We got married October 2025, and reached out to Naomi of DNT Event in mid January 2025. We were under a time crunch, had an estimated guest count of ~200, and were doing a destination wedding. Naomi was cool, calm, and collected during our first call, and gave us the faith we needed to know we could do this. We spent many time calling, emailing, texting, and Naomi was always responsive. We purchased the chocolate soufflé package that gave us help for planning a wedding of this size. Naomi helped us so much in finding the right venue, negotiating drinks, food, and other vendors, I really have no idea how we would have had our wedding and stayed IN BUDGET without her! During the day of, Naomi brought in 4-5 people on her team to help accommodate our venue and guest count. She helped us plan the perfect day which ranged from a morning tea ceremony, wedding ceremony, reception, and the in n out truck for a late night bite for our guests. We had such a special time, and Naomi and team ensured we ate and drank everything at the wedding (thank goodness, because we would not have remembered!) We ended the night with our bellies full, tired from the long day, but overall so thankful we hired Naomi and DNT! Thank you!!! Below is the perfect photo taken by our photographer (special shoutout to Skyewater) that shows Naomi putting on the final touch for the groom. She's literally there every step of the way, and we are forever grateful to her and her team.

Our wedding weekend in Tuscany at the wonderful Castello Di Vicarello was nothing short of magical, and we owe so much of it to Nicole and her sister Jill. From the very beginning, the process was streamlined, stress-free, and surprisingly easy. Having Jill based in Italy made everything really smooth, and together they found us the best possible venue and vendors who brought our vision to life. What stood out just as much as their organization was Nicole’s incredible design ability. Every element was chic, thoughtful, and intentional. Nothing ever felt generic; each detail was curated to reflect us, and it showed in the atmosphere and experience. Nicole and Jill were calm, kind, and reassuring every step of the way. They were there for us in moments of doubt or stress, always with patience and a smile. Even the very last details, handled minutes before the ceremony, were executed with grace. The entire weekend (welcome dinner, wedding day and and poolside farewell brunch), everything unfolded beautifully. All we felt was joy and calm, which is not something most couples get to say. Every single guest told us it was the most incredible wedding they had ever attended, and we can give a huge amount of credit to Nicole and Jill for making that happen. If you are looking for wedding planners who will give you the gift of a seamless, chic, and stress-free wedding, you are in the right place. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for everything. You made the best weekend of our lives possible, and we will never forget it.

Erin was a godsend. When I met Erin, I was struggling to plan my wedding and not enjoying the process at all. She took my vague ideas and the things I had already selected and put together a cohesive look and feel that I was extremely happy with - I wish I'd met her sooner. Working with Erin was fun and I would definitely make the same choice again. I loved how everything turned out and got sooo many compliments - my pictures even made it to some of those fancy wedding blogs/instagrams. If I could change one thing it maybe would have been to book an additional 'day of' coordinator because I had Erin doing EVERYTHING, including choosing the music for the ceremony bc I left it to the last minute, and I could have used a bit more handholding. But all in all, I was on cloud nine from the second the doors to the chapel were opened to when my husband and I made it the hotel and that's largely thanks to Erin. (By the way, if you're wondering, the music she picked for us was perfect lol)

She was always available weather through email or setting up calls at our convenience. On the day of the wedding she was there through every step and made things so easy for us. I initially thought I didn't need a day-of coordinator but am so glad I found Viviana! She was great to work with, and very responsive and communicative. It was wonderful having her on my wedding day to execute my vision and manage the setup of all the other vendors. She was very detailed with the takedown as well. I had let Viviana know prior that if guests want to take centerpieces home that was fine, I just wanted to keep 2. I found out afterwards that Viviana had, sometime towards the end of the night, brought 2 all the way up to my suite without anyone noticing (along with every single item from the ballroom and getting-ready room I had wanted to keep). :) Thank you, Viviana, for all your help on our wedding day!
