We got married October 2025, and reached out to Naomi of DNT Event in mid January 2025. We were under a time crunch, had an estimated guest count of ~200, and were doing a destination wedding.

Naomi was cool, calm, and collected during our first call, and gave us the faith we needed to know we could do this. We spent many time calling, emailing, texting, and Naomi was always responsive. We purchased the chocolate soufflé package that gave us help for planning a wedding of this size.

Naomi helped us so much in finding the right venue, negotiating drinks, food, and other vendors, I really have no idea how we would have had our wedding and stayed IN BUDGET without her!

During the day of, Naomi brought in 4-5 people on her team to help accommodate our venue and guest count. She helped us plan the perfect day which ranged from a morning tea ceremony, wedding ceremony, reception, and the in n out truck for a late night bite for our guests. We had such a special time, and Naomi and team ensured we ate and drank everything at the wedding (thank goodness, because we would not have remembered!) We ended the night with our bellies full, tired from the long day, but overall so thankful we hired Naomi and DNT! Thank you!!!

We had the pleasure of working with Naomi over a 9-month period. Her warmth, sense of humor and expertise were apparent from the beginning. She helped us navigate all aspects of our wedding -- finding the right venue, hiring and negotiating with vendors, floral designs, seating layout, and so many of the smallest details we never would’ve thought of on our own. The weekend of the wedding, Naomi and her team did an exceptional job. They were on top of everything and impressed even our families with how attentive they were to their needs! Strongly recommend!

Where to begin? Naomi came recommended by a friend who had recently had a wedding, and we didn't even end up meeting anyone else - we knew from the questions she asked and her approach to planning in that first meeting that she and her team were the right event planners for our wedding.

While my husband and I are very proactive and had a vision, there was so much we just didn't know or didn't even realize we should be thinking about, and Naomi was incredibly generous with her time to walk us through what to expect at every phase, lay out the pros and cons of each choice we'd make, and map backwards from our timelines. We never felt lost or overwhelmed, and she is the sort of person who will make sure all of your questions are answered once you lay them out - she keeps meticulous track of your needs!

The day of was seamless - I have a hard time taking my "producer" hat off and being in the moment because I'm always worried about what could potentially go wrong, but she and her team were so on top of everything that I truly was able to not think ONCE about logistics and planning and I soaked up every ounce of joy during the big day. I had multiple friends come up and compliment me specifically on how on top of things she and her team were - she remembered every tiny detail we mapped out and made sure every vendor was up to spec on all of those details.

Lastly, her creative suggestions were totally ace. We weren't sure if anyone would totally get the vibe of our wedding (it was very retro and a little offbeat), but she immediately got it and was able to weigh in kindly with great direction about a few key items that totally paid off. She made our Saturday Night Fever disco dreams come true!

I truly could not say more amazing things about Naomi. Run, don't walk, to hire her for any event.

We worked with Naomi for our recent wedding (March 2024), and we had the best experience with her and her team! She worked with us for the last 3 months of planning and for the day-of coordination.
Leading up to the wedding, Naomi was always well organized, quick to respond to emails, and knowledgeable about all wedding things. We felt at ease with Naomi at our meetings with our vendors in the month before the wedding. She knew all of the right questions to ask during the meetings with our venue, florist, and DJ. She always listened to our priorities and our wants, and all of her advice and suggestions were very welcomed and useful.
Naomi was also on top of all the logistics for the day-of. She and her team took care of everything the day of our wedding, and my partner and I did not have to worry about a thing. Her team also helped set up the decor just as I envisioned it. The tablescapes and other decorations turned out perfect! Many of our guests complimented us after the wedding about how smoothly and seamlessly everything went. We have Naomi and her team to thank for that, and we are just so grateful to her.

Bride here- Naomi is AMAZING. She was so great to work with. I have a event producing background and wanted to be very hands on/lead certain parts of the design and planning of our day. I really appreciated how Naomi was able to create a wedding planning package just for us that had just what we needed since I would be doing some of the items a wedding planner may do for other clients.

First and foremost Naomi is really really good at what she does. She has an amazing eye and creative sensibility. I really appreciated her feedback and refinement to the design references I pulled together. She also has a top notch list of vendors to work with and they clearly love working with her. She gave us a full page of recommendations for each vendor type: florals, band, photography etc... and called out which ones she felt were in our wheel house and why. Every vendor we worked with was AMAZING! From there she was able to help us through all the steps of planning and made us the perfect timeline. She is so organized and always had all the information ready to go right away if we needed to discuss something.

We started working with Naomi right after we signed with our venue and it was so great to be have her and her team lead us through the planning and design processes and be the main point of contact for all vendors the weeks leading up to the wedding and the day of. They knew everything we were looking for and once we stopped reading emails and focusing on our wedding weekend we knew that Naomi and team had everything handled. Like any event they needed to make a few day of calls and Naomi knew exactly what our priorities were and made the perfect call without us even needing to know anything was happening.

Lastly, Naomi is just a joy to work with. She is so warm and full of joy and also concise and efficient when it comes to helping make decisions. Naomi made wedding planning much more seamless than I ever thought imaginable and I am so grateful to her for that. I highly recommend working with her if you can!

Groom here. Naomi and her team were incredible. During the planning process, her suggestions were fantastic and really helped streamline our experience. All of the vendors she recommended did an awesome job.
As for the wedding itself, from our day-of perspective it went off without a hitch. Any issues that did arise (they were relatively minor) were promptly handled by Naomi and the DNT Events team. They made sure that we, the bride and groom, were either unaware (so we could keep partying/being with our guests) or they gave us a quick synopsis and a recommendation for a solution (Ex. We were planning on doing a photo shoot with the full moon, but it was hazy and we were having fun with our guests, so they suggested we keep partying and to skip it. It was the right decision).
Additionally, they had our wedding planned down to the minute so they did a great job of keeping us on track and maximized our time for dancing and mingling with our guests.
In short, she and her team did a fantastic job! Would highly recommend!

We thought Naomi was probably one of the most organized people we had ever met while planning. Then, on the actual wedding day as we watched her manage a minute-by-minute schedule for multiple parties, vendor coordination, setup, details we'd never think of, multiple staff members, etc. with her color-coded clipboard binder thing full of back-up necessities inside... we realized Naomi is THE MOST organized person we know. To this day I am still in awe of how one person could have so much brainpower.

To add to that, Naomi always has such a positive attitude. She was so kind and patient with our wedding party (a group of people who always fail to follow directions and love to share their opinions... haha). Our families and friends were so impressed by her team and complimented the event tons.

Naomi and her team at DNT events are one of a kind and were crucial in our wedding planning process. Our experience with Naomi and DNT events was well beyond our expectations in every good way. Naomi even helped us navigate some cultural and family issues that came up for us during our planning process. She was always so pleasant to speak with but was also always on her game! Naomi and her team did a great job ensuring that our wedding went smoothly. When our attendants were late, her staff stepped in to check in guests until they showed up. She and her team made sure that my husband and I were fed, hydrated, and taken cared of. Even when an hour-long delay set back things, she and the rest of the vendors were able to adapt to the situation.

I only hired DNT for their month-of coordination services with a vendor management add-on, but it's definitely worth the cost to hire them to ensure things don't slip through the cracks in the last month leading up to the wedding and that the day goes smoother.
