Adee was our wedding planner for our wedding in Mexico and she was great. Attentive to detail, always on top of emails and texts and thinking of things we had missed. She showed up with extra bonus items we hadn't contemplated for decor and worked for hours and hours doing wedding set up the day before and day of, even though she had a horrific cold. I highly recommend her.

Julia Hewitt of Eventures was top notch in every way. For an event like a wedding, the last thing a bride or groom wants to worry about are whether or not all of the plans are working as hoped for. In our case, everything came off as planned and we were able to just enjoy the event- worry free.

Jamie really catered to our specific needs, since we were having the wedding on a Jewish campus all of our food/drinks needed to be Kosher. Jamie was able to provide us with a Custom Kosher cake that far exceeded our expectations! She made us a "topsy-turvy" cake that looked and tasted amazing!! She will make you any cake that you want! My husband and I gave her a picture off of google and that is how she styled and decorated our cake.. it was perfect!! And she does cakes for any occasion!!

Tal Orion and her team helped make our annual VIP Independence Day event a huge success. Every year we are thrilled to see our vision come to life with Tal's personable and professional work. Our celebrity guests, elected officials, executives and colleagues all had such an incredible time. The compliments still keep rolling in. Tal thought of details that we couldn't have thought up and had excellent contacts for the entertainment, lighting / Av décor, photography, and at the perfect venue. For any possible issue that could arise, she had a plan B, C, and D. Tal is an exquisite event producer with super powers who will no doubt add magic to anything he is involved in. Highly recommended!

We hired The Overwhelmed Bride for month of coordination and Jenn was very responsive and answered all my questions. When it was time to meet, Serena (our coordinator) was very helpful with every step of the way. Not only was she patient but also always willing to accommodate me and my crazy schedule. Their knowledge and expertise was extremely useful. I highly recommend them to make your day magical.

We love Emily! Emily is the reason our wedding day went off perfectly, and we couldn't be more grateful! We worked with Emily for the three months leading up to our wedding and were so grateful for her expertise, attention to detail, and kindness! Her planning tools (including the worlds most epic checklist) made it easy for us to think through every detail for our wedding and keep us calm, cool, and collected the months leading up to our wedding. With Emily's help, there was no last minute stress the months/weeks before our wedding because we had already done it all. I was so grateful that she coordinated everything with our vendors. Emily is the person that you want in your corner on the day of the wedding! She flawlessly executed on our vision -- putting together beautiful tablescapes and making sure that our vendors knew where to set up. She also made sure that we were on schedule and made small tweaks to our timeline as necessary. She also took care of me and my husband -- making sure we were happy and comfortable throughout the night and even holding my bouquet in between photos so I could rest my arms. I'm sure she resolved multiple issues/emergencies for us throughout the day that we weren't even aware of because she's that good!

This is long overdue but I cannot let another day go by without acknowledging Michelle Schurman and her crew at Flyte 44. I felt worry-free with Michelle Schurman. She organized, coordinated, and directed my wedding exactly how we envisioned the event; a tropical theme wedding. Hiring an experienced wedding coordinator is the best decision ever made. After putting together one wedding, and two quinceañeras myself, Michelle knew the regulations, laws, and liabilities Which were very important to me. There were some glitches and she handled them effectively behind the scenes. I even had a wardrobe malfunction and her assistant Angel stepped in and took care of it. Angel was great at attending to my guests with limited abilities. The evening went smoothly! I’m still blissed and my guests are still talking about the best wedding event they have ever attended! I was a guest at our party. Thank you Michelle and crew for a memorable event

We hired Linda as our florist and wedding coordinator. She was extremely helpful and professional, leading up to our wedding and executing our vision. She went above and beyond to help us safely navigate shifting COVID restrictions and guidelines with our venue and vendors. We couldn’t have done it without Linda – she alleviated so much stress and anxiety leading up to the wedding and during the wedding day itself. We truly appreciate her passion and ability to professionally manage all the moving parts of a wedding, especially during a pandemic. Thank you, Linda, for all your hard work; we feel so fortunate to have had you as one of our vendors and now a friend.

I have worked with PLANIT LA many times and Jasmine is absolutely the best! She is always so calming even in the most stressful of situations. She keeps everyone and everything moving efficiently and with ease. Great eye for decor and she has a background as a chef so she knows all angles for a party. I love working with her and look forward to each event!

Heather is amazing and I would recommend highly. Experienced and professional, Heather made our day beyond our expectations. Full of little touches that just meant the world to us.
