Our wedding in October 2025 was perfect thanks to Nicole. She was our day of coordinator and we started working together about a month in advance making sure we ironed out all the details and were all on the same page. On the wedding day, she was well prepared for any mishap and ready to improvise when needed. A real pro! She set up our ceremony area beautifully, put some final touches on our reception area, set up our dessert table, and even helped out at the bar. She really took care of my husband and I. Because of her, I was able to relax and truly enjoy my wedding. She’s so sweet and kind and speaks Spanish which was a huge plus for us. Nicole was amazing and I think at this point she’s even an honorary member of our family because she’s been my cousins coordinator, mine, and she’ll be my brothers coordinator next year. Thank you Nicole!!

If you’re debating whether to book an event coordinator—don’t think twice. Hiring Dianne just a month before our wedding was one of our best decisions. She eased my stress immediately, communicated clearly, and handled everything with professionalism and care. Dianne and Irene made me feel truly supported and took the pressure off both before and during the big day. I felt heard, cared for, and in great hands. I highly recommend her and her team!

Tricia is the best in the business! Our wedding was flawless thanks to this incredible team. 10/10 recommend! Tricia and Sarah were a pleasure to work with. Tricia was so helpful throughout the wedding preparations in the weeks and months prior. On the day of the wedding her and her assistant Sarah were so attentive and respectful throughout the entire day. Tricia truly made our vision a reality and handled every single detail, which allowed us to have a completely stress-free day. She went above and beyond!

Having Tina helping us with our special day was the best thing We could have done. She thought of every single detail and came up with a few surprises. John and I are so appreciative of her dedication to us in such a stressful but rewarding time in our lives. She definitely knows her job and how to get every single dream met within your budget. Forever by Brittney is an incredible business! Brittney has a wonderful attitude, was always available when I needed her, was efficient, professional, prompt, and organized, and made my wedding a dream come true! She went above and beyond was I expected and even sent me helpful internet links with wedding/marriage related topics, gave me a useful checklist, answered all of my questions quickly and thoroughly, brought food for us during our wedding, made sure everything ran as planned, kept everyone calm, and more!

Kendyl is amazing at what she does and is a true professional. My wedding day was perfect and seamless because of her. She took care of everything and anything and I did not have to worry about a single thing during the whole process. Her positive attitude and skilled work is exactly what you want in a wedding planner. I couldn't recommend her enough!!!

We are absolutely certain that Laura is the most incredible wedding planner out there. She has incredible energy, she’s very positive and sweet, she listens closely and remembers every detail and also has lots of great ideas. She is extremely well organized and on top of absolutely everything - from every detail to every vendor and plan. We were blown away by how great she is. She is extremely hard working and went above and beyond for our wedding putting in an absolutely massive effort. We are so grateful for Laura and would jump at the opportunity to work with her again! We cannot recommend her highly enough.

Mel and her team at Emerald and May Events helped plan my wedding that happened at The 1909 on 2/5. My wedding blew my expectations out of the water and was the most perfect day I could have ever imagined. Everything was smooth, and absolutely stunning. Emerald and May Events knows the best vendors in So Cal! Mel and her team are absolutely worth it. Book her.
