We got married October 2025, and reached out to Naomi of DNT Event in mid January 2025. We were under a time crunch, had an estimated guest count of ~200, and were doing a destination wedding.
Naomi was cool, calm, and collected during our first call, and gave us the faith we needed to know we could do this. We spent many time calling, emailing, texting, and Naomi was always responsive. We purchased the chocolate soufflé package that gave us help for planning a wedding of this size.
Naomi helped us so much in finding the right venue, negotiating drinks, food, and other vendors, I really have no idea how we would have had our wedding and stayed IN BUDGET without her!
During the day of, Naomi brought in 4-5 people on her team to help accommodate our venue and guest count. She helped us plan the perfect day which ranged from a morning tea ceremony, wedding ceremony, reception, and the in n out truck for a late night bite for our guests. We had such a special time, and Naomi and team ensured we ate and drank everything at the wedding (thank goodness, because we would not have remembered!) We ended the night with our bellies full, tired from the long day, but overall so thankful we hired Naomi and DNT! Thank you!!!

We had the pleasure of working with Naomi over a 9-month period. Her warmth, sense of humor and expertise were apparent from the beginning. She helped us navigate all aspects of our wedding -- finding the right venue, hiring and negotiating with vendors, floral designs, seating layout, and so many of the smallest details we never would’ve thought of on our own. The weekend of the wedding, Naomi and her team did an exceptional job. They were on top of everything and impressed even our families with how attentive they were to their needs! Strongly recommend! -

Where to begin? Naomi came recommended by a friend who had recently had a wedding, and we didn't even end up meeting anyone else - we knew from the questions she asked and her approach to planning in that first meeting that she and her team were the right event planners for our wedding.
While my husband and I are very proactive and had a vision, there was so much we just didn't know or didn't even realize we should be thinking about, and Naomi was incredibly generous with her time to walk us through what to expect at every phase, lay out the pros and cons of each choice we'd make, and map backwards from our timelines. We never felt lost or overwhelmed, and she is the sort of person who will make sure all of your questions are answered once you lay them out - she keeps meticulous track of your needs!
The day of was seamless - I have a hard time taking my "producer" hat off and being in the moment because I'm always worried about what could potentially go wrong, but she and her team were so on top of everything that I truly was able to not think ONCE about logistics and planning and I soaked up every ounce of joy during the big day. I had multiple friends come up and compliment me specifically on how on top of things she and her team were - she remembered every tiny detail we mapped out and made sure every vendor was up to spec on all of those details.
Lastly, her creative suggestions were totally ace. We weren't sure if anyone would totally get the vibe of our wedding (it was very retro and a little offbeat), but she immediately got it and was able to weigh in kindly with great direction about a few key items that totally paid off. She made our Saturday Night Fever disco dreams come true!
I truly could not say more amazing things about Naomi. Run, don't walk, to hire her for any event. -

Bride here- Naomi is AMAZING. She was so great to work with. I have a event producing background and wanted to be very hands on/lead certain parts of the design and planning of our day. I really appreciated how Naomi was able to create a wedding planning package just for us that had just what we needed since I would be doing some of the items a wedding planner may do for other clients.
First and foremost Naomi is really really good at what she does. She has an amazing eye and creative sensibility. I really appreciated her feedback and refinement to the design references I pulled together. She also has a top notch list of vendors to work with and they clearly love working with her. She gave us a full page of recommendations for each vendor type: florals, band, photography etc... and called out which ones she felt were in our wheel house and why. Every vendor we worked with was AMAZING! From there she was able to help us through all the steps of planning and made us the perfect timeline. She is so organized and always had all the information ready to go right away if we needed to discuss something.
We started working with Naomi right after we signed with our venue and it was so great to be have her and her team lead us through the planning and design processes and be the main point of contact for all vendors the weeks leading up to the wedding and the day of. They knew everything we were looking for and once we stopped reading emails and focusing on our wedding weekend we knew that Naomi and team had everything handled. Like any event they needed to make a few day of calls and Naomi knew exactly what our priorities were and made the perfect call without us even needing to know anything was happening.
Lastly, Naomi is just a joy to work with. She is so warm and full of joy and also concise and efficient when it comes to helping make decisions. Naomi made wedding planning much more seamless than I ever thought imaginable and I am so grateful to her for that. I highly recommend working with her if you can!
Groom here. Naomi and her team were incredible. During the planning process, her suggestions were fantastic and really helped streamline our experience. All of the vendors she recommended did an awesome job.
As for the wedding itself, from our day-of perspective it went off without a hitch. Any issues that did arise (they were relatively minor) were promptly handled by Naomi and the DNT Events team. They made sure that we, the bride and groom, were either unaware (so we could keep partying/being with our guests) or they gave us a quick synopsis and a recommendation for a solution (Ex. We were planning on doing a photo shoot with the full moon, but it was hazy and we were having fun with our guests, so they suggested we keep partying and to skip it. It was the right decision).
Additionally, they had our wedding planned down to the minute so they did a great job of keeping us on track and maximized our time for dancing and mingling with our guests.
In short, she and her team did a fantastic job! Would highly recommend!

Naomi and her team are the absolute best! They exceed our expectations at every step of wedding planning process and execution.
Naomi was always proactive and clear about timeline, budgeting, vendors, design, and more. She gave thoughtful advice tailored to our desires, answered questions thoroughly, and offered to help with anything and everything wedding related.
We took Naomi's recommendations for most of our vendors, and they were all easy to work with, provided excellent quality, and were budget friendly.
We thought Naomi was probably one of the most organized people we had ever met while planning. Then, on the actual wedding day as we watched her manage a minute-by-minute schedule for multiple parties, vendor coordination, setup, details we'd never think of, multiple staff members, etc. with her color-coded clipboard binder thing full of back-up necessities inside... we realized Naomi is THE MOST organized person we know. To this day I am still in awe of how one person could have so much brainpower.
To add to that, Naomi always has such a positive attitude. She was so kind and patient with our wedding party (a group of people who always fail to follow directions and love to share their opinions... haha). Our families and friends were so impressed by her team and complimented the event tons.
Overall, Naomi made wedding planning enjoyable and the wedding day completely stress-free for us. The day was perfect, and we are so thankful! HIGHLY recommend having DNT take care your wedding! -

Naomi and her team at DNT events are one of a kind and were crucial in our wedding planning process. From our initial conversation with Naomi, we immediately connected on what our needs and what our vision was leading up to our wedding day and on our big day (we had interviewed a few other local wedding day coordinators as well).
I was a Type A bride and probably needed more assurance that we were working on the right things at the right time and needed extra advice on how to make our day that much more special for our guests. Naomi and her team have a wealth of knowledge and resources that helped make the planning process organized and as stress-free as possible, yet it still felt like our vision came to life. Naomi’s connections and relationships with trusted vendors was so helpful in ensuring everything that went into wedding was cohesive and handled in a timely matter.
We had a 20 month engagement and Naomi consistently helped keep us organized throughout that time via zoom calls, email touches, and in person meetings with our venue and vendors. One of my favorite attributes is we only had to tell Naomi something once and she remembered everything - even the smallest of details.
On our actual wedding day, Naomi and her team went above and beyond to make sure we, our wedding party, and our families were taken care of, checking in consistently to see if we needed anything and making sure everything and every detail was executed to perfection. We had complete confidence that Naomi and her team made sure the guests' experiences were top-tier. Our friends and family were raving about how wonderful Naomi and her team were and how hard they were working behind the scenes.
We can’t stress enough how invaluable Naomi and her team at DNT Events were to making the wedding of our dreams come true. And she will be invaluable to your wedding day too! -

Naomi and DNT gave us the perfect wedding. That's no exaggeration. Her attention to detail, her thoughtfulness and thoroughness, her vendor choices and tastes, and her work ethic all make her your top choice for selecting a party planner. She and her team never missed a single mark and hit bullseye every time, for that matter. From the planning stages and her availability to work out every little detail, to the day of where we saw her transform into an absolute authority that we could look to and lean on during the entire day, she never let us down and always blew our minds. We had such an incredibly beautiful wedding and we wouldn't have gotten close to that experience without her. She gave us the perfect wedding, and she can do the same for you! -

Our experience with Naomi and DNT events was well beyond our expectations in every good way. Naomi even helped us navigate some cultural and family issues that came up for us during our planning process. She was always so pleasant to speak with but was also always on her game! Her organization and planning skills go well beyond any wedding planner we have ever encountered (and my husband used to be a wedding vendor). Our day-of coordination was equally as amazing. Everything just flowed and it was truly the magical experience we dreamed of. It would not have been the same experience without the amazing professionalism and work of Naomi! -

Naomi and her team did a great job ensuring that our wedding went smoothly. When our attendants were late, her staff stepped in to check in guests until they showed up. She and her team made sure that my husband and I were fed, hydrated, and taken cared of. Even when an hour-long delay set back things, she and the rest of the vendors were able to adapt to the situation.
I only hired DNT for their month-of coordination services with a vendor management add-on, but it's definitely worth the cost to hire them to ensure things don't slip through the cracks in the last month leading up to the wedding and that the day goes smoother. -

Team Naomi at DNT was exceptional in making sure that in the months and weeks leading up to our Reception, we were prepared fully for our event. I am a natural planner (love to plan!) but just simply do not have the bandwidth in my life and Naomi was amazing in accommodating what aspects I wanted a hand in as well as being clear in areas where her team were able to offer their amazing services.
My husband and I got married in a different state and managed that completely separately as a small getaway for our family and went bigger with our Reception with friends and additional family joined. DNT was KEY in making sure that my husband I could focus on enjoying the moment and from start-to-finish, they took the stress of organizing and coordinating completely off our hands and into theirs.
We got SO many compliments on how well organized the event felt and how the DNT crew's smiles, professionalism and kindness made our guests feel welcome, at ease and able to fun!
We cannot thank them enough and recommend that everyone who is considering a Wedding Planning/Coordinating vendor, they consider DNT. They are truly exceptional. -

MVP of Our Wedding!!
Our wedding would NOT have been possible without Naomi and her team. I could not have asked for a more sweet, caring, reliable, detail-oriented person to take charge in making our wedding ideas come to life. I really felt like I could trust her with EVERYTHING, even through the stresses of having to postpone due to COVID. Her expertise allowed us to take a backseat in a lot of the administrative parts of planning -- budget, asking all the right questions to the vendors that we would've never known to ask on our own, things we needed to buy, things we can skip to save money, etc.
When it came to the last couple weeks leading up to the wedding and the day of the wedding, Naomi really made us feel at ease and confident that she was taking care of everything for us so we could enjoy our day! Our wedding day went SO smoothly and seamlessly because of her extremely detailed timeline and vendor management skills (and if it didn't, we would have never known because Naomi had everything covered for us!)
If there is one thing we consider to be the MOST worthwhile spend for our wedding, it's DNT! 12/10 recommend. -

If I could give 10 stars, I would!
Where do I even begin?!? If you are looking for a wedding coordinator and/or planner please do yourself a favor and HIRE DNT Elite Events! The team is fantastic and they know what they're doing when it comes to weddings/events.
Our wedding was supposed to be October 2020, but due to the world changing, we postponed our wedding to 2021. Naomi, made the postponement process easy for us. Throughout the process, if we had any questions or needed recommendations we knew we could reach out to Naomi. Naomi reached out to all our vendors to confirm the final details leading up to our event date. This really gave my now husband and I time to prepare our personal things like packing and running our last minute errands. We knew we didn't have to worry about anything regarding the big day.
On the day of, Naomi, Alyse and Melissa were so kind and attentive. With hiring DNT we knew we were in great hands. We were able to be present and enjoy our time with our friends and family.
We would recommend Naomi and her team to anyone getting married or having an event. Truly, we were so happy and couldn't have picked anyone better for making our day run so smoothly. -

Naomi and her team will bring your wedding vision to life!
I’ll have to start this review by saying I was a bit bias towards going with Naomi as a wedding coordinator for my wedding. Unbeknownst to her, I attended two weddings she had planned in 2012 and 2018 (both which ran perfectly from my view) before my wedding in October, 2019. The experience of being on both sides as an attendee and groom should give you further confidence that she is worth a long look as you decide on your coordinator.
Hiring Naomi and her team will be one of the best decisions you will make when planning your wedding and executing everything on the actual day. For many, wedding planning is probably one of the most stressful things that you and your partner will have to go through at this point in your lives. As a couple, you’re planning a big event you’ve never done before, all while trying to understand each other’s wants and needs for the big day. On top of that, you only get one shot to make it perfect!
Going into our first call with Naomi, my wife and I had done our countless hours of google searching about all things wedding related and we felt pretty confident on our knowledge of what we wanted in terms of details and activities during the wedding. However, after talking to Naomi, we realized there were so many gaps we were completely unaware of. Like most things in life “Not knowing what you don’t know” is a bad spot to be in and is a very real scenario when you begin wedding planning. Right from the get go, Naomi helped us fill these knowledge gaps all while being enthusiastic and understanding of the many things we had to go research on. We also both noted that she didn’t give off a “saleswoman” vibe at all and that we got the sense that she was genuinely interested supporting us in any way possible.
After our initial good impression, we decided hire Naomi and that’s when things got real! Through extensive questionnaires and checklists that Naomi created, we developed a large base of information that would eventually develop into our wedding day. These questionnaires were quite overwhelming at first and to be honest a bit stress inducing as we realized there were so many more things we had to decide on and address. Throughout this time, Naomi was always there to lend advice and help us through filling everything out and also giving us email reminders on the dates by which we should have the information. For many of the tough decisions between my wife and I, it was extremely helpful to have an unbiased perspective from Naomi. Many times we would present a few suggestions to her (really bride vs groom options) and she would give us her opinion on both. More times than not, this would help us align on a decision and move us along to the next decision instead of getting stuck on a particular item and creating more stress.
When it came to vendors, Naomi has developed strong relationships with many and provided us with recommendations for any that we had not chosen and others that we could reach out to and compare against if we wanted to. Again, during these discussions, we never got a hint of her trying to be saleswoman and push us towards certain vendors. It was always about giving us options, discussing the attributes of each and then letting us make the best decision for us. Once we had chosen a vendor, she immediately reached out and began developing a relationship with them. We didn’t think much of that initially, but as we got closer to our wedding day, we could see how the communication between her and the vendors was seemingly effortless. This I’m sure played a huge role in allowing my wife and I to focus on being present in our big day rather than worrying about vendor activities.
As we began locking down our vendors and wedding day activities, Naomi was slowly developing a master schedule in the background. This is where all of those questionnaires came into play as she began to piece together how the day was going to go, how much time we had for everything and backup plans in the event the schedule fell behind (which it did of course..). Approaching the big day, we were presented with an extensive schedule that could be shared with our wedding party. It had EVERYTHING we needed for that day down to the minute. As we read though this schedule, we could really feel a lot of stress subside. At the end of the day, it was like following a script from a play. We didn’t have to think, we just had to look at the schedule and execute. I can’t begin to tell you how much this allowed us to be mentally and emotionally present for our wedding. Not having to worry about the 100’s of things that are happening on the day of was priceless.
Finally the big day was here and pretty much everything ran like clockwork. All of the time planning and preparing was worth it and Naomi and her staff covered everything amazingly well. All of her staff were professional and extremely helpful to our guests. We were getting comments a few days later on how helpful her entire staff was and at first we thought they were talking about the venue and catering staff. However, it was actually Naomi’s team! This was above and beyond what we would have expected and really a testament to Naomi’s work and how selective she is when developing her team.
I know this review comes a bit late after our wedding (wedding a few months before covid will do that..) but please believe my wife and I when we say that you will not regret having Naomi and her staff with you on your big day. They will ensure that the vision of your wedding day comes to life! -

If you’re looking for a planner, look no further!! Naomi and the DNT team is your one stop shop for the most important day of your life! Weddings are hard but it doesn't have to be if you have the right team. Our wedding day was easy and smooth all thanks to Naomi. Every detail and moment in the wedding was carefully prepared for. Naomi and her team were so caring, detailed, supportive, and helpful from day one of the process to the final moments.
Naomi was extremely supportive from the very beginning of the process. She helped us vet out vendors and reviewed all our contracts to ensure no details were missed. She can be as hands on or hands off as you'd like but it was very reassuring to know that she was just a text message or email away.
We can’t thank her enough for being especially hands on and organized during the weeks leading up to the wedding. It really put our minds at ease to know she had everything taken care of.
The wedding was perfect! Friends and family had an amazing time and claim that this was the best wedding they've been to.
Hiring Naomi and DNT was the best decision we've made during our entire wedding process! -

Wonderful Team from hiring to the Day of!
I absolutely loved the DNT team! Naomi knows exactly what she is doing. I went into planning having what I thought was a general idea of what I wanted. Naomi helped me realize how much help I needed. It was not easy planning a wedding working 12 hour shifts opposite of most traditional people's schedule. Naomi gave me peace of mind that my wedding day would happen better than I had imagined.
Naomi is professional, efficient, extremely knowledgable and very sweet. She showed up to every meeting asking all the right questions and promptly followed up with all the appropriate details. I am not very organized or type A. Naomi helped me plan a wonderful wedding day. Every one of my guests had a great time. Her team was right by my side on the big day making sure every thing ran smooth and I was having a good time. Whether you have every detail planned or have no clue where to start, Naomi is your Woman. She can absolutely do it all. She works her butt off and it was worth every penny. -

Naomi and her team were an absolute pleasure to work with from our first meeting all the way to post-wedding follow up! They made our wedding day the most beautiful I have ever seen and thought of every single detail to make sure it went as smoothly as possible. If there were problems, I certainly didn't know about them!
They are thorough, organized, and extremely easy to work with! I would and WILL recommend them to anyone in my circle who is looking to do an event in the future.
Our family (like most) can be difficult at times, and she had no problems and handled it like a complete professional!
Great work and I highly recommend it!

Truly, my wedding day would not have been what it was had it not been for Naomi and her team. We hired her on as our month-of coordinator, and she went above and beyond. It wasn't just about the transaction of money for services for Naomi. She really cares about your big day as if it was hers. She thinks about all the little details and about the people involved in your wedding. She comes at it holistically, which I really appreciated.
Her years of experience give you peace of mind that felt priceless. Leading up to the wedding, I simply was not concerned with forgetting anything or feeling scared that things would go wrong. Naomi instilled trust in me that she had it handled, and she really did. Leading up to the day, she was able to catch things that might've otherwise fallen through the cracks and prevented potential fires (and put out the inevitable ones) all while still making sure I had a cocktail and my bouquet at all times the day of my wedding. What a total rockstar.
We found out a week before our wedding that it was going to rain, and Naomi had to essentially rework our entire layout and plan for the wedding (originally it was going to be outside then had to be inside) in 2 days!! Again, above and beyond!!
Bonus for my Asian brides: she has a ton of experience with all different kids of Asian ceremonies! I was out of my league dealing with the Chinese part of my wedding and she was so much help.
All in all, I am so grateful for Naomi and her team. From months prior to the wedding rehearsal to the big day, they had it completely handled! Cannot thank DNT enough and cannot recommend them more!!! -

Your search for the perfect wedding planner is over--look no further and book Naomi now!
Whatever you had planned for your wedding, Naomi and her team will make EVERY part of the process more fun, less stressful, and just better than you thought possible (or deserve). She'll find a way to help you get the wedding that you shouldn't be able to get on your budget, at your venue, with your vendors, etc....
She'll spot issues from a mile away and months in advance so there's NO possibility of something big blowing up in your face on your wedding day. But if you've already made a bad decision, she'll find ways to minimize the potential damage.
She'll keep your vendors honest and make sure you get that they deliver what you paid for (or she'll help you get your money back).
She spots money saving or value adding opportunities non-stop--we estimate that we got over $15K in direct savings and extra value, just from following Naomi's advice.
She's prepared for what-if scenarios you haven't even thought of. Ask her what she's had to deal with and you'll realize she can handle just about anything on your wedding day. Except if Chuck Norris shows up to settle a score, then you're out of luck. But that's about it.
After your wedding, you'll be wondering to yourself: How many puppies and babies have I saved in my past lives that we got to have Naomi as our wedding planner?
You'll feel underserving but you'd accept your good fortunes.
