I have to say Charley is such an amazing wedding planner! Hiring Charley as our wedding planner is the best decision my husband and I had ever made. My wedding was supposed to happen in 2020, because of Covid we had to reschedule the wedding to 2022 (2 years dealy, i know!!!). To be honest, postponing the wedding is definitely not easy (very sad), and charley was there to support me. Later, she ensured the transition to our new date was seamless. She is absolutely professional, detail-oriented, and always there to answer any of my questions or calm any worries that I had. It was a privilege to have her as our wedding planner. During the wedding day, Charley made the whole wedding event run so smoothly. The wedding was very beautiful and all of our guests enjoyed it. Me and my husband can’t thank her enough for all of her hard work, dedication. If you want a smooth, beautiful, and stress free wedding, you absolutely need Charley. If I can give Charley 100 stars I definitely would! Highly recommend Charley to anyone who is looking for a wedding planner.

Kat was one of the best choices we made for our wedding! From the start, her warmth and kind demeanor really put you at ease. We are so grateful that she was our Wedding Coordinator. Since she only coordinates a few weddings a year. We are happy that we got to be one of her lucky couples. You are in good hands if you hire her! She was our day-of coordinator and she went above and beyond making sure our day went great. She was amazing and I'm kind of sad our wedding is over because you really do feel like she is your friend throughout the process. Kat is patient and a true professional. You are in excellent hands if you hire her for your big day. She is very experienced and knows the ins and outs of weddings. She helped me through the process and gave great suggestions. I will be recommending her to all my friends moving forward! All around wonderful person with a great soul! Trust me you need a day of coordinator for your wedding if you want to enjoy your wedding stress-free. If you're lucky you'll be able to work with Kat!

Funny story: My now-husband and I were originally going to go with a different wedding planner. That planner sent over the contract for us to sign, but after finding multiple mistakes in the contract (misspelled names, incorrect dates, and fudged numbers), I no longer felt comfortable working with them. I thought to myself, how could I trust them to organize the biggest event of our lives if they couldn't even get these simple details right? So we let them down as gently as we could, grit our teeth, and dove back into the search. Enter Heather. She came recommended by our photographer team, and after our initial interview with her, I had a really good feeling. Her background at the esteemed Beverly Hills Hotel spoke for itself, and she came armed with a litany of questions and suggestions. The proposal and contract that she sent over was the kicker for me. Both documents were intensely thorough, to the degree that I looked them through and thought, here is a woman who has thought of everything. That was exactly the kind of person who I wanted planning our wedding, so we took a leap of faith and signed her on. Now that we're on the other side of the wedding, I'm pleased to say that I was spot on. Heather is absolutely the person you want as your wedding planner. She is diligent, experienced, professional, and fastidious. No detail was too small for her to notice, or too insignificant not to warrant a follow-up. She maintained painstakingly accurate records throughout the entire planning process and juggled all of the communication with our vendors, and all the while she kept us apprised of everything. She used a shared live spreadsheet as our wedding organizer, allowing my now-husband and I to track every change and reference every different aspect of the wedding in one place. It was incredibly useful, and at a certain point of the wedding planning process, I was checking on it at least once a day. We signed Heather on in April 2024, when we only had a venue and a photographer. Our wedding was a short 5 months later, and while we found all of the vendors ourselves, the day itself came together largely due to Heather's organizational efforts. We faced several tricky issues, such as our venue coordinator not being particularly responsive, but with Heather there to smooth things over, the issues never became real problems. We had an absolutely wonderful wedding day, and while there are a few small things that I'd change if I could do it all over again, I'd book Heather again in a heartbeat. She's an absolute rockstar, and I couldn't give her a higher recommendation. Thank you, Heather, for helping us put on the wedding of our dreams! We couldn't have done it without you.

My husband and I immediately connected with Hana and her sweet, kind personality and we knew that she would be the one to pull off our dream wedding. Hana did so much more than that! She kept us on schedule and made sure we were accomplishing planning tasks on a timeline that was comfortable for us and our budget. Hana researched and negotiated with vendors so that we had several options in each category of importance (flowers, music, linens, etc.) and helped us make our final decisions based on past experience and vendors who matched our personalities and wedding vision. I pictured what my dream wedding would look like, and I never imagined it would come true and actually be my wedding. Hana took my dream wedding vision and absolutely exceeded every single expectation. I still cannot believe that that wedding was ours!! In speaking with our guests the weeks after our wedding, we have received hundreds of compliments that our wedding was the most gorgeous, elegant, classic, detail oriented wedding they had ever been to! What a compliment! Our wedding screamed both mine and my husbands personalities from top to bottom, and it was really, really special. For brides out there planning your wedding, a wedding coordinator is 100% the best decision you will make. Having Venus Event Design meant that my husband and I actually got to enjoy every single detail of our wedding and spend time with our guests! The planning can take as long as you'd like, but the wedding weekend/day absolutely flies by. Make sure you enjoy every piece of it! Thank you Hana and Venus Event Design!!! I do not know what I would have done with out Grace. The first few months and the last couple of months were the toughest and with out her I probably would have fallen apart. Planning a wedding on your own is exhausting so I am happy that after a couple attempts of trying to do this alone I came to my senses.
