Kat was one of the best choices we made for our wedding! From the start, her warmth and kind demeanor really put you at ease. We are so grateful that she was our Wedding Coordinator. Since she only coordinates a few weddings a year. We are happy that we got to be one of her lucky couples. You are in good hands if you hire her! She was our day-of coordinator and she went above and beyond making sure our day went great. She was amazing and I'm kind of sad our wedding is over because you really do feel like she is your friend throughout the process. Kat is patient and a true professional. When my husband and I chose our venue, we asked their team who they recommended as a potential wedding planner - the first person they suggested was Kat. Our wedding date was over 2 years after we got engaged, so we wanted to work with someone who was in it for the long haul and who could help create our dream wedding detail by detail from top to bottom. Enter Kat, who without question, made our wedding absolutely perfect. She introduced us to each vendor knowing, based on our personalities, who would work well with US as a couple and not just put on a pretty wedding (but of course, in true Kat form, we worked with the best vendors AND had the prettiest wedding!). However, the most important part of this whole wedding planning process was getting to know her and spend time with her. Watching her work, with her years and years of experience, helped us stay calm the entire 2 years and truly made every aspect of planning enjoyable. Throughout these 2 years, Kat became more than our planner, she became a friend (and now that the wedding is over, we miss her like crazy!). We could not recommend Kat more! To any couple that works with her - get ready, you are in for a real treat!

Kat was awesome. She helped coordinate my wedding which turned out to be not an easy task. The day before my wedding we were told it wouldn’t be able to take place at that location due to a fire. Kat had already reserved my date without my knowing at another venue just in case and saved the day. I highly recommend her, thank you Kat ❤️

We hired Kat for my daughter and son-in-law's wedding as the day of coordinator. Little did I know that she would become much more than just the day of coordinator; she feels like family!! We used Kat Keane as our day of wedding coordinator at Calamigos Equestrian Center in Burbank and boy did we make a wonderful choice in hiring her! From the planning meeting to the day of she made us feel comfortable and completely in control of our whole wedding day! On the day of the wedding she arrived early and beautifully set up all of our personal decoration. When I arrived she greeted me right away and handled the whole day from there! I can not say enough about how comfortable my husband and I felt in her very capable hands! Several guests and family members complimented us on how great they thought she was! She made sure to hang back and let us enjoy our day but was always there when ever we needed her! She skillfully carried out the timeline she had put together for us to the very minute!

Kat Keane of Kat Keane Weddings & Events was our wedding coordinator. Hiring Kat was one of the smartest decisions I made as my daughter and I planned her wedding. Kat is savvy, understanding, gracious, smart, and really really good at anticipating all manner of triumph and disaster! We worked out our "day of" Timeline together and Kat managed it all. She was everywhere and created a flawless wedding for all of us. I will be eternally grateful to her for her expert management and many kindnesses to our families and guests. We were on a tight budget and was just looking for a day of coordinator. Kat was very responsive and understood our needs. Since we had a small wedding of 80 guests, Kat was willing to work within our budget. She was very organized and contacted all of our vendors regarding deliveries and set up the timeline for us.

On the day of, Kat handled everything beautifully and our wedding went smoothly. We couldn't have asked for more!!! She went above and beyond our expectations and we are truly grateful :)

Kat is the ideal wedding coordinator- smart, fun, great ideas and decoration taste!!!, organized, easy to work with and ON TOP OF EVERYTHING! During the planning process, she was extremely proactive about checking in with me and making sure everything was on track. Kat has great energy and her people skills are impeccable. On the day of the wedding, she dealt with every vendor with ease and if there was a wrinkle, she took care of it without me even knowing. I can't imagine what that day would have been like without her playing interference to everything going on. Not only that but as a bride, you want to surround yourself with people who you LIKE and make you comfortable and Kat is that person. I'm not the only one who feels this way.
