We HIGHLY recommend Kelly and XOXO Wedding! From our initial call to the end of our wedding night, working with Kelly was absolutely the best decision we made. Our first call was so personable, and left both myself and my husband confident in our choice to move forward. Kelly helped make our whole planning to execution process seamless and stress-free. She shared amazing vendor recommendations and made herself available for our questions. Kelly was very communicative with our vendors about every step of the timeline for the day of. We absolutely loved working with Mel! From day 1, she was on top of things, including consulting us on venues and what exactly we should be looking for when selecting one. Even on the day of our wedding, our family and friends shared how much they were impressed with Mel's work and her professionalism. Any questions we had, Mel always found the answers for us and helped to ease any anxiety that we had. We highly recommend working with Mel and would choose her ten times over again if we had the chance.

My wife and I (I especially) had no idea how much detail truly went into planning a wedding and we could not have done it without Barbara. She was so amazing, understanding, comforting, reassuring, and steady throughout the process and on the day itself. Couldn't have asked for a better wedding coordinator!

It was such a pleasure having Kaci as the lead planner for our amazing wedding in LA. We loved working with her and she made the whole wedding planning super organized and kept us on track throughout the entire process. Even the biggest ideas we had didn't phase her and she was able to tackle our requests head-on. For instance, we wanted to have a drone show at the wedding and even though Kaci said she didn't have experience working with drone vendors, she was able to help us make it happen with the vendor for our wedding. Throughout the whole process, Kaci was able to quickly find vendors that fit our budget, talk us through the entire wedding planning process, and was supportive and communicative the entire time when we needed someone to talk to. From the beginning, Kaci really cared about making our dreams come true and beyond just being a planner she felt like a great friend who's full attention was making sure our dream wedding came true.

With Kaci, we got someone who is really great at coordinating and following up with multiple vendors so we didn't have get flooded with communications, designing and managing the wedding and timeline so we didn't fall behind leading up to the wedding, and, above all, supporting and running the show the day of along with her assistants Giselle and Adrienne so we were not stressed and we could just celebrate the entire time. With Kaci and her team, we definitely didn't feel any pressure and felt confident that our wedding would go smoothly and it became the best night of our lives.

We also needed help planning our engagement party in Chicago and since her team spans across multiple states, she was able to have Adrienne, who is based out of the Chicago branch, work with us in finding and coordinating our engagment party. Our guest had a blast and just like the wedding we still hear wonderful things about both the engagement party and the wedding.

We recently had our wedding at Valhalla this June, and working with Taylor at XOXO was the best experience ever. She went above and beyond, listened and catered to our needs, and truly made our day run so smoothly. We couldn't have asked for a better person to work with! I truly don’t know how to put into words how incredible Kaci and the XOXO Weddings team were. If I could give more than five stars, I would.

Kaci and I worked together for almost 18 months planning the wedding of my dreams, and somehow I can honestly say I was never once stressed about wedding planning. I hear so many brides talk about how overwhelming and stressful the process is, and that simply was not my experience. That is entirely because of Kaci.

She is an amazing communicator, incredibly organized, and most importantly, she just makes things happen. I never felt like I had to chase down vendors, solve problems, or worry about what was happening behind the scenes. If something needed to get done, Kaci handled it. She negotiated with vendors on our behalf, advocated for us, kept everything moving, and somehow made the entire planning process actually FUN.

And our wedding was not an easy one to plan. We got married on Catalina Island, which meant coordinating an insane amount of logistics to get everything and everyone to the island. We literally needed a barge to transport our flowers, band equipment, and so much more. What could have been incredibly complicated and stressful, Kaci made feel completely effortless.

Then came the actual wedding day. It was genuinely the best day of my entire life, and everything went perfectly. I know there were inevitably things happening behind the scenes, but I never knew about any of them because Kaci handled EVERYTHING. I got to be completely present, enjoy every second, and never once think about a timeline, vendor, setup, or problem. That is the greatest gift you can give a bride on her wedding day.

Hiring Kaci was hands down the best decision I made for our wedding, besides marrying my husband, obviously. :)

I am genuinely sad the wedding is over because it means I don’t get to work with her anymore. After 18 months, Kaci felt like so much more than our wedding coordinator. She cared about our wedding as if it were her own, and I will forever be grateful to her for giving us the most incredible experience from beginning to end.

We just got married and Barbara was our wedding coordinator, and our wedding would not have been as incredible as it was without her! Her guidance, support, planning system and tools, creative ideas, kindness, and calm spirit were priceless.
She came up with the most beautiful ideas for every detail that were so unique to us as individuals and a couple, and we were both in shock when we saw how well she put our ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception spaces together!
She was responsive, professional, and kind from the day we met with her. She never made us feel like we were a bother with any text or email, and wedding week she literally told us “it’s time to zip it and relax,” and that we did, because she handled everything for us!
We had already booked a venue when we started working with Barbara, but every other vendor was her recommendation or she looked into them before we met with them, and we had a very positive experience with every single vendor. We were nervous about our budget for the wedding overall, but she created a breakdown for us and made sure that every idea we had was budget friendly while still maintaining our dream wedding ideas.
She was truly such a wonderful person to have throughout the planning process and especially on the day of and at the rehearsal. She made everything flow so smoothly and remained incredibly calm no matter what chaos ensued with our families and guests!

From our first meeting to her day-of heroics, she was prepared, organized, and made the whole wedding planning experience a joy. When it came to planning, she had a sheet ready for everything and set us up with vendors that were great matches. On our wedding day, she was like a superhero, equipped with her utility belt, she solved every problem that came up, from stained shirts to sore feet. Knowing she was there always kept us at ease. When we decided to have our wedding at the Natural History Museum, we realized quickly that we needed a wedding planner with special expertise.

Mel from XOXO was fun, easy to talk to/meet with, and was able to think outside of the box and be creative with us, since we wanted a non-traditional wedding. She also got us top notch referrals, who were able to bring our day to life (and very artfully!) She would advocate for us whenever it was needed.
