and support. Carol and her team (the blushing details) are who you NEED to coordinate your wedding!

Before you read the rest of this heartfelt letter to our Carol, let me just cut to the chase to tell you The Blushing Details are the absolute best of the best. Carol and her team made our dreams come true by giving us, our friends, and our family a wedding of a lifetime. We enjoyed every minute and felt zero stress throughout the day as Carol and her team helped us navigate every possible obstacle (although there really weren't any because of how prepared we were).

My wife and I both come from more traditional backgrounds, and we were breaking a lot of ground with quite a bit of non-traditional elements mixed in. Carol knew exactly how to balance between the two so that our families felt included and respected, while still making sure the wedding was authentically "us".

Since the wedding, all of our families and friends--every single guest--have reached out just to tell us what an amazing and memorable night they had. Most have even been calling it their favorite wedding ever or their favorite wedding of the year.

Carol, we can't thank you enough. Not only were you an absolute pleasure to work and collaborate with the whole way through, but you gave us exactly what we dreamed of. The wedding you put together not only brought our vision to life, but you changed the lives of everyone in our families by showing them what creativity and authenticity can accomplish.

Carol and her team did a fantastic job coordinating our wedding. Her team made sure everything ran smoothly and we were not behind schedule at any point in the day! I've worked with Carol twice now, once as a groomsman a few years back, and now as a groom. I can say that both events were executed extremely well. For my friend's wedding, she gave clear instructions for all of us in the bridal party and the timeline that was sent over was very well-laid out. For my wedding, we received similar professionalism. Carol, Belen, and Kimberly were on top of everything and made sure it all ran smoothly. So much so that we were actually ahead of schedule, giving us ample time to relax on our big day.

Neither my husband or I have any skill in creative direction, but Carol was able to design the most stunning ceremony and reception that matched our style completely.

We consider ourselves very lucky we got to work with Carol and the Blushing Details. We met Carol through our venue, Altadena Town and Country Club. From the first meeting, we knew her knowledge, calm, and organization would be a huge asset to our wedding planning. We chose the IN LOVE - Wedding Management & Coordination package. It was the perfect timing; right when I started to get stressed and overwhelmed, Carol took everything over. She never made us doubt that the day would be anything less than perfection. Our timeline was ambitious, but we got to absolutely everything on the schedule and never felt rushed. Carol just ensured everything happened smoothly while we got to enjoy the day.

Even my bridesmaids remarked that they would go to help but Carol and her team would already be doing the task. From the endless water refills to guiding us from one event to the next to managing all of the vendors to even troubleshooting the bustle, Carol went the extra mile. Since the rehearsal until even now, we have not stopped receiving compliments about Carol, from the wedding party, family members, and even guests!

Our wedding day went so smoothly and my husband and I felt so calm and taken care of. So much work went on in the background that we didn’t even need to be involved in. We simply got to enjoy the wedding day. We know a majority of that is because of Carol and the Blushing Details.

Absolutely thrilled with Carol! She turned our garden wedding dream into reality with impeccable attention to detail. Her warm personality made planning enjoyable and stress-free. Her network of amazing vendors ensured everything, from flowers to photography, was top-notch. Professional, organized, and genuinely passionate, she managed the timeline flawlessly, creating a breathtaking, stress-free celebration. Our guests and we will cherish the memories forever. We had such a wonderful experience with The Blushing Details team! I honestly would not have had a wedding without them. Belen was able to make it to venue walk-throughs and follow-up with us after meeting with vendors which made me feel supported. Day of team absolutely nailed it and I did not need to worry about a thing!

If we could give more than 5 stars, we would! Our experience with The Blushing Details was absolutely phenomenal and we cannot recommend them enough! The level of professionalism Carol and her capable team exhibited and the flexibility to adapt to unexpected situations was truly a breath of fresh air, and Carol’s guidance throughout the wedding process was extraordinarily helpful. When we had our first introductory meeting with Carol, we were impressed with how prepared for our meeting she was, and the fact she had a presentation prepared made her stand out as someone who cared deeply about her work. Throughout the wedding process, she not only proved that to be true but also a professional capable of handling it all.

It was clear to us on our wedding day that Carol and her team was able to handle any situation with ease and if something happened, they had a solution and was able to execute upon it seamlessly. In fact, one of the groomsmen ripped his trousers, but Carol came to the rescue with a sewing kit and stitched together the massive hole that was created. Most importantly though was the fact that Carol was communicative with us and all our vendors throughout the entire wedding process. We already had a sense of this as she always responded to us promptly whenever we had questions. However, this trait really shown through when we took extra time for our photos (even though Carol already included extra time in the schedule for photos). Instead of rushing us through our photos, Carol and her team worked with everyone to shift the schedule and accommodate the change without making the photos feel rushed or making our guests notice. Carol’s and her team’s dedication to detail and control over the event resulted in many people telling us that it was the smoothest and most elegant wedding they have ever been to.

Carol is also an extraordinarily talented designer who is capable of transforming a relatively simple venue into a work of art. At the start of the design process, all we knew was that we wanted our wedding to feel timeless and elegant. Carol took those concepts and created a design board which felt exactly that and then worked with us to finalize the details.

We cannot thank The Blushing Details enough for their help on our big day! Carol and her team made our day feel like it was the absolute best day ever and her abilities to do this seamlessly is a testament to her skills as a wedding planner. We are so happy we were able to work with Carol and would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone planning their wedding.

Carol and her team were awesome!! We brought Carol on as a month-of coordinator for our wedding on December 30, 2023. She answered emails, provided feedback and advice and recommendations, attended a walk through and a tasting all well before our contract with her was supposed to start. Once our month of came around, she took over all communication but also kept me in the loop and let me lead as she knew I am a very type A bride. On the day, her and the team were organized and made the day incredibly easy. I would recommend Carol and her team again and again!!
