Andi made my wedding dreams come true! As a wedding vendor myself I knew I had to find a special person to help collaborate with me on this DIY destination wedding! I had an incredibly non-traditional wedding from getting married on an ocean bluff with no chairs to having my wedding reception at a campground in the middle of the redwoods!

From my first conversation with Andi, I instantly knew she would be the perfect fit. Let’s just say she is ON TOP of her stuff! She is insanely organized and was always in constant communication with me via email/text if I needed anything. Andi was my right hand woman throughout this entire process. She 100% helped execute what I’d dreamt up in my head for years!

Andi was consistent with me from start to finish. We had a few in person meetings & Skype calls to always keep things up to date. I always felt as though all of my questions were thoroughly answered and Andi also made sure to send me reminder emails about getting certain things done and not forgetting deadlines. Let me just say that a destination wedding is no easy feat! From dealing with vendors from all over, to venue walk throughs via Skype, to transporting everything DIY from LA to Sonoma County. When Andi said to me “oh no worries, I’ll take care of everything” I was a little shocked! She kept to her word and one week before my wedding she came over and packed up her car with EVERYTHING. All of my wedding decor, everything! I didn’t have to worry about transporting a single thing on a 7 hour drive. She handled it completely and did it with a smile!

The day of our wedding went so smoothly, I wish I could do it all over again haha. Andi brought her assistant Angela with her to Sonoma County to assist her with all of the DIY day of stuff. Angela killed it on my charcuterie platter and they worked so seamlessly together. Andi also knew when to step in and make executive decisions on things the day of when I wasn’t able to be there and decide for myself. It’s kind of stressful as a bride to leave all of the details in someone else’s hands hoping that they put everything together the way you see it in your head. Well, together they took care of EVERY single second and EVERY little detail on the day of our wedding. Walking into my wedding reception for the first time was like a dream come true. Everything was perfect, it was truly more than I ever dreamed of!

When my wife and decided to plan our wedding in only 6 weeks, we had no idea what we were getting into. Let’s just say I can’t imagine our wedding going as amazing as it did without Andi from Paper Moon.

Andi walked us through planning and helped narrow down our choices. She was always available to answer questions and gave great advice about what would work well for our goals. With only a few weeks to pull all the details together it was a relief to know we had someone to guide us through who was just as excited and invested as we were.

The morning of our wedding, Andi arrived early to organize setup between our friends and vendors, kept us on track throughout the day, and stayed late to make sure all our gifts and decor were packed and safely sent back to our hotel room.
