Can't recommend Sarah enough!
Sarah with XOXO was the BEST!!! My husband and I were so overwhelmed by the planning process and had no idea what we were doing. Sarah was such a helpful guide, respected our budget and gave us great vendor recommendations. The day of our wedding, Sarah was invaluable. It was so amazing to have someone that was 100% focused on us and advocating for what we wanted. We had multiple people tell us after that Sarah really had our back and they were so impressed with her. I can't recommend Sarah and XOXO enough!!! -

XOXO is, without an iota of a doubt, Southern California's Premiere wedding planner collective. We had the absolute pleasure of working with the incredible Mel Lovell. She is organized, delightful, gentle, encouraging, an excellent communicator, and just the greatest human being. We had a lot of very specific and unique ideas for our wedding, and Mel was helpful, creative, and supportive every step of the way. She provided vendor referrals (all of which were fabulous to work with), set up vendor meetings, kept us on-task with deadlines and reminders, met with us at least once per month, and always - always - kept diligent notes, made great suggestions to tackle projects... "Johnny on the spot" wishes he worked as efficiently as Mel.
On the day of, Kawai and Katie were consummate professionals. They made us, all of our guests, and our several vendors feel at-ease and directed us like a well-oiled machine.
The entire team at XOXO are professional, courteous, and friendly. The price you pay for the service they provide is basically a steal.
XOXO went above and beyond for us, and they were vital to planning, creating, and executing our PERFECT day.
We love you all. You will forever be the team that made the best day of our lives, the BEST DAY of our lives. -

The Hugs & Kisses Package with Kaci is worth every penny
We couldn't have been more thrilled with the exceptional services provided by Kaci at XOXO Weddings. From the very beginning, she demonstrated a remarkable ability to guide us through the daunting process of wedding planning with grace and expertise.
She had a knack for helping us select the perfect vendors tailored to our vision. Every recommendation she made, from the florist to the rentals, exceeded our expectations, resulting in a flawlessly executed wedding day. She ensured that no element was overlooked, and she managed to strike the perfect balance between our wishes and the logistical demands of the event. Furthermore, her skillful budget management kept us on track without compromising the quality of our celebration. We couldn't have asked for a more dedicated and talented wedding planner, and we are immensely grateful for her invaluable contributions to our special day.

I worked with Alison for my Wedding in Cincinnati. We did a modified version of the Hugs package. When I chatted with Alison, I could quickly tell she is the person I wanted to work with. She is professional, organized, prompt, and personable. She was available via email and text which came in handy the week leading up to the wedding. Although we didn't expect last minute items to come up, we were so thankful to have Alison helping us out in the weeks leading up to the wedding - because there were a handful of last minute items she assisted with. She also assisted with our wedding day timeline, which was a MAJOR relief for me. I am a very organized person, but I've never planned a wedding, so this piece of her services was invaluable. We used Google Docs to work together, which was a great experience. The wedding weekend went smoothly and I didn't have to worry about a thing! Alison kept our vendors and wedding party on track the day of the wedding for a very smooth event. Although our reception offered coordinating services, I am so glad we made the decision to hire Alison. Her services offered a stress free wedding for us, knowing we had a professional who had done this many times over. Thank you Alison!! Our photographer also spoke highly of her and enjoyed working with her. I would HIGHLY recommend hiring Alison & team for your event or wedding. -

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Mel from XOXO was our planner for our wedding back in July. From day 1 of signing the contract, she provided a google folder with a plethora of useful docs, sheets, floor plans and vendor recs. She made our planning process such a fun, creative and stress-free experience. The day of, she checked in with us and kept all of our vendors organized and on track. Mel was thoughtful, kind and so much fun to work with. Our big day was an absolute dream! THANK YOU! -

Our daughter’s wedding was in LA and we lived on the east coast so we knew we had to find someone great to help us. After interviewing many wedding planners, we knew Kaci Johnson, XOXO Weddings was going to be perfect for us. And, she was! She had the right positive personality to work with various people in our family and all the vendors. She was super responsive, very organized and extremely patient. She provided great vendor options for every category of needs keeping in mind of our budget. She helped line up all vendor interviews and reminders for everything. She just made it easy every step of the way. The wedding day was perfectly beautiful. Everything was well coordinated with all the vendors and all the wedding party members. The bride and groom were very happy and we received extremely happy reviews from many of our guests too. Thank you Kaci and XOXO Weddings!

Kate Sent on 08/21/2015We contracted XOXO Weddings to serve as our day-of coordinators for an otherwise DIY wedding. Even their day-of package included lots of personal attention during our planning time in addition to excellent service during the event.
Kaci spent hours meeting with us, asking us about every detail and helping us to execute each aspect of our rather non-traditional wedding. She was totally supportive of our vision to combine traditions with new ideas to make our wedding our own. On top of thorough planning assistance, Kaci gave us referrals to talented and reliable vendors, which was a huge help. She also followed up with us in the weeks leading up to the wedding weekend to make sure we had everything on our end in place.
Kaci's colleague Tanya was equally capable and friendly-- these two women are rockstars! During the wedding weekend, the two had a command of every detail. They were very good at keeping everyone in our big wedding party on track gently but firmly. Their coordination made the vendors appear seamlessly integrated into the event. They even helped assemble some of my projects and beautifully arranged our decorations. Everything was on schedule and many of our friends and family at the wedding complimented their skill and efficiency. They also cleaned up like gangbusters the night of the wedding and the morning after.
I felt so comfortable and relaxed putting my wedding in their hands and I enthusiastically endorse XOXO for everyone's events.

Best Decision Ever!
Besides marrying my husband, this was the best and easiest decision when it came to our wedding. We have been working with Kaci since August 2021. We just got married in May 2023. From our initial meeting, we knew she had to be our wedding planner. Not only did she have so much experience in this industry and her past weddings look amazing, but most importantly, she’s just the most wonderful human being we ever met. She made planning our wedding fun and easy. She took the stress out of making decisions and guided us each step of the way. She is everything I could have ever asked for in a wedding planner and more. My husband, who is so picky at times, loves her and her team and will continuously sing her praises! She is so passionate about her work and her kindness radiates in everything she does. Also, she is just so on top of it. Whether it’s her planning binders, her meetings, emails, the execution is perfection. I could write books and books of why you should choose her and her team as your planner. One thing that I truly loved working with her was that I could openly ask her about what was worth spending money on and what wasn’t and she was able to give such thoughtful answers. She knew my dream wedding vision was and was able to deliver it and stick to our budget. We’re definitely in the age of all our friends getting married and we were warned over and over again by friends to have extra money set aside because things will inevitably cost more in the end. And with Kaci, it didn’t. All costs were transparent and she even put in a miscellaneous cost in our budget and I don’t even think we used that. She made wedding weekend go so smoothly. Even if something did go wrong or run late, I never knew about it! She took all the stress out of our wedding day. I couldn’t have imagined our wedding without her. And with Kaci, it makes me want to plan a million weddings and parties with her. I will say she makes the post wedding blues worse because we just miss talking to her and planning with her! So you are warned about that. But seriously, I can go on and on about her and her team. And because she has so much experience in this industry, the vendors she suggest! OMG - the best vendors I could ever ask for. Every vendor she suggested was absolutely top notch. And if there was a vendor I found myself, she reached out to them and took over all communications. Her experience alone is enough reason to book her. She will never lead you astray and will always tell you what is best to help you execute your dream, stress-free wedding. She is the most amazing human being we met and we’re so happy we had her and her team as a wedding planner. Run, don’t walk to book her. You will not regret it and it will be the best wedding decision you’ve made! We’ve also recommended her and her team to all our friends getting married. One our friends recently used her as well. Kaci is an amazing planner, and we absolutely couldn’t have had this wedding without her and her team. Our wedding was the best weekend of my life, and it was because of all the details involved in the complexity of the event Kaci had already thought of. The wedding ran so smoothly and was way easier than I expected. One of the most common compliments we heard from our guests was about how well all the events came together.
I’d say that we all became friends as we worked together, and honestly I’ll miss her! Kaci was constantly level headed and focused on keeping us on schedule and organized, even when things were tough. She is 100% committed to making sure your wedding is the best it possibly can be, and she doesn’t settle for doing an “okay job”. If I had to do a large event in So Cal she’s the first person I’d reach out to. On a separate note, I learned I was related to Kawei, a member of the XOXO team! (Small world).
XOXO weddings not only kept us on task, but frequently came up with creative solutions to different logistical issues. All the vendors that they found for our welcome party and wedding ceremony were amazing. The wedding venue they found for us was beyond any of my expectations. You’re the best, Kaci! These people are at the top of their game, and you would be making a mistake to pick any other wedding planner.XOXO Weddings's reply:

We worked with Mel at XOXO Weddings for our April 2023 wedding at the Ebell of LA and had an absolutely amazing experience. We did the partial planning package, which was super helpful as Mel kept us on track and low stress throughout the entire planning process. She referred us to an incredible team of vendors, and helped guide us to make sure that we were doing the right things at the right time. Beyond the referrals, anytime we had a question, she was quick to answer or reach out to the relevant vendors to secure an answer for us.
She was especially awesome on the month leading up to the wedding and on the day of - she was super organized, communicated effectively with us and all of the vendors. The end result was an amazing - the wedding was perfect. I had no worries day of, as I knew the wedding was in great hands with Mel.
I am so grateful for her help in putting together my dream wedding, and ensuring it went off without a hitch. Thank you Mel and the XOXO team!
