I would like to thank and highly congratulate my wedding planner Carol for the effort and determination she showed throughout my wedding process. We had significant involvement with her; she was so focused, easy to work with, and HIGHLY qualified. She assisted me in picking out professional and reliable vendors from a very expansive network. Carol is an extraordinary human being and made the planning process of my wedding perfect and stress-free. She provided everything we wanted and handled my family and friends with great care and respect. She thoroughly planned it from the beginning of February 2021 to September 2022, it went by so fast!
Carol made the most special day of our lives. From the beginning to the end, I could not have asked for a more devoted person to make it all possible. The design and configuration of the entire event were beyond my expectations. Carol’s attention to details and design did not go unnoticed. Myself and all my guests were in awe with the wedding design. Most guests have said it was the most beautiful wedding they ever attended in their lives! I would also like to mention she is a great communicator. She helped me respond to all my vendors, was part of the tasting, and stayed organized from when I booked her to the completion of the wedding.
Most importantly, she was a great listener and had the best advice to offer. To say that I appreciate and am proud of her work is an understatement to say the least. She combines an attractive creative depth, fusing details, creating perfect function and flow. She is a professional wedding planner who loves and likes her work. I cannot forget how she followed the timeline of the wedding to the minute; I CANNOT OVER STATE how perfect my wedding day was! She even assisted me in changing from my wedding dress to my reception dress! Carol, we love you and are forever grateful for your work and support. The Blushing Details gave us the wedding we dreamed of!
Before you read the rest of this heartfelt letter to our Carol, let me just cut to the chase to tell you The Blushing Details are the absolute best of the best. Carol and her team made our dreams come true by giving us, our friends, and our family a wedding of a lifetime. We enjoyed every minute and felt zero stress throughout the day as Carol and her team helped us navigate every possible obstacle (although there really weren't any because of how prepared we were).
My wife and I both come from more traditional backgrounds, and we were breaking a lot of ground with quite a bit of non-traditional elements mixed in. Carol knew exactly how to balance between the two so that our families felt included and respected, while still making sure the wedding was authentically "us".
Since the wedding, all of our families and friends--every single guest--have reached out just to tell us what an amazing and memorable night they had. Most have even been calling it their favorite wedding ever or their favorite wedding of the year.
Carol, we can't thank you enough. Not only were you an absolute pleasure to work and collaborate with the whole way through, but you gave us exactly what we dreamed of. The wedding you put together not only brought our vision to life, but you changed the lives of everyone in our families by showing them what creativity and authenticity can accomplish.

The best coordinators we could ask for
I've worked with Carol twice now, once as a groomsman a few years back, and now as a groom. I can say that both events were executed extremely well. For my friend's wedding, she gave clear instructions for all of us in the bridal party and the timeline that was sent over was very well-laid out. For my wedding, we received similar professionalism. Carol, Belen, and Kimberly were on top of everything and made sure it all ran smoothly. So much so that we were actually ahead of schedule, giving us ample time to relax on our big day.

Stunning, Stress-free Wedding of my Dreams!
My husband and I had just had the wedding of our dreams thanks to Carol and her team at the blushing details!
We had no idea where to start when it came to planning this wedding, but Carol held our hands every step of the way. Even before we had worked with them, we were so confident in all our vendors as they have been vetted by Carol and her expertise. All our vendors ended up being incredible to work with and our venue was absolutely perfect!
Neither my husband or I have any skill in creative direction, but Carol was able to design the most stunning ceremony and reception that matched our style completely.
The wedding day also went so smoothly thanks to the blushing details team. Everyone was so kind and professional, I didn’t have to worry about anything! Overall, we highly, highly recommend the blushing details for all your event planning needs.

Wedding day was stress-free because of The Blushing Details!
We consider ourselves very lucky we got to work with Carol and the Blushing Details. We met Carol through our venue, Altadena Town and Country Club. From the first meeting, we knew her knowledge, calm, and organization would be a huge asset to our wedding planning. We chose the IN LOVE - Wedding Management & Coordination package. It was the perfect timing; right when I started to get stressed and overwhelmed, Carol took everything over. She never made us doubt that the day would be anything less than perfection. Our timeline was ambitious, but we got to absolutely everything on the schedule and never felt rushed. Carol just ensured everything happened smoothly while we got to enjoy the day.
Even my bridesmaids remarked that they would go to help but Carol and her team would already be doing the task. From the endless water refills to guiding us from one event to the next to managing all of the vendors to even troubleshooting the bustle, Carol went the extra mile. Since the rehearsal until even now, we have not stopped receiving compliments about Carol, from the wedding party, family members, and even guests!
Our wedding day went so smoothly and my husband and I felt so calm and taken care of. So much work went on in the background that we didn’t even need to be involved in. We simply got to enjoy the wedding day. We know a majority of that is because of Carol and the Blushing Details.
Absolutely thrilled with Carol! She turned our garden wedding dream into reality with impeccable attention to detail. Her warm personality made planning enjoyable and stress-free. Our wedding day was amazing due to Carol and her team!
If we could give more than 5 stars, we would! Our experience with The Blushing Details was absolutely phenomenal and we cannot recommend them enough! The level of professionalism Carol and her capable team exhibited and the flexibility to adapt to unexpected situations was truly a breath of fresh air, and Carol’s guidance throughout the wedding process was extraordinarily helpful. When we had our first introductory meeting with Carol, we were impressed with how prepared for our meeting she was, and the fact she had a presentation prepared made her stand out as someone who cared deeply about her work. Throughout the wedding process, she not only proved that to be true but also a professional capable of handling it all.
It was clear to us on our wedding day that Carol and her team was able to handle any situation with ease and if something happened, they had a solution and was able to execute upon it seamlessly. In fact, one of the groomsmen ripped his trousers, but Carol came to the rescue with a sewing kit and stitched together the massive hole that was created. Most importantly though was the fact that Carol was communicative with us and all our vendors throughout the entire wedding process. We already had a sense of this as she always responded to us promptly whenever we had questions. However, this trait really shown through when we took extra time for our photos (even though Carol already included extra time in the schedule for photos). Instead of rushing us through our photos, Carol and her team worked with everyone to shift the schedule and accommodate the change without making the photos feel rushed or making our guests notice. Carol’s and her team’s dedication to detail and control over the event resulted in many people telling us that it was the smoothest and most elegant wedding they have ever been to.
Carol is also an extraordinarily talented designer who is capable of transforming a relatively simple venue into a work of art. At the start of the design process, all we knew was that we wanted our wedding to feel timeless and elegant. Carol took those concepts and created a design board which felt exactly that and then worked with us to finalize the details.
We cannot thank The Blushing Details enough for their help on our big day! Carol and her team made our day feel like it was the absolute best day ever and her abilities to do this seamlessly is a testament to her skills as a wedding planner. We are so happy we were able to work with Carol and would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone planning their wedding.

Carol and her team were awesome!!!
Carol and her team were awesome!! We brought Carol on as a month-of coordinator for our wedding on December 30, 2023. She answered emails, provided feedback and advice and recommendations, attended a walk through and a tasting all well before our contract with her was supposed to start. Once our month of came around, she took over all communication but also kept me in the loop and let me lead as she knew I am a very type A bride. On the day, her and the team were organized and made the day incredibly easy. I would recommend Carol and her team again and again!!

Wonderful wedding planner
We cannot express how much we appreciate Carol for everything she's done. Our wedding was stunning and so beautiful. We stumbled upon The Blushing Details and after we had our consultation we knew we could trust her to help plan our wedding. From the beginning to the end, Carol was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and went above expectations. She focused on many of the small details we didn't think about and was organized throughout the entire planning process, which took off a lot of stress from us.
On the day of the wedding Carol made sure to check on us often. We didn't have anything to worry about at all because Carol and her team took care of everything. Even though our venue had a power outage, she still knew what to do and had a backup plan. None of us or the guests even noticed when it came to the reception because it was handled so well. Carol's work did not go unnoticed as everyone kept talking about how beautiful and organized our wedding was. You can tell how passionate Carol is with her work and we truly admire that. She really goes above and beyond and cares about her couples. We're so happy we got to work with Carol and believe that our wedding wouldn't have happened if it weren't for her.

Belen is an angel!
My spouse and I are incredibly thankful for the Blushing Details team, especially Belen, our main coordinator, and her lovely assistants Eli and Cathy. We had a major death in the family in the middle of planning our wedding, and Belen and Carol were very accommodating and understanding of our situation and worked with us through that difficult time. Communication was simple enough and also professional, with periodic meetings to see where we were with planning and vendors. Again, I’m very grateful for Belen’s patience since I’m sort of the worst at responding, but she was always kind, and we were able to get a lot accomplished.
The team was extremely helpful, from Cathy getting us much-needed food and drinks at the reception to Eli (so sweet!) keeping me company and hydrated while we waited for the ceremony to begin with a great conversation. Belen was a rock star and dealt with anything that came up with ease. We’re so grateful we had them there to make sure our wedding party and guests could enjoy the celebration and the stunning atmosphere the Blushing Details helped curate. Everyone was incredibly professional, punctual, and pleasant, and I loved that the team had a good time and seemed happy to be a part of celebrating with us. We got a lot of feedback from guests that the reception was beautiful, entertaining, and that they thought it was overall a great wedding and I want to give Belen and her team all the credit for that!

Carol is amazing!! Our wedding was perfect and we owe it to Carol and her team. She plans every detail, including things we never would have thought of on our own. Carol and her team over at Blushing Details was everything my partner and I have ever dreamed of. We found Carol through mutual friends(who was a previous couple she worked with), and ever since meeting, she has been a delight to work with. We started correspondence very early on and she kept us on track even with our night shift schedules. Any out of the ordinary ideas we had, no matter how big or small, Carol took charge and made it happen. She really takes her time to listen to us, with what we want, and what is realistic. I had the absolute pleasure of working with Carol for my wedding, and I cannot recommend her highly enough! From start to finish, she was an absolute dream to work with.
From our first interview, she took the time to get to know us and our vision for our wedding. She asked us questions about our interests, our families, and our hopes for the day. This showed us that she was invested in making our wedding special and unique to us.
She was incredibly organized and detail-oriented, which helped us feel at ease throughout the planning process. She was always available to answer our questions and provide guidance whenever we needed it.
For our wedding day she created a detailed timeline and stuck to it. She had everything under control, from the smallest details to the big picture. This gave us peace of mind knowing that everything was taken care of. She was an absolute superstar and coordinated with all the vendors flawlessly. Her calm and collectedness, allowed us to enjoy the day to the fullest.
She also has amazing assistants. They were all so kind and patient with our flower girls. They took the time to make them feel comfortable, practice walking and tossing flower petals. We could tell our flower girls, who are normally terribly shy, were having a blast.
Overall, I cannot thank Carol and her team enough for all that she did to make our wedding day so special. She is truly talented at what she does, and she made the entire experience stress-free and enjoyable. Excellent Coordination & Management.
My husband and I hired Carol for a management/coordination package, because we had a location locked and we knew what vendors we wanted, but we also wanted an extra set of eyes to advise and plan and help create timelines. We're so thankful that we did -- Carol and her team really helped guide us and make sure that we weren't overlooking crucial details. And as we got closer to the big day, Carol really kept us on track with calendars and email reminders and acting as a liaison with all of the various vendors. Our actual event went off without a hitch and that was largely helped by the BD crew keeping things on track and acting as our own personal air traffic control. We were very pleased with the TLC we received.

Wedding Dream Come True
It’s taken us 6 months to write this review, because we're still on a dream wedding cloud. We hired Carol to be our wedding coordinator and it was the best decision we ever made. Carol is meticulous, thoughtful and truly passionate about the work she does. I am a control freak, but I completely released control to Carol knowing that it was all in good hands. Carol really took time to get to know us as a couple and understand what is important to us not just on that day but in general. She kept all the vendors, especially the venue, organized and reminded them of things they needed to do. It was so helpful to have her expertise and recommendations for vendors because they are all top-notch; but even they benefited from her skills. I am so grateful for Carol’s support during it all because 2 weeks prior to the wedding, my brain could no longer process details. She really is a master at what she does and worth every dime because we truly got to enjoy our wedding as we should have, and our guests were so impressed at how organized everything was. Amazing planner!
We hired Carol just 9 months out from our wedding date. All we had booked was our venue and we had pretty much no idea where to start with all the rest! I was worried about the timeline since I knew everyone was having their post-pandemic weddings, but Carol assured us she could help us get it all done in time. She definitely delivered! We wanted to have a celestial themed wedding and Carol understood our vision right away. She has a great network of vendors and was able to find us the perfect people for everything from our photographer to our florist to our photobooth. She took almost all the stress out of wedding planning and designed the most beautiful wedding for us. The Best Coordinator Ever
Belen is, by far, one of the best and most professional coordinators there is. We hired her to work as the day-of coordinator for our wedding. After having to postpone for two years because of the COVID-19 pandemic, we were so incredibly worried and stressed about it going well. My wife is a certified event planner and she needed someone who could execute her meticulously planned vision. With Belen, we were not disappointed. We were overjoyed. She gave us a sense of stability and calm during a time when all we could feel was anxiety and worry, with the help of her assistant Cathy.
Belen was so incredibly organized. She was flexible and steadfast. She displayed grace under fire. When problems came up with one of our other vendors, she handled the situation with poise and precision that can only come from expertise and mastery of her craft. We didn't even know that a problem had occurred at all until we heard about it a few days later. To us, we had a perfect wedding. Everything that we had always dreamed of. And it would not have been possible without Belen. You could not ask for a better coordinator.

The Absolute Best
Hiring The Blushing Details for day of coordination was the best decision we could have made while planning our wedding. The whole team was absolutely amazing! Highly Recommend - In Great Hands!
Belen from The Blushing Details and us never knew what we had coming when we originally booked our wedding for 3/14/20. With the shock of state-wide safety mandates, we were forced to postpone our wedding just 3 nights before our big day. Belen and Carol worked closely with us as we navigated through incredible times of uncertainty, stress, and fear. We were finally able to celebrate our big day with all of our loved ones on 11/19/21. Belen stayed in touch with us the entire time in between, 1 year and 8 months, and made us feel like we were in great hands as we planned our wedding from out of state.
Once the big day arrived, we couldn't have wished for more. Belen and her team were incredibly warm, personable and on top of every single detail. They made us feel like there was absolutely nothing to worry about and made decisions on the go as necessary. Our wedding at The Ebell Long Beach was beyond what we imagined and there's nothing we would do differently. If Belen and her team can manage surviving a pandemic-postponed wedding and making it come a reality post-pandemic, they can do ANYTHING!

The Blushing Details was a fabulous choice for coordinating my wedding! I worked with Carol directly for the majority of the wedding planning, and Carol brought two assistants with her the day of the wedding to make sure everything ran as smoothly as possible. Due to COVID complications, I changed wedding venues a month before my wedding, which understandably added so much stress and last minute planning to everything. Carol went above and beyond to make sure that nothing was missed and that my wedding went off without a hitch. Carol was so organized, and it was so great to be able to take a breath and relax while getting ready that morning, knowing Carol and her assistants had everything handled. They made sure everything was set up perfectly, coordinated all the vendors with zero issues, made sure the groom and I didn't accidentally see each other before walking down the aisle, stepped in to help with things like the money dance and the bouquet toss, and made sure all my DIY decor was packed up safe and sound at the end of the night! A box of decor I rented from the bakery was accidentally left behind at the venue, and Carol took the lead on helping me find the box and making sure it made it back to the bakery, even offering to drive to get it and deliver it--all after the wedding was over and her job was done. She is a genuinely sweet person who clearly loves what she does, and I cannot say enough good things about hiring her. You definitely won't regret it!

Carol Carol Carol! That's the name you need when you're planning your wedding or if you're looking for a day-of coordinator. Finding the Blushing Details was one of the BEST decisions I've made for our wedding. Carol was super responsive and so wonderful to work with. She guides you every step of the way and she is organized (which every bride needs for the big day). I really appreciated her questionnaires and worksheets because it allows you to be on top of everything leading up to the big day.
Carol and her team made everything go smoothly, from dropping off items at the venue to keeping antsy family members in check. Her and her team were all friendly and professional. Weddings can be hectic, but with Carol and her team, it made it so much enjoyable. She made sure me and the groom had water, food, etc. She really took care of us from the beginning till the end of the wedding. Highly recommend!!

So, we had one of those COVID weddings where we had originally planned on getting married late 2020, but we had to push it back to this past October. While obviously that wasn't ideal, what has been the last 2 years?
Anyway, I think Carol did a great job of handling a lot of the odds and ends that would likely stress both me and my wife out, while also keeping us in the loop and obviously getting our input. Was the wedding day stressful? Were the weeks leading up to it a little scary? Of course, but I think that Carol made sure everything went off without a hitch, and if there were hitches, she definitely kept them from us, so job well done!
When I look back at my wedding, I thankfully will remember all the good things like my bride walking down the aisle to a wonderful cellist playing off to my left, or our guests at the reception rocking out to the band that Carol recommended to us. Thanks, Blushing Details!

Absolutely Breathtaking
I could never find the words to describe how memorable and how extraordinary our wedding was. It was a "you had to be there" experience. Carol is amazing to work with and very professional from Day 1. We had ideas we wanted to link together and Carol was able to aesthetically recreate our vision for both the ceremony and reception within a reasonable budget. We were involved through the planning process and had the layout in our mind. She has very good taste and her experience allows her to improvise on decorations, schedules, and any acts of god that may throw a wrench in your plans. The execution and coordination between vendors was perfect and well improvised. Id reserve my highest recommendation for Carol and her Team for not only coordinating the best highlight of my life but taking our vision and going beyond our expectations. The best decision you will make for your wedding
We were lucky to have Carol from the beginning of our wedding planning journey. She is by far the first and one of the best decisions we made. She was with us through the whole process, completely understood that we knew nothing about wedding planning, and answered questions in a reasonable timeframe. She is very detailed oriented and she made sure her vendor recommendations matched our vision for the wedding. On the day of our wedding, Carol and Belen made it so that I did not have to worry about one tiny detail. Carol even added small touches throughout that really helped elevate the event. Carol was even our officiant and she made everything so light hearted, genuine, and relaxed that we could just be present with one another. Our wedding was everything we could have wanted and more – so much so that I forgot to add that our wedding was during COVID (Sept 19, 2020). Carol is an exceptionally talented wedding coordinator which is why she was spectacular as we navigated a pandemic and the health restrictions to follow. She was supportive throughout the whole process and three months before our wedding, Carol was there with us to locate a new venue and recreate a new vision. Wedding would not have been possible without Carol, Belen, and their team!
Once we decided to have our wedding at a family home, we knew that we needed a planner who could also help us come up with a cohesive design. We had some non-traditional ideas about what we wanted for our wedding, and we were looking for someone who could help us execute. We worked with Carol for the better part of a year. She helped us put together the most incredible team of vendors who all worked seamlessly together and were all a perfect fit to create the vibe we were going for. She acted as the intermediary between us and the vendors and kept us on track throughout the planning process. Despite being warned, we really didn’t know how complicated or stressful wedding planning would be - especially at a family home. Carol made sure we figured everything out - even the stuff we had no idea we had to figure out! She was super accessible and responsive throughout the whole planning process. Carol also created a cohesive aesthetic design that brought everything together - something we were really looking for direction on. As we approached the actual wedding, Belen stepped in as the Coordinator. She created a detailed plan and timeline for the day of the wedding to ensure all of the logistics were handled. The day of the wedding, Belen, Carol, and their team handled everything. We (and our families - homeowners included) were able to enjoy the day completely without having to worry about anything. Desperately need water? They are on it. Run out of cups? Twice? Taken care of.
Many of the compliments that we received fell into three categories: (1) the flow of the evening was great - there wasn’t any awkward amount of time spent waiting for the next “thing.” (2) Everything was beautiful in each of the spaces (ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception). (3) The overall feel and vibe of the wedding was personal, special, and so much fun. None of this would have been achieved without Carol, Belen, and the entire Blushing Details team. After spending so much time, energy, and stress planning a single day event, walking away thinking it was better than you ever could have hoped for is an amazing feeling. That would not have been possible without Carol, Belen, and their team. We are almost tempted to do it all again!

Made our dream come true
Its been three weeks since my wedding and I am still getting compliments about how gorgeous everything was. I don't know how we could have pulled it off without Carol and Belen. The entire year leading up to my wedding day, I didnt have to worry or stress (too much). My calls, messages, and emails never went unanswered. Carol was always quick to get back to us and was always there with an answer. Carol truly is the best! I was not a bride that already knew every detail of my wedding when I got engaged, but she was very patient with me . She is very sweet and professional, and really made my dream wedding come true! Her organization saved me so much stress, and her assistants were very helpful on the day of my wedding. Our schedule was very tight but Carol made sure everything went smoothly. Throughout the planning process it can be easy to lose sight of the overall picture, but Carol was great at making sure EVERY detail was taken care of the way I wanted it so I could actually enjoy my wedding day with my husband. Carol was nothing short of amazing, and really made us feel that she cared about our wedding from the very beginning. We met with a few other candidates, but she was the only one that made us feel like she was really invested in the final result. Her excitement, input, and calming presence really helped make our entire wedding planning process go much smoother.
Our wedding day turned out to be everything we hoped it would be and much more, and a large part of that is because of Carol and her team! We received Carol's business card at one of the venues that we were eyeing for our wedding, as she was planning an event with another couple. After several meetings with planners, we knew that Carol was *the one*! Working with her has been so pleasant from day one. She eased our worries as we were behind on wedding planning, offered great suggestions, and was extremely flexible when we had to move our wedding date and venue. On the day of our wedding, Carol and her team were extremely professional and handled what would have been a chaos into an enjoyable and stress-free environment for everyone, including the wedding party, guests, and other wedding vendors. Not only that but she reminded me of certain cues, fixed my hair bun that was falling apart, bustled an 11 point dress, pinned up my sisters dress, fixed my veil, oh too many things to name, all while managing other vendors as well as her team. I will dearly miss Carol and hope to cross paths again. My sister said she will definitely need Carol for her wedding, after seeing the extra mile that she will go for the event, and I will make sure she does! Working with Carol Banh Keiner from The Blushing Details made all the difference in our wedding day. Carol made it special. She took the time to listen to both the bride and the groom as to what our dream day was as a vision and she turned it into a reality. WOW! Not many people have the skill to do that…and even fewer people have the desire to do that. Carol fulfilled our wedding day dreams.
Conversations with Carol started well before the day of the big event. Even the smallest detail was discussed to ensure everything would go according to plan. Having a professional on your team really makes a difference. That difference is that you get to enjoy your wedding day!!!
Behind the scenes Carol contacted each of our vendors, such as caterer, photographer, DJ, Pastor, etc. to established clear communication channels, set expectations for our special day, and answered any questions the vendors may have had. What a life saver. Carol also took the time to personally speak with each member of the wedding party and family members who had any role in the wedding ceremony or reception.
During the wedding day itself, we had nothing to worry about. We put Carol and her team in control of the day starting from the early morning wakeup call to the late night cleanup. It was really nice to have a professional such as Carol and her team to guide us. THE DIFFERENCE IS THAT YOU GET TO ENJOY YOUR WEDDING DAY!!!

I hadn't initially planned on hiring a wedding planner but my venue required a day-of-coordinator. I'm so thankful that I found her though. She walked me through every step and helped me create the mood and feel of my day. She is very thorough and organized. We had a wedding for 17 people (including us) with our primary entertainment being our caterer's kitchen IN the ballroom. This was a very different wedding in lots of ways and Carol showcased her ability to adapt from what is usually considered a typical event. Her ideas and solutions were fun and practical. I was referred to The Blushing Details/Carol by a friend of mine who was using her services to plan their wedding. I didn’t think we needed a “day of” coordinator, since I wanted a simple wedding, and I was pretty hands on and organized. Our guest list started to grow, and the groom gave me the green light to get a coordinator. We met with Carol 3 times before the wedding (initial, final, wedding rehearsal). The weeks leading to the wedding, Carol contacted and coordinated communication with all of our vendors (delivery times, arrival times, parking). The day of the wedding, we didn’t have to lift a finger! Carol and her 2 assistants took care of all deliveries, got décor from the groom’s car (and put it back in the car after the wedding!), set up décor/menu cards/escort cards/cookie bar/cake tower/etc, and put all remaining items into our honeymoon suite. The groom, wedding party, and I didn’t have to worry about a thing! They kept us on a timeline, and the day ran so smoothly! The whole day was STRESS FREE – we just enjoyed our special day! They took care of everything! At the end of the night, the groom expressed how he was so grateful we had Carol as our coordinator! Hats off to Carol & her team (Deb & Julie) for a spectacular job coordinating our big day!
My husband and I were skeptical that we'd need a coordinator, but she came highly recommended by our venue, friends, and other vendors.
Upon meeting Carol, we shared our vision + concerns. She was incredibly kind and attentive. We knew we could trust her.
We chose her basic package (the "Day/Month Of"), but leading up to that wedding, she answered all of our questions quickly and thoroughly, recommended vendors, and met with us multiple times.
A month out, she checked in with us, our vendors, and wedding party. She drafted a detailed timeline (including our early morning tea ceremony). I'm so grateful for this! There was so much I would've forgotten if I'd done it on my own.
Carol also directed our rehearsal, ensuring everyone knew where to be and what to expect. Key instruction was to direct issues to the coordination team rather than the bride and groom. Instant stress reliever!
On the big day, her team showed up full of energy and smiles. They set up all of our DIY elements: menu cards, programs, sign in table, candles, etc. We were able to breathe and enjoy the day because everything was taken care of for us.

As someone who was an event planner and continues to work with event planners, I have very high standards, a commitment to quality and a penchant for details. Carol exceeded all of my expectations and has terrific aesthetics which only enhanced my own vision. Her responsiveness, attention to detail, ability to make decisions quickly on the fly were fantastic. She was unfailingly upbeat and positive, even when we made some last minute logistical changes (day of the wedding!).
Frankly, I wasn't going to hire a wedding coordinator, but my venue required a day-of coordinator. (After doing events for 30 years, I planned to do it myself or hire my assistant at work to do it for me.) Carol was way more than a day-of coordinator. She was a tremendous value. I interviewed several coordinators and her price was less, her skill and professionalism were better and the services she provided were far more encompassing.
In retrospect, I would have been a total fool to have assumed the planning on the day-of...it would have ruined my day. In addition to not enjoying my wedding, I would have been angry at myself for spending so much on my wedding only to not have been able to enjoy it.
Carol and her team are worth every penny...and then some. Save yourself the hassle of interviewing others and just call Carol. You won't regret it.

When I was first planning my wedding, the number one thing for me was to not stress on the day of the wedding. Girls, you spend thousands of dollars on your wedding, you should enjoy it! So I looked into finding a wedding planner to help make my day smooth and I found Carol. Carol was sweet, friendly, and very professional. Even though we hired her as a day/month of planner, she met with us a few times before that to go over the wedding plans or to walk the venue to ensure she gathered all the details required for the day. She was always available for questions and had very prompt responses (VERY important to brides!). On the day of the wedding, I packed all my decorations and she picked it up and when I was taking photos with the photographer, I snuck over to see how it turned out and it looked amazing! We also had a difficult vendor but because Carol had a working relationship with them, we never had to deal with the bad vendor. She handled all communication and made sure we didn't have to stress about it. If you want to ensure you have fun at your wedding because you want it to go smoothly, hire Carol! She's your girl!

Jesus and I just wanted to say thank you one more time for all of your help with our wedding – it was absolutely perfect. We (and all of our guests) had a fabulous time. And you definitely made sure the love was felt in the air on our wedding day!
Thank you for all your patience, grace, good judgement and incredible planning. As soon as we met last year, you put both Jesus and I totally at ease. We knew that no matter what happened (like weather or last minute changes) you would make sure that our wedding would go smoothly. And it did. There was absolutely nothing left for us to worry about.
Also, all of your recommended vendors were truly a pleasure to work with. The photographer was great and they were very kind and considerate people to be around. Our wedding video exceeded all our expectations and has been a blast to watch. The flowers were beautiful, the cake delicious, and everyone is still talking about how great the string quartet was!
We had such a wonderful time, we wish we could do it all over again (can we renew our vows after only two months!?) One of the greatest pleasures was getting to know you. You were not just our wedding planner, but an ally, confident and friend. Thank you Carol, we couldn't have done it without you – you really did make our wedding dreams come true and brought our vision to life! Every detail was executed with excellence and perfection!

Let me just tell you that Carol B. and her team are such lifesavers. They are extremely professional, organized, personable, and commited. My husband and I just married this past February and WOW did they do awesome job. To preface this: My mom (my other "wedding coordinator") and I are the type of people who are "hard to please". I am a photographer and we worked together on a wedding elopement. A friend referred me to her and I am so glad she did. She made the process of planning a wedding elopement so easy for me. Everything ran smoothly because of her help.
Carol is very detailed orientated & took care of every little detail leading up to our elopement. She is punctual & answered emails in a quick matter & communicated well with other vendors in a professional and friendly way. Carol organized visits & vendor meetings & was present at each and every one of them. She took care of the timeline for the day of the wedding elopement. She handled logistics with all of the vendors & made the process smooth for them as well.
On the date of the elopement, I knew I had absolutely nothing to stress about because Carol & her team were the first to show up. They helped unload equipment/props down two flights of stairs to the beach. It was a bit of a hike walking down to the beach and back up to get other props and they did it with ease. Carol is very good about keeping to schedule and adapting accordingly throughout the elopement.
I was absolutely blown away by how Carol coordinated all of the set ups. I couldn't believe how beautiful everything looked. She went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations.
I would highly recommend her to all of my brides, friends & family. She is incredible and a breath of fresh air to work with. I will truly miss working with her.

During the wedding planning, Carol was very attentive to our needs and requests: talented and creative too!--the desert bar was awesome...as soon as we took down the desert bar's "do not touch until after wedding" sign, her dessert bar was gobbled up by the guests within a few minutes...and there was a "lot" of goodies on that table--blue bubble gum poppers, éclairs, brownies, yum, yum, yum =) Carol also decorated the restaurant floorplan for the wedding, and made the restaurant layout look awesome! The guest tables were also laid out beautifully with flower center pieces.
Carol did an excellent job overall, highly recommended.

When I started out I was no help to Carol. Laid back, non-committal and unsure of anything I wanted. Carol helped me create and form my dream of my non-traditional venue and wedding and turned it into a magical experience. The space was truly transformed and classy. She was overly available, responsive, creative, accommodating and I heard all night from people it was the best wedding They'd ever been to. Carol handled everything that day and asked nothing of me. I COULD not have done anything without her. Also, her scheduling and attention to detail surpassed any wedding I had ever been in, ever. First wedding also that was 100 % on time. I truly thank her.

What could I say about The Blushing Details…they are the best! Especially, CAROL! There is no doubt in my mind that she was made for this. She is professional, organized, communicative, helpful with offering resources and advice when asked. She really is an expert in her field. It hard to find someone who is not only creative, but can also handle the business side of things. I was in awe of how invested she was in each detail and cared for my event as much as I did. You could really feel her heart in her work, and I think that’s what made the difference for me.
She was my full service event planner for my backyard bohemian chic themed bridal shower in Arcadia, Ca. She really got my vision for what I was looking for. She provided a delicious rustic themed Mediterranean food, a yummy dessert bar, refreshing fruit infused water, beautiful décor all over including bistro string lighting and an awesome photo booth backdrop. I also had her provided the dessert bar for my wedding in Diamond Bar, CA (I would have hired her as my planner but my wedding venue already had a coordinator.) I LOVE CAROL!!!! She and her amazing crew exceeded all expectations I envisioned my bridal shower to be! As a bit of a controller, worry-cat, and self-proclaimed event planner, I was prepared to arrive early, roll up my sleeves and get to work correcting any “errors” that may have occurred. But instead, I had the best time celebrating and chattin’ it up with my guests because EVERYTHING WAS TAKEN CARE OF! I was enjoying myself for once!!! The food, décor, photo booth backdrop, bistro lighting, set up/breakdown was all on point! Definitely a very thorough and detailed oriented Event Planner that was very engaged with all the attendees at a recent Anniversary Fundraiser that she was instrumental in putting together. She made all the guests feel welcome and every aspect of the service she provided made the event all the more memorable. She also welcomed feedback to help improve future events as well. The Best Wedding Planning
Carol and her team were an absolute dream to work with for our wedding in October! We brought Carol on early in our wedding planning process (a little over a year before we wanted to get married) because it was a particularly busy time for my husband and I. To say that having her in our corner brought a huge relief is an understatement! Not only is Carol professional and approachable, but she is a talented and creative Designer who was able to bring the look-and-feel we wanted for our wedding to life. She also has a deep rolodex of the top wedding vendors in the industry and was able to take the guesswork out of finding talented, reliable and friendly vendors within our budget. Having Carol manage our chosen vendors, and a particularly strict venue, alone was worth it.
But where Carol truly shone was on the day of the wedding. My husband and I did not have to worry about a single thing the day-of, which allowed us to truly take it all in and enjoy every moment. This was thanks to a meticulous schedule that Carol created and conveyed to all parties and the ability of her and her team to be in many places at once on the day. Countless guests told us that this was the smoothest-run wedding they’ve attended. And The Blushing Details was able to accomplish all of this with kindness and genuine smiles. You can tell that they love what they do.

It was a wonderful experience having Carol as our wedding coordinator! Carol and her team were a pleasure to work with! They really helped the month before the wedding run VERY SMOOTHLY and even before that were always available for questions. I did choose to have her not only as a month of coordinator but also the person to set up all of my DIY wedding details and decor and wow did they deliver!!! The day was very magical and the set up was actually better than I ever planned. Carol is on top of all the vendors coordinating when they are to come and set up which really puts you at ease that everything will go just as planned. She made a very clear outline of the day for getting ready, arriving to the venue, ceremony, speeches and kept us on time. We thank you very much Carol for all your help!!!

Carol and her team were great to work with!
We hired Carol for our month of wedding coordinator. The day of was really where Carol and her team shined through. She not only took care of us during our special day but our families. There were no hiccups during our wedding day and if there was, we definitely didn't hear about it. It shows that everything was taken care of where we really could enjoy our special day to the end. Great Experience
I’ve planned my entire wedding but realized we needed a day of wedding planner. That’s when we found The Blushing Details at the Pasadena Bridal Expo in Sept 2017. Carol was so sweet and very knowledgeable of the industry, we just had to book her right away! Carol and Belen attend our first venue visit and it was so helpful to have them there because with the questions and suggestions I wouldn’t have even thought to ask certain things to the venue. I felt that was extremely helpful having them there! Also, they had a really amazing preferred vendor list, I hired most of my vendors from the list they've provided. That helped me out a whole lot.
6 weeks prior to our wedding Belen stepped in and helped out tremendously! With contacting all of the vendors and putting together the entire time-line for the day of the wedding. I appreciate her helping out with the wedding rehearsal the day before the wedding as well.
Let’s discuss the wedding day. Such an amazing day to remember!! It was the best day ever and to have both Belen and Denise there for my husband and I was very helpful! They both kept everything on track and it flowed so well! Belen and Denise set up all of the decorations just the way I had envisioned it and Everything turned out perfectly!! Most importantly my Husband and I was able to enjoy our wedding day!!! When it came to bustling my dress, Denise bustled my dress so fast! That was the one thing I was worried about and I’m so happy to have had her there!! Oh my gosh, when the wedding was coming to an end, they packed up everything! I literally didn’t have to worry about a thing!
Overall, I would highly recommend The Blushing Details! I’m so thankful to have had both Belen and Denise there for myself and my Husband. Very lucky to have found such great wedding planners.

Overall I had Thebes day everything a great team. While the planning is stressful, the check ins with the team helped make sure I was on track. There was a lack of communication for the rehearsal.

Our regret of hiring Blushing Details.
My husband and I got married in May and I'm finally ready to share my experience with hiring Blushing Details.
We hired Blushing Details 9 months before our wedding and multiple concerns and red flags come up throughout the process. Not only did we receive very poor communication from our wedding planner but so did our vendors. My now husband and I attempted to bring this to their attention and the concerns we had but not much was done to fix the issues.
We were informed that once we booked the venue, everything else would be planned by our planner. This never happened. We were forced to find majority of our own vendors because they insisted on waiting so long before beginning to find vendors for us which left me extremely stressed out. When she did send us a few vendor options, it was completely out of our budget and when we informed her of this, we were informed that we would need to choose one of those vendors or be charged $150 an hour to search for other vendors.
Here's a small list of a other things that went horribly wrong due to Blushing details.
1. The night before our wedding, we learned that our wedding planner had given every one of our vendors and wedding party the wrong address to our hotel.
2. My hair and makeup artist did not receive correct information regarding the timeline. This caused my makeup artist to have to leave early in the middle of us all getting ready and me having to rectify my wedding planners mistakes.
3. Wedding planner blatantly lied to us on the day of our wedding about our wedding flowers. She blamed the florist for not bringing all the flowers we wanted. We later learned she lied to us and made the decision herself that we shouldn't have the flowers without communicating with us.
4. The entire seating arrangement was changed without our knowledge or approval. This left my family to be seated in the worst area at our reception.
This is just a fraction of our experience. I highly encourage you to hire someone else.
