Emily and her team were one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. I seriously don't know how we would have done it without her. From every planning meeting to brilliant design ideas to a timeline that was flawless we could not have asked for more. The short version: You won't regret choosing Emily + Co. for your wedding planning needs. We went with the day of coordinator which is really about a month of constant communication and then a few meetings before, and it was all we needed for our wedding to go off perfectly.

The long version: We were shopping around for wedding coordinators and Emily was one of our calls. We ended up loving her so much we canceled the rest of our calls and decided we wanted to move forward with her as we could tell just from that initial call that we could trust her and that she would have our back.
When I say everyone fell in love with her, I mean that everyone fell in love with her. My friends and wedding attendees sang to the stars about her. She made us feel like a priority and made sure we were okay with every little thing that was happening, from some people's crazy dancing to too many people in the room - she made sure we were okay with it.
There were even little things that I had no problem doing and Emily would jump in with "I'll take care of that." I remember telling Emily the week of our wedding that I didn't have any stress but I had stress from not being stressed because I thought I needed to be stressed. I owe so much of our big day to Emily - she had her work cut out with our open bar. If anything did go wrong, I had no idea at all.
I'm saying this of all our vendors cause I feel like we hit the vendor jackpot but I really wish you could get married more than once just so we could have a reason to work with Emily again.
You will not go wrong choosing her, you will not have any regrets, and you'll have the most magical and fun day with her as your coordinator!

We knew from the moment we met Emily we knew we were in good hands. She was professional, personable, and incredibly attentive to detail. We felt confident that she understood our vision for the wedding and would work tirelessly to make it a reality. It didn't hurt that we also instantly bonded over my obsessive planning/powerpoint mood board/trello boards!

Emily's communication throughout the planning process was exceptional. She was always available to answer our questions and provided valuable guidance and suggestions when needed - and talk us down when overwhelmed! She worked seamlessly with all of our vendors to ensure that everything was organized and coordinated perfectly. On the day of the wedding, Emily and her team were amazing. They worked tirelessly to ensure that every detail was taken care of, from setting up the ceremony and reception spaces to making sure the timeline ran smoothly. Emily was calm, cool, and collected throughout the entire day, even when our steamer malfunctioned and she tracked down a new steamer at a true value down the road. And as the bride, I never even knew about the steamer malfunction and only found out after the fact. I'd never have known anything was amiss she was just that centered!

Thanks to Emily's hard work and expertise, our wedding day was absolutely perfect. We received countless compliments from our guests on how seamless and beautiful everything was. We are so grateful to have had Emily as our wedding coordinator and would highly recommend her (and have to many friends and family since) to anyone looking for a talented and dedicated professional to help make their wedding dreams a reality.

We are so incredibly thankful to have used Emily as our wedding coordinator! It was very important to us to find a wedding coordinator that we thought we could be friends with and who we'd actually want around on our wedding day. Right from the first Zoom call, we knew that Emily was that person. She is the perfect mix of thoughtful and fun, but also keeps things on track. I (bride) knew that a day of coordinator was important, but having Emily with us a month out was invaluable. There were so many things that hadn't crossed our minds that she helped us figure out, and I truly think I would have gone bonkers without her help leading up to the wedding. She truly went above and beyond in so many ways. Our wedding was more DIY, and Emily was with us the day before helping to get everything set up and clearly understood my vision, and her team flawlessly picked up where I left off. It was a blessing and a sigh of relief knowing that on the day of the wedding we didn't have to worry about anything because we had full trust in Emily and her team. I can't stress how important I think it is to have someone who's been involved and you've built a report with leading up to the wedding. Also, our officiant mentioned how Emily executed the most efficient and thorough rehearsal that he'd ever been a part of!

Congratulations! You’ve just found the best coordinator in town (in the state… in the country…?!)! My husband and I thought we wanted a “day of coordinator” but did not know exactly how much to prioritize that role or what to ask for when searching for one. Then we stumbled upon Emily after posting in a local facebook group about needing a coordinator and we are so grateful we did. We’ve actually joked to that our only wedding regret is not having hired Emily to plan the whole thing.

Emily is professional, personable, and an incredible problem-solver. Emily does coordination, which means she jumps on board a couple months in advance to get you and your partner organized and get all of the vendors organized too. However, it would be a mistake to say she only gets involved at that point—from the moment we chose Emily, she checked in consistently, asked how she could help, and gave us leads as we navigated picking vendors. When we hit the ~8 week mark before the wedding, Emily began initiating more meetings and gathering all of the information she needed. We did a venue walk through and a meeting dedicated to decor. The tldr: Emily goes above and beyond and you are in GREAT hands with her and her team.

Additionally, she is always working behind the scenes to make sure everyone is on the same page. Leading up to the wedding, we had been very organized, but of course, in the week or so before the wedding, it felt like total chaos. We added people to our hair/makeup schedule. We had to add a last-minute vendor that totally changed the flow of our set-up. And of course, three days before the wedding, the forecast called for rain. Emily took this all in stride. She reassured us that our feelings about anything were valid and then promised she would figure out whatever we wanted to have happen. She even went to her local target to pick up additional clear umbrellas to make sure we would have enough if it did rain. She also navigated family dynamics like a pro. She always had multiple options for solutions for every moment of chaos we felt. And then once we had decided what we wanted, she made it happen! On the day of the wedding, I was completely worry-free because I knew Emily had everything under control.

Apparently a few things went wrong that neither my husband nor I knew about until later because Emily just handled it (she did check in about one thing that had been important to us, but when she asked about it, she came with multiple solution options for me to pick from). She also goes above and beyond to make anything right if there is a need to do so (all weddings have things go wrong!). All-in-all, you want a coordinator who is on top of things, but you also want one that you want to spend your day with and Emily strikes that balance perfectly. We were actually sad when our wedding ended and we realized we wouldn’t be chatting with her as regularly!

Emily is so professional and organized. She went above our expectations, we could not be happier with her services! She is so lovely and an expert at coordinating weddings. We had a 175 count guest count at Taglyan Complex. We had multiple performances and family surprises that she had to work with on the timeline. Our night wouldn’t have been so seamless if it wasn’t for Emily. As a bride, I didn’t have to worry about the small details, she took care of everything. My family got enjoy the night too.
