We worked with Adrienne Gossett as our wedding planner and she was WONDERFUL! She was professional, responsive, and very organized. Also, Adrienne was very flexible and always had a calm demeanor, especially in the final month or two when some things seemed to be not going as planned. We always knew we could count on Adrienne! Adrienne also created a very organized and detailed Design board slideshow that was very useful when communicating with other vendors.

Kaci and the entire team at XOXO Weddings were FANTASTIC!! I cannot sing their praises enough. The entire experience was handled with calmness, class, professionalism, and fun! We felt so supported through every step of the planning process and the final result was legendary. 10/10 experience !!!

I have the pleasure of working alongside Mel and the fabulous XOXO team as a vendor on multiple events a year. They are always the most incredible team when it comes to clear and direct communication, elevated design, timely responses and the best energy on site the day of the event. From the very beginning, I trusted Mel completely. She guided us through every step of the planning process, and by the time our wedding day arrived, I realized just how invaluable she was. I expected to wake up feeling anxious and overwhelmed, but instead, I was the calmest I've ever been because I knew she had everything under control. There is no greater gift a bride can receive than the peace of mind that someone truly has your back.

Every question, every last-minute change, every unexpected mishap—Mel handled it before it ever became a problem. The guys had wardrobe malfunctions, and I didn't even know about them until after the wedding because she had already taken care of everything. During our grand entrance, my bustle came undone. Within moments, she had her bustle gun out, fixed it, and we kept celebrating like nothing had happened.

What impressed me most was her incredible attention to detail. She noticed the little things that no one else would and made everything 100 times better. She anticipated needs before anyone even realized they had them, and the entire day ran so seamlessly because of her.

To this day, our entire family still talks about how AMAZING Mel was. She truly provided white-glove service from start to finish, and I honestly can't imagine our wedding without her.

If you're considering hiring XOXO Weddings, stop searching and book them. It was one of the best decisions we made, and if I could do our wedding all over again, I'd hire Mel every single time.

Hiiiis! My name is Nichole Bloom, and my parents, husband, and I literally could not be more insanely grateful for Kaci Johnson and the XOXO Weddings team for making our wedding—and the entire planning process—the most magical, fun, and drama-free experience ever!

For some context, my fiancé, Lane, and I live in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. I work two jobs and am also a full-time graduate student earning my degree in counseling, while my now-husband, Lane (hehe), is an engineer. We have two wiener dogs, an axolotl, and a lot going on. Soooo, when we got engaged and realized we would be planning a wedding across multiple time zones and coasts, we knew we might need some help, lol.

Before meeting Kaci, we booked our venue at the Ebell of Los Angeles, where Kaci and her team came highly recommended. After our first meeting with her, we all immediately breathed a huge sigh of relief. We knew we were in great hands, everything would be perfect, and we would not have to stress about a thing!

Normally, this would be the end of a typical positive review—but strap in, because this is only the tip of the iceberg when it comes to the absolute, glorious icon that is Kaci Johnson and XOXO Weddings.

From the moment we signed with Kaci, she treated Lane and me like we were her real-life friends. She provided a listening ear, honest feedback about whether my crazy ideas were totally chic or needed some serious reconsideration, endless enthusiasm and positivity, and so much genuine love. I knew Kaci would help bring my vision to life, but I had no idea the depth of care and attention to detail she would bring to every part of our wedding.

From her bountiful list of vendors—who treated my family and me with the same love and care that she did—to MY INSANE CUSTOM ESCORT BOARD that she designed with what I can only assume was magical fairy dust, Kaci made every detail feel special. She even found a custom glass for us to turn into artwork after our “Shevirat ha-khatunah,” or the part of the Jewish wedding where the couple breaks the glass and everyone screams, lol!

Between the countless meetings, phone calls, creative ideas, and smallest thoughtful details, Kaci and her team went far beyond the call of wedding planning. They truly became part of our families’ lives in the absolute best way.

As a bride who is an over-apologizer and a little confrontation-averse, I was especially grateful for the way Kaci gracefully and masterfully navigated all of the business-related details. She ensured that every vendor was treated with love and respect while also making sure we got everything we wanted from the experience. She asked the difficult questions and made the little requests that I was definitely too scared to make myself!

In conclusion, if you are planning a wedding, you literally do not need to look any further. Just hire Kaci and the XOXO Weddings team! I promise you will never regret it, and you will have the wedding day—and planning process—of your dreams!!!!!

We absolutely LOVED working with Barbara! She is, without a doubt, the reason our wedding day went so smoothly and turned out exactly as we had envisioned. We started working with her in 2024 for our June 2026 wedding and chose the Hugs and Kisses package. The setup was absolutely gorgeous. Every detail was so thoughtfully curated, and she captured our personalities and vision in a way that felt so uniquely us. Walking into our reception was one of our favorite moments because everything looked even more beautiful than we had imagined.
We are beyond grateful for Barbara and the care, dedication, and countless hours she poured into making our wedding unforgettable. We cannot recommend her highly enough and would choose her again in a heartbeat. Working with her has truly been one of the best decisions we made throughout the wedding planning process. By the end, she felt like so much more than our wedding planner, we're so grateful to now call her a friend.

I first met Kaci when she was the wedding coordinator for my best friend's wedding and could see immediately how efficient, professional, and kind she was! When it came time for my wedding I knew that we would love to have Kaci as our coordinator and lucky for us she was available on our date! Kaci is an amazing coordinator -- always listening to the things that were important to us and making it happen, helping us decide on tableware and providing helpful feedback patiently without ever rushing, helped us find a bakery that had the obscure cake flavors we loved, and was so understanding during the death of a loved one that resulted in some last minute planning. She would gently remind us when things were due, make herself available through text, call, or email for various tasks, and did it all with a smile and a great attitude. On the day of our wedding I'm certain there were multiple fires that we never even heard about because she swooped in and dealt with them in real time. The day before our wedding, her connections saved us from a last minute fiasco (all the wine for the wedding was not going to make it in time). All of her vendor recommendations were top notch quality and easy to work with. She is now going to be the coordinator for a total of 4 couples in our friend group -- cannot recommend her enough. thank you Kaci for everything you did for us, and for helping make our wedding truly the happiest day of our lives!

We used Taylor Hicks in Reno, NV for our wedding and, from start to finish, she was absolutely fantastic and better than we ever could've expected. From the beginning, Taylor came to our consultation meeting organized, prepared, and ready to give us all of the information we needed. This was so helpful because neither of us have any experience with event planning and were feeling pretty overwhelmed.

Throughout the planning process, Taylor was extremely organized and struck a perfect balance of letting us take the lead where we wanted, and providing helpful guidance when we needed help. Her documents and regular meetings kept us organized on track. She was also extremely responsive over both email and text whenever we needed her!

Most importantly, Taylor made us feel confident in being able to complete our vision within in our budget, and provided truly incredible recommendations for vendors. All of her vendor partners were truly excellent and professional, and we were able to complete our full day under budget! On the day of, Taylor was calm, professional, and kept everything running smoothly with a smile! We truly could not be happier with how everything turned out.

As a lesbian couple, Taylor also made us feel completely safe and comfortable sharing our vision and goals for the day. She was very supportive and kind the whole time. We would recommend her to any and every couple!
