There is just so much I can say about Karla and her team. When I reached out to her to help us with our wedding I couldn’t even decide on the color scheme. We were having a spring wedding but wanted fall colors. I did not know if that was even possible. I knew the mood I wanted for the wedding and the aesthetics but did not know how that would look or come together. I drew the lines but Karla really blew it out of the park on filling them in. We can't say enough great things about Kiss and Say I Do and Noelia. From the very beginning, they were incredibly organized, professional, and thoughtful in every detail. Our wedding was not an easy one to manage. It took place across multiple locations in town, involved several vendors who had never worked together before, and required coordinating travel and logistics for all of our out-of-town guests.

Even with all those challenges, Noelia and her team made everything feel effortless. They created an environment where every vendor worked together seamlessly, as if they had been a team for years. The entire day flowed beautifully, and that was all because of the structure and support she put in place.

We also had a reception venue with complicated rules, but thanks to Noelia, we never felt the pressure of those restrictions. She handled everything behind the scenes, allowing us to be fully present and enjoy our day.

Kiss & Say I Do is one of the few reasons our wedding went off without a hitch. Our wedding day was perfect and it was due to their great advice, easy to use website and wisdom. When we first hired Karla, we were just looking for a solid planner because we were planning our wedding from out of the country. By the end, we were so happy that she was able to witness our wedding because we genuinely wanted her there just as much as any guest. She didn’t just manage contracts and vendors; she offered support to us during family drama and various stressors that developed during our planning period. We bonded over similar heritages and life experiences, we laughed over my now-husband’s dumb jokes, and we all sighed together over planning headaches we couldn’t avoid. My husband and I are beyond pleased with our experience with Karla and her team at Kiss & Say I Do. We found Karla early in our wedding planning journey (I googled “Latina Wedding Planner” and KASID was the top result) and after a virtual meeting we were sold on Karla being the right planner for us. We went from engaged to married within 9 months and had our wedding in the LA off-season (February). We chose KASID’s “wedding management plus design” package which required some work on our side (compared to a full-service planning package), but we received great vendor recommendations from KASID’s many industry connections along the way and expert guidance for any questions we had (and we had a lot).

I’d like to begin by saying YES you do need a Wedding coordinator! It’s already overwhelming being a bride and I cannot stress enough what a relief it was to have Karla and Kiss & Say I Do team with me for our wedding 09/23/22. Karla was super organized, communicative, and attentive to detail. She took over all communication with vendors leading up to our wedding and made sure they all had our timeline, payments/tips, and working accordingly as planned. As a Latina myself it was important to have a coordinator that could communicate with my guest and Karla and her team were exceptional. Throughout our day we did not have to worry about a thing.
