  Exceptional in every way!

  Our wedding was in September 2023 in Los Angeles, CA. There aren't enough words to express how awesome and invaluable my wedding planner, Karla Solorzano and her team at Kiss and Say I Do Events were throughout the entire process. Simply put, our wedding wouldn't have been possible without her. Karla helped us every step of the way, from the initial stages of planning 9 months out to every detail of the design and the logistics of the actual wedding day. She made wedding planning enjoyable and possible so we could enjoy every special moment of our wedding. She is extremely organized, kind, efficient, available at any time to discuss planning, and aims to relieve as much stress as possible. Her team made sure everything ran smoothly from beginning to end. We are extremely grateful we found Kiss & Say I Do Events and would highly recommend to anyone planning their wedding!

  10/10 Would Get Married Again

  Kiss & Say I Do is one of the few reasons our wedding went off without a hitch. Our wedding day was perfect and it was due to their great advice, easy to use website and wisdom. They were available whenever we had a small or big question. They advised us when we were unsure if we should do this or that and provided us with past experiences and provided perspective. Professionals in every sense of the word. Being bilingual was a huge help in not only communicating with friends and family but also the vast array of vendors and they’re own methods of communication whether it was email, text, or phone calls. I highly recommend them to anyone who is even thinking of getting married, and regardless if it is a small or bid event. A special shout out to Karla, who made us feel so welcomed and warm and loved. She was able to navigate even the sensitive issues with class. We truly are grateful and appreciative of every little moment that led up to the big day and grateful we had Kiss & Say I Do so that we were allowed to bask in our day without a worry or being preoccupied if we forgot something or what needed to be done next because it was already taken care of.

  Best decision ever!

  Karla was the BEST wedding planner we could've ever asked for. She was so kind and organized and helped us navigate this very stressful time with such ease (and this is coming from a very anxious, stressed-out bride). We truly couldn’t have pulled it off without her support. Karla's dedication, attention to detail, and passion for her work are incredible. I wish we could get married again just to work with her again!
  
  Thank you for flowing with all of our crazy ideas and making us feel so comfortable throughout the entire planning process. Every little detail came out amazing and nothing really went wrong - which is a big surprise after hearing from so many people that something is "bound to go wrong" at your wedding.

  The Key to A Perfect Wedding

  Kiss and Say I Do Events is an incredible business operated by a team of consummate professionals who provide a refreshing level of care and detail in all their efforts and interactions.
  
  While most of our interactions were with Karla, the owner of the business, we wanted to take a moment to highlight the rest of her team and thank them for the wonderful job they did. Each member of her team that we came across was a delight to interact with and contributed towards giving us the most wonderful wedding we could have hoped for.
  
  As for Karla herself, what is there to say? She is simply outstanding. Going far beyond what we would have expected of any planner, Karla deftly walked the fine line between being a service provider and becoming a dear friend. There is such sincerity in all her interactions that her desire to give her clients the best event she possibly can becomes undeniable. If you are looking for a recommendation, there is no one we can imagine doing a better job at navigating the intricacies of planning a wedding than Karla and the Kiss and Say I Do team.
  
  When we first hired Karla, we were just looking for a solid planner because we were planning our wedding from out of the country. By the end, we were so happy that she was able to witness our wedding because we genuinely wanted her there just as much as any guest. She didn’t just manage contracts and vendors; she offered support to us during family drama and various stressors that developed during our planning period. We bonded over similar heritages and life experiences, we laughed over my now-husband’s dumb jokes, and we all sighed together over planning headaches we couldn’t avoid. Even though she became so much more than just a wedding planner, she remained an absolute rockstar on the day of our wedding.
  
  We had so many guests come up to us and tell us we had a perfect wedding or that it was the best wedding they’d ever been to, but the highest praise we can give is that we didn’t feel an ounce of stress on our wedding day. If anything went wrong or not according to plan, we had no idea and never felt it. All we had on our day was love and joy, and we are so grateful that Karla and her team were able to create that for us.

  Amazing wedding planning for our big day!

  My husband and I are beyond pleased with our experience with Karla and her team at Kiss & Say I Do. We found Karla early in our wedding planning journey (I googled “Latina Wedding Planner” and KASID was the top result) and after a virtual meeting we were sold on Karla being the right planner for us. It also helped me to review her Instagram and see that her weddings were fun and colorful, which is what I wanted for my own wedding.
  
  We went from engaged to married within 9 months and had our wedding in the LA off-season (February). We chose KASID’s “wedding management plus design” package which required some work on our side (compared to a full-service planning package), but we received great vendor recommendations from KASID’s many industry connections along the way and expert guidance for any questions we had (and we had a lot).
  
  Karla and team are professional, easy to work with, incredibly organized, attentive, considerate, and fun. Karla went above and beyond to make sure everything was organized in advance of our wedding day so that we could truly relax once the ceremony jitters faded. On our wedding day, we trusted Karla and team to execute the wedding vision we put together, and it was even more beautiful than I could have imagined. From cake to candles and everything in between, we had an amazing experience with Karla, and I can’t wait to recommend Kiss & Say I Do to any engaged friends in the future.

I received so many compliments that night, “I love her,” “I wish she had been my wedding coordinator,” “everything was so organized,” “Does she have a business card?” and so much more. Karla is not only an amazing wedding coordinator, but she is also an incredible person.   Wonderful Coordinator!

  Karla and the Kiss & Say I Do team absolutely exceeded all of our expectations, and I personally couldn't be more thankful that they were a part of our wedding. I would recommend them to anyone!
  
  When we were starting our wedding process, one of the things that I really did not want to spend money on was a planner or coordinator. I knew managing a wedding would be stressful, but I figured I could do it on my own. I was very wrong!
  
  Karla was involved in every step of the process - helping the early planning, providing Excel documents (timelines, table guides, etc.), keeping us on-track with useful tips and reminders, and finally managing the day-of operations. At each step, my partner and I commented to each other how thankful we were to have Karla's assistance!
  
  Every vendor you hire as part of your wedding has an important and unique job on the day of the event, but Karla proved to be the linchpin that kept everyone organized and things running smoothly. I was incredibly impressed with her ability to make sure everything was attended to while keeping the stress away from us (the bride and groom). I can't imagine how much less I would have enjoyed my wedding if I had to attend to all of the details that Karla seamlessly handled on our behalf.

  I’d like to begin by saying YES you do need a Wedding coordinator! It’s already overwhelming being a bride and I cannot stress enough what a relief it was to have Karla and Kiss & Say I Do team with me for our wedding 09/23/22. Karla was super organized, communicative, and attentive to detail. She took over all communication with vendors leading up to our wedding and made sure they all had our timeline, payments/tips, and working accordingly as planned. As a Latina myself it was important to have a coordinator that could communicate with my guest and Karla and her team were exceptional. Throughout our day we did not have to worry about a thing. Karla’s team made sure to take care of any issues that arise and made sure our day ran as smooth as possible. Having a wedding coordinator was the best decision I could of ever made. My day couldn’t have been complete without these ladies and I am forever thankful to have chosen them to be part of our day. Thank you Karla!

  Karla is the absolute best! Wedding planning was overwhelming and stressful. For any question or doubt, my husband and I would turn to Karla. She was always available, attentive, and willing to answer or assist with anything right away. She is the consummate professional - thorough, detailed and very organized! We had to go through a postponement and reschedule and Karla was guiding us and giving advice every step of the way. Having someone like Karla really put us at ease because she makes sure you are staying on top of things, and points out things that you would not have thought of in this crazy process. Once we finally got close to our big day, she put together a timeline and floor plan that were completely catered to us and what we wanted for our big day. All of her prep materials were so incredibly helpful. She worked closely with our reception venue and all vendors to make sure every detail was accounted for and to make sure that everyone was on the same page. These are things that you don’t want to worry about with all that is going on. You obviously never know how your space is going to look after you hand over your decor, and Karla and her team made our reception look beyond anything we could have ever imagined! Any tiny issue that came up on our big day was immediately fixed. Karla and her team kept everything running smoothly so that we wouldn’t have anything to worry about. It was also really important for us to have a bilingual coordinator as we have a lot of Spanish-speaking family members. Having Karla there to answer any questions in English and Spanish was so incredible helpful. We are so grateful that we chose Karla and her team to coordinate the best day of our lives!

Any tiny issue that came up on our big day was immediately fixed. Karla and her team kept everything running smoothly so that we wouldn’t have anything to worry about. It was also really important for us to have a bilingual coordinator as we have a lot of Spanish-speaking family members. Having Karla there to answer any questions in English and Spanish was so incredible helpful. We are so grateful that we chose Karla and her team to coordinate the best day of our lives!

  Wonderful Wedding Planner

  Karla navigated us through wedding preparations and the big day with grace, skill and humor. I can't imagine the stress of doing a wedding without her. If we are fortunate to have another child marry, she will be our hands down choice.

  COVID planning savior

  Planning a wedding during a pandemic was rough, but the experience would have been unbearable had my husband and I not hired Karla to coordinate our wedding.
  
  Due to COVID, we decided to have a backyard wedding with 30 guests. This was not our original plan, but Karla guided us with knowledge and excitement and helped us feel excited again too! She communicated every detail and scenario clearly, and helped me prioritize what I needed to take action on first. If there was a problem, she explained my options matter of factly and only after she had searched for solutions. I LOVE that I could count on Karla to tell me the truth.
  
  I do not have a background in events, and it was hard to anticipate what I didn’t know. This is where Karla excelled—she considered and brought up numerous details that would’ve otherwise been lost.
  
  A big factor in booking Karla was her tenacity. Though the events industry slowed to a halt during the pandemic, Karla was still networking, coordinating styled shoots, and growing as a coordinator. This showed us we could count on her determination and drive on our big day, too! My husband and I will absolutely recommend Karla to all our friends and family for future events.

I have been with my husband for 7 years and we have shared many beautiful moments. However, our wedding day definitely tops them all, many thanks to Karla. We are happy and blessed to say that with Karla's help we had the had most beautiful and perfect wedding. We had our wedding at La Canada Thursday Club (which is also an AMAZING venue and very affordable compared to the 20 plus venues I researched in the LA area). Karla was able to meet us on several occasions at our venue and outside our venue. She was on top of all our arrangements and was able to plan down to the smallest details. She is also bilingual and was very patient with my family and mother who were helping with decorations. During our wedding everything ran so smoothly and we did not have to worry about anything. Thank you so much Karla, we are very blessed to have had you as our wedding coordinator 😊

  La Canada Thursday Club W/Karla

  We didn't want to have a full on coordinator, so when our venue let us know they had a day of coordinator, I was like Thank God! So as soon as we met up with Karla I knew I was going to like her. She was so funny, and very down to earth. Karla is extremely organized. I couldn't understand how she did it. There were so many details and questions, but she had it all together! She was encouraging, an thoughtful with my unique ideas for the wedding, and made the planning so smooth and fun. It was already stressful planning a wedding from another state, so it was just a life saver having her do schedules, and writing up timelines, and keeping up with all my vendors. It was just great
  As for the day of, she saved us all. its true, you really dont have time to be talking to all the vendors and making sure everything is running smoothly. Having Karla there was everything, even when we were behind schedule. ( yes I was a half an hour late) but! Karla worked it out and it was an incredible night. I'll never forget it. So Overall Karla was so sweet and I'm soo so happy we decided to have a coordinator. Karla makes you feel like your just working with a great friend and she wants to make sure you have an amazing day. I think having a day of coordinator is a necessity, and Karla is your girl for the job ladies!

  Let me start by saying I rarely write reviews unless I’m blown away by the person or business and Kiss and Say I Do Events is amazing! Karla was so attentive and caring. She made sure my husband and I didn’t have any worries on our special day. And any time we seemed to be flustered or worrying about other people’s opinions she made sure to pull us aside and be like “what do YOU want, I’ll take the heat for it” and I loved that! She also was extremely flexible, the day of our wedding we wanted to move events around and move them up, time wise, and Karla showed no hesitation, whatever we asked she made it happened and never made it seem like we were difficult. She also made sure my husband and I had about 10 minutes of private time after the ceremony to just soak in what just happened and to catch our breath. And she made sure we ate!! That was great! I would recommend to ANYONE! She made our day all the more special and I’m forever grateful for her!
