We used Alaina as a day-of-coordinator for our backyard, garden-party wedding. She was very constructive in our weekly prep meetings: refining the timeline, capturing vendor logistics, and offering insight where we needed it. On the wedding day she was professional, organized and also pleasant with us and guests. My husband and I were able to relax and enjoy the event knowing she was running the show behind the scenes. Our families were also very impressed with her. She really went above and beyond.

Our experience with Evermore Weddings was absolutely wonderful! From the very first consultation, to the moment we got in our getaway car, the Evermore team was a positive and joyful presence! I cannot stress enough how thoughtful and organized they were. When it comes to wedding planning, there's a million things to do, and it turns out, a million more things that I as the bride would never even have considered without their expertise. They were very organized with a timeline of the whole planning process, with scheduled check-ins to see how we were doing with our tasks as the bride and groom; and we were really only left with the fun tasks like picking our first dance song, bride + groom party things and tasting a lot of delicious food. The Evermore team handled all of the things I considered overwhelming: finding vendors, negotiating prices, working contracts etc. During your very first consult, you basically lay out your vision to the team: your dream theme, color schemes, aspects that you feel are most important to you for your big day. The Evermore team then goes and makes it a reality! And if you don't even know where to begin and have a hard time visualizing what you want, they're great at brainstorming with! They helped me created the Pinterest board of my dreams, and then went out and found all the vendors that fit what I was looking for. While the team was a lot of fun to work with, they were also very professional. I was very impressed with how they negotiated with vendors, and pushed back if something didn't match what we wanted at consultations. Their communication was consistent and clear. And most importantly, we didn't have to lift a finger on our big day. We were able to just be present and take in every moment, while the Evermore team coordinated every moment of the day. While wedding planning in general is always going to have stressful elements, this team made it a joyful experience that we look back on fondly!
