For our wedding, we wanted to capture and project not only our love for each other, but our unique style and personality. Lauren was able to read my mind and eloquently understand our ideas while respectfully using her attention to detail when coordinating the most magical day. She provided advice on etiquette, budgets, and served as my emotional security during this entire wedding planning process. We can honestly say we had our dream wedding all thanks to her. Lauren was attentive to our budget, and exceptionally organized leaving nothing overlooked. Our planning process with her was stress free. As the bride, leading up to our date, friends and family tend to ask “well are you stressed??... the big day is almost here!??” And my response was always, “not at all, I have an amazing coordinator who has taken the responsibility of all that stress and allowed me to enjoy the process!!!” I was calm, happy and most importantly EXCITED! Her calm and professional demeanor projected grace and deep breaths to me and the rest of our family on our big day. She was able to efficiently organize with last minute changes, prepare for unforeseen variables, adjust to quick requests that could otherwise be “problems” and ultimately work with a sense of urgency all while setting the tone of perfection. We are forever grateful and blessed to have had Lauren coordinate our day and have enjoyed every moment of our time with her! XO

My husband & I first met Lauren (owner of Laurel & Fey) through a dog rescue we volunteer for & reached out to her to see if she was available to be our "day of" wedding coordinator. Long story short, we hired her & she was absolutely amazing!

We thought we could handle everything as we were planning a small nontraditional low budget ceremony followed by a backyard reception for 55 guests. As the wedding neared, we quickly realized we were in over our heads. We didn't want to manage all the setup, & DIY projects on the day of the wedding or to be the ones having to give direction. That's when Lauren stepped in.
Early on we met with Lauren to discuss wedding details & scheduled a walk through at the ceremony & reception locations. Lauren took detailed notes & even suggested several great ideas.

Communication with Lauren was so easy! She was extremely responsive via email, phone & text & was also very punctual. We went back & forth on details such as the wedding flowers & Lauren helped inspire me by sending over photos of in-season flowers that would fit with our "garden" themed wedding. She is filled with so many great ideas & had a positive can-do attitude so we knew we were in great hands.

On the day of the wedding, Lauren & I had a quick meeting/walk through at the reception location to discuss what needed to be done. She was organized & had all the important contracts/invoices to ensure we received everything we ordered from each vendor. She immediately stepped in & began to work. She was professional & calm, cool & collected throughout the entire night. She even managed to run & grab more ice when we were running low! She had two assistants, Susan & Kali who were instrumental in helping setup the reception.

After the reception, Lauren & her assistants cleaned up & walked me through where everything was. We cannot stress enough how seamless everything went on our wedding day & we have Laurel & Fey to thank for that!
