Months leading up to the wedding, she checked in with us every month, answered every question we had, and made sure everything stayed organized and on track.

The days leading up to the wedding, she truly went above and beyond. Whenever I realized I needed a last-minute item, she took care of it so I didn’t have to make stressful trips to the store. On the wedding day, everything was prepared, organized, and ran so smoothly because she was always one step ahead.

We absolutely LOVED working with Barbara! She is, without a doubt, the reason our wedding day went so smoothly and turned out exactly as we had envisioned. We started working with her in 2024 for our June 2026 wedding and chose the Hugs and Kisses package. From day one, she made the entire planning process feel so much easier and took an incredible amount of stress off our shoulders.
Barbara recommended amazing vendors that fit our budget perfectly, managed all of the communication, created a beautiful design booklet that brought our vision to life, and handled countless details behind the scenes that made such a huge difference. The setup was absolutely gorgeous. Every detail was so thoughtfully curated, and she captured our personalities and vision in a way that felt so uniquely us. Walking into our reception was one of our favorite moments because everything looked even more beautiful than we had imagined.
We are beyond grateful for Barbara and the care, dedication, and countless hours she poured into making our wedding unforgettable. We cannot recommend her highly enough and would choose her again in a heartbeat. Working with her has truly been one of the best decisions we made throughout the wedding planning process. I first met Kaci when she was the wedding coordinator for my best friend's wedding and could see immediately how efficient, professional, and kind she was! When it came time for my wedding I knew that we would love to have Kaci as our coordinator and lucky for us she was available on our date! Kaci is an amazing coordinator -- always listening to the things that were important to us and making it happen, helping us decide on tableware and providing helpful feedback patiently without ever rushing, helped us find a bakery that had the obscure cake flavors we loved, and was so understanding during the death of a loved one that resulted in some last minute planning. She would gently remind us when things were due, make herself available through text, call, or email for various tasks, and did it all with a smile and a great attitude. On the day of our wedding I'm certain there were multiple fires that we never even heard about because she swooped in and dealt with them in real time. The day before our wedding, her connections saved us from a last minute fiasco (all the wine for the wedding was not going to make it in time). All of her vendor recommendations were top notch quality and easy to work with. She is now going to be the coordinator for a total of 4 couples in our friend group -- cannot recommend her enough. thank you Kaci for everything you did for us, and for helping make our wedding truly the happiest day of our lives!

We used Taylor Hicks in Reno, NV for our wedding and, from start to finish, she was absolutely fantastic and better than we ever could've expected. From the beginning, Taylor came to our consultation meeting organized, prepared, and ready to give us all of the information we needed. This was so helpful because neither of us have any experience with event planning and were feeling pretty overwhelmed.

Throughout the planning process, Taylor was extremely organized and struck a perfect balance of letting us take the lead where we wanted, and providing helpful guidance when we needed help. Her documents and regular meetings kept us organized on track. She was also extremely responsive over both email and text whenever we needed her!

Most importantly, Taylor made us feel confident in being able to complete our vision within in our budget, and provided truly incredible recommendations for vendors. All of her vendor partners were truly excellent and professional, and we were able to complete our full day under budget! On the day of, Taylor was calm, professional, and kept everything running smoothly with a smile! We truly could not be happier with how everything turned out.

As a lesbian couple, Taylor also made us feel completely safe and comfortable sharing our vision and goals for the day. She was very supportive and kind the whole time. We would recommend her to any and every couple!

If you're on the fence about whether or not to get a coordinator, take this as your sign to absolutely do it! Taylor made our entire wedding planning process smooth, comfortable, and enjoyable and we could not have done it without her.

We had Kelly as our planner through xoxoweddings and we cannot say enough good things about working with her and the company as a whole. From day 1 we knew we were in good hands with Kelly. She was incredibly responsive, helpful, and was on top of everything. We had a particularly eventful wedding as we had a Sangeet, a Baraat, ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception. Kelly crushed it all. She made sure every detail was seen to, and even checked in during the madness to make sure we ate! Her vendor recommendations were top notch and also budget conscious without skimping on the final product. I worked with Kehau and she was amazing. She was prompted, organized, and gave me great advice when it came to vendor selection, design style, and everything else that comes with wedding planning. The day of was extremely smooth and there were zero hiccups, even when non-forecasted rain came through.

From our church wedding, to our rooftop cocktail hour, to being completely transported into a different world for the reception — we wanted the day to feel like a true transformation. Kaci brought that vision to life in the most incredible way. From the moment we walked into the reception, it felt like stepping into another place — the draping, florals, live band, and overall design completely transformed the space. The energy was amazing, and exactly what we had hoped for… people were on the dance floor all night.

I cannot say enough amazing things about Kaci. She played such an integral role in making our wedding one of the most special and memorable days of our lives.

We had a 300+ person wedding and were really focused on keeping it local and true to who we are. With our guest count, that came with some limitations — and a few pivots along the way — but Kaci guided us through every decision, helping us stay calm and on track while keeping the vision intact.

What stood out most to me was how she listened. She let us talk… a lot… about our vision, what we wanted, what we didn't want. She never rushed us or steered us somewhere easier. She just took it all in and then made it happen. You could tell she genuinely cared, not just about the event, but about us.

She is incredibly responsive (honestly, sometimes too responsive — she deserves a real vacation after our wedding!), deeply detail-oriented, and someone you trust with every decision. And on top of all that, she is just so much fun to be around. Planning a wedding is a lot — but Kaci made the whole process feel fun rather than overwhelming. She is exactly the kind of person you want by your side during one of the most important times of your life.

A special mention also has to go to her husband Bryan — together they are such an incredible duo. Bryan helped bring some stunning details to life, including our menus and our seating chart. We wanted the seating chart to look like stone, and what he created was so beautiful it ended up becoming its own moment — guests were stopping to take photos in front of it.

Kaci also introduced us to some amazing vendors, all of whom brought our vision — and more importantly, the feeling and energy we wanted — to life in such a beautiful way.

I can't recommend Kaci enough. She made our day everything we dreamed of and more.

We were fortunate to discover Kaci Johnson through a recommended vendor list of a venue we were considering. There are numerous compelling reasons to hire XOXO Weddings as your Wedding Planner/Coordinator. Firstly, Kaci possesses a profound understanding of budgeting, even when we may not! She demonstrates exceptional organizational skills, even when we lack them! She meticulously evaluates all options and scenarios, even when we do not.

The Bride and Groom had a short engagement, and we hired Kaci six months prior to the wedding. From the first meeting, we knew her communication style would be a fit for us. Kaci handled our large Wedding seamlessly and with little to no stress to the Bride and Groom. She is communicative, listens to the Bride and Groom’s wants, and enlists the vendors to not only crate the vision, but produce the mood they wanted to provide for themselves and their guests!

We had many turns and changes in the plan. Kaci handled them seamlessly and had option B and C ready to implement for every scenario! The end result was spectacular!

Her vendors were great, and our expectations were more than met, they were blown out of the water!

As a final note, our family hosts numerous parties and events. The key to identifying the right person and team is when unforeseen issues arise in the days leading up to the wedding, and your response to the team is, “Kaci, you have full approval on any decision that needs to be made from here on out!”
