We hired Round Town Events roughly 1.5 years ago to help plan our April 1st 2023 wedding in Downtown LA.

It is genuinely hard to put into words how incredibly grateful we are to the whole Round Town Events team. We had big, extremely custom dreams for our 200+ guest count April Fools Day wedding and they took all of our truly wild whims in stride and executed our vision perfectly. They kept us on track and on task throughout the process - and I personally can be easily stressed so their consistent guidance and reassurance was so, so helpful. We appreciated every call, every idea, every vendor recommendation, every "yeah, we can do that!" when we came up with some new insane detail!

Most of all, they gave us a gift that we can never thank them enough for: the ability to be fully present during our wedding weekend because we knew that the best people had our day under control. When we asked our guests what their favorite parts were, it was interesting to watch nearly every one of them gaze off and struggle to pinpoint one particular thing - and I honestly think that's because the RTE team helped us create such a cohesive energy that, despite all of our weird bits and gags and all of the details we planned, the RTE team made the whole event felt like a one gigantic, beautiful, surprising, delightful moment. I am so proud of the joyful energy that was practically radiating from the building that night - and it couldn't have happened without Round Town Events.

As a bride who also happens to work in the wedding industry, I know first hand all the invisible work that goes into making a wedding day look and feel effortless. So when it came to my own wedding, I had a very short list of planners I knew I could trust to run production day of, and Round Town Events were at the top of that list. Carley & Lindsay took every BIG idea I had (and believe me, there were a LOT of those) and made them all a reality, all while showering me with endless positivity and support. Still glowing from our incredible wedding experience last weekend. Carley and Lindsay made the whole process fun and low stress. They organized top notch vendors, navigated Covid guidelines, accommodated a huge guest count, saved us when a vendor fell through at the last minute, and turned a "blank slate" venue into a gorgeous and unique event that our friends and family absolutely loved. There's really nothing quite like that feeling that you're in good hands with something as important as a wedding.

Carley and Lindsay are amazing! Our weekend was an absolutely surreal dream that every single guest told us was wildly fun, meaningful, and felt so genuinely like us. People kept saying a lot of weddings feel generic or like they're forced out of obligation but ours felt like it was an explosion of our souls and entities all over the walls and was so hugely joyous as a result. It was so fun and wonderful to realize our dreams with C & L and have them turn my partner and my vague (and often useless and/or contradictory) thoughts for what we wanted
into something REAL and better than we could even imagine. Everything was magic because THEY'RE magic, and we're so grateful that they could get us through a pandemic date change and a truly rough couple years for them/the whole wedding industry. We were so unbelievably thrilled by every part of our experience with RoundTownEvents. Lindsay was excellent at guiding us through what we needed to do to realize our wedding vision. We threw all kinds of curveballs at her - like asking her to source carnival tents and carnival games - and she delivered at every step of the way. She was incredibly organized, and did a fantastic job of coordinating the day of as well - and was really helpful in recommending good vendors, getting quotes, and coordinating with them. On top of that she was easy to work with, never getting stressed, instead always projecting confidence that everything is under control. And it was!

Virtually everybody who went to our wedding told us it was one of the best weddings they had ever been to, and Lindsay played a huge role in that.

There are so many things we could say about working with RTE and the genius team that they are because they truly created our dream wedding. When the pandemic hit, we chose to delay our wedding because we had a vision of the weekend and that vision would have never come to life without Carley and Lindsay. To boot, they also helped us remain calm in the crazy covid world, where we had no idea what surprises would be around the corner for us. They may be based in CA, but RTE is a bicoastal business as they found us the best vendors within our budget here in NYC. Having so many options to choose from with designing our wedding, they made decision making easy by having an open mind, offering insights and helpful opinions, and knowing what we wanted before we even did! Two days before our wedding a hurricane hit the east coast which affected the postal service but we were stress free as Lindsay and Carley handled everything with grace. The day of was insanely seamless. Their timeline kept the day moving, but didn't feel rushed, gave us downtime and just what we wanted -- moments to soak every detail and guest in. There's nothing these girls can't do -- from top notch planning, to an amazing eye for design, to crawling inside my ripped up dress to fix it so I could keep dancing the night away, to keeping us laughing every step of the way -- and we cannot recommend them enough. We're so beyond thrilled they were our wedding planners -- they created utter perfection.

My husband and I were finally able to throw the most incredible party of our lives thanks to Carley & Lindsay! Planning a wedding in the midst of a worldwide pandemic is not ideal, but we could not be more grateful of Round Town Events for their professional handling of all the postponements and uncertainties. They remained calm throughout the entire process (14 month postponed wedding to be specific), and kept us apprised of any contractual changes from our vendors in the most organized way possible. They were diligent about sending us wedding vendor referrals while also respecting our personal choices if we chose vendors outside of their suggestions. Lastly, Carley was amazing at listening to our concerns and delegating any issues we had with our third party vendors. These ladies have the patience, smarts, and hard work ethic it takes to run a large event smoothly and successfully. Would strongly recommend Round Town Events to anyone who is looking for down-to-earth wedding coordinators who you can rely on to get the job done!
