From the very beginning, she understood our vision and worked tirelessly to ensure every detail was perfect. First and foremost, her budgeting skills were impeccable. She helped us allocate funds in a way that maximized our budget without compromising on the things that mattered most to us. Her expertise in finding the best deals and knowing where to splurge made a huge difference. The decor and flowers were beyond anything we could have hoped for. She seamlessly blended our favorite fandoms into the decor, making everything feel cohesive and magical. The flowers were stunning, with arrangements that perfectly matched our theme and added a touch of elegance. Her organization and scheduling were top-notch. Not only is Jill a lovely person, but she makes events fun and less stressful! My husband and I worked with her as a day-of coordinator for our wedding, and she was a fabulous help. She helped us keep everything on track and even made sure our rehearsal the day before went smoothly. I was incredibly impressed by the timeline she created for us and her flexibility for any last-minute changes we needed made. Professional, detail oriented, and compassionate throughout our planning process and the event itself. Her services are also reasonably priced, which helped us out a lot as newlyweds. Jill is awesome, and we highly recommend her!

I'm not exaggerating when I say there could not have been a more perfect match of a wedding planner for us than Jill. Like many brides, I was in that mid wedding planning panic where I realized I could not do everything on my own and not lose my mind. I had several consultation calls with other planners but none of them meshed as well as I did with Jill on our first call. My now-husband and I are huge video game nerds, and wanted to infuse our wedding with subtle nods to our favorites. Finding someone who specialized in nerdy weddings was a huge deal for us! Jill understood our vision and executed it perfectly. Working with her felt very natural, due in part to her friendliness and mutual understanding of fandom culture. From the early planning stages up until the day of the wedding, having her support was invaluable. Thanks to her, we were able to enjoy our day stress-free and stay fully in the moment! Jill with Fantastical Adventures is an incredible wedding planner. I seriously cannot recommend her enough. Jill goes above and beyond for her clients and ensures their day goes smoothly. First and foremost, we are so glad that we hired Jill to help coordinate our wedding. She is a creative and communicative team player who worked seamlessly with our venue and vendors to ensure that our big day turned out fabulous. Even though we booked an inclusive venue that came with a day-of coordinator, I wanted to find a month-of coordinator/planner, because our wedding had quite a few moving parts, and I knew I would be overwhelmed if we didn't hire help. We were so excited when we met Jill; we knew immediately that she was "our people" and felt confident that she would be able to handle keeping all of our external vendors coordinated, our extra-large immediate families updated, as well as helping the venue staff set up our maker-themed wedding supplies and decor on the day of the event. Working with Jill as a wedding planner was easy and stress-free every step of the way. She was prepared to communicate in all the methods that were most comfortable for us (including shared Google sheets, emails, texts, and video chats), and was equipped to troubleshoot the handful of last-minute hiccups we encountered so that we did not need to worry about them. It is also worth noting that our venue's event coordinator reported that Jill was easy to collaborate with, both in terms of communication leading up to our wedding, and making all the magic happen on the date. We are also working with Jill in her role as a travel agent to plan our honeymoon for this coming winter.

The wedding went smooth she made sure everything went well leading up to the wedding and on the wedding. There were a couple of people walking into the wedding that were literally strangers and she shooed them away. She’s amazing communicator please use her services.

I would definitely work with Jillian again. I’m super happy I found her online. I couldn’t have done this without her!

We hired Jill to be our day of coordinator for our wedding. She was super friendly and helpful and took the time to meet with us in multiple calls before the wedding. She was always available to text and responded quickly. She coordinated with all our vendors and setup for the reception and thanks to her our wedding went off without a hitch. We had an Armenian wedding, which was outside her normal area of expertise and she was able to quickly adapt as if she’d done it a million times. Thank you so much Jill for helping us be able to take a step back and enjoy our big day! We couldn’t recommend Jill enough.

Jill helped us as a day-of coordinator for our smaller 20 person wedding. It was apparent early on she would have made a great planner if we needed one. She was professional, on time, helpful, a great listener, and wedding savvy. There were also other intangibles like taking photos/video of things at the venue when no photographer was around and using her creative eye to make the decorations pop. What also stood out was her energy - very easy going and low stress despite being very on top of everything. You don't realize how important that is until wedding stress starts to kick in! We had a very difficult situation the day before the wedding when we found out that our venue's elevator was broken and we may not be able to get our caterer to the correct floor. Somehow, day of, Jill was able to do some magic and everything went off without a hitch. She was perfect for what we needed and she event went above and beyond.

Jill was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we hired her, she was incredibly organized and kept us on track with all the details leading up to our wedding day. Her communication was always prompt and clear, which helped reduce our stress significantly.

On our wedding day she was available for every little thing that came up - from helping with last-minute décor adjustments to coordinating with our vendors behind the scenes.

What impressed us most was how she anticipated our needs before we even had to ask. She made sure we always had what we needed kept us on schedule without making us feel rushed, and was always one step ahead throughout the day.

We couldn't recommend Jill more highly. She made our day run smoothly so we could focus on enjoying every moment of our wedding!
