Our "day-of" coordination package, is truly a month-of coordination package. In order to do our jobs properly, we begin working closely with you in the final 4-6 weeks leading up to your wedding to fully absorb your wedding vision.

We hired The Wedding Planner LA for day-of coordination for our 35-guest wedding at a private home. The lead Day-Of coordinator Dominique was excellent. She has such a peaceful, calming, and supportive presence. We loved her. They have a big inventory of decor and things you can borrow which was super nice (votives, signs, cake plates, vases, rugs, etc.). We borrowed a ton of stuff since we were doing the decor and everything ourselves. Dominique and her assistant took care of decor setup, moving our guests to where they were supposed to be, and playing music at the right times (among other things!). As the bride, I thought she did great. Highly recommend!

Alexa was awesome!
Alexa was great! We didn't have a big budget, and we're grateful she was able to work within our constraints. She was very communicative, kept us on track with our timeline, and answered a lot of questions we didn't even know existed!

We. LOVE. Alexa!
She was truly such a saving grace as my husband and I planned and replanned our wedding during the pandemic; we don't know what we would have done without her.
We booked Alexa for partial planning just under a year before our wedding. Since we were originally planning a larger wedding in a pretty bland space, we knew we'd need someone to help with design and decor. However, Alexa's packages offered such amazing value that we went ahead with partial planning, and it was the best thing we could have done. We got to talk to Alexa on the phone pretty much every other week from when we booked her until the wedding, and she was in constant email communication as well. She read over all of our contracts, gave tons of vendor recommendations and managed a few of them for us without us having to do a thing, and was so, so patient with my endless questions and worrying over details. She even gave us pep talks when decisions were difficult or plans were derailed by the pandemic.
A few months before the wedding, we had to decide whether to go ahead with our original plan or downsize dramatically and change our venue, and Alexa helped walk us through every option and was so patient with us while we figured things out. She spent months working with an alternative venue on our behalf, and when that fell through, she helped us look for a third space for our reception without missing a beat. When the wedding got close, Alexa helped us make a timeline for the day before and the day of the wedding that was more detailed than anything we could have imagined. We're so grateful we had her to help us think about things that definitely would have been overlooked otherwise.
Having Alexa around on the day of the wedding was such a gift. She was calm, organized, friendly to our family and friends, and so much fun! Her setup of our venue was more beautiful than we could have imagined, and she made sure we didn't have to worry about a thing all night long. She worked seamlessly with our other vendors and just made sure the night was such a dream.
I could go on for pages about how much Alexa did to make our wedding perfect and stress-free. We honestly felt like we were saying goodbye to a friend once it was over. Go book Alexa now! It'll be the best planning decision you make.

Alexa made our wedding perfect!
Alexa did the most AMAZING job making sure that our wedding was perfect!! My husband and I faced the unenviable covid wedding situation where we (and so many others) had to postpone our wedding in Santa Barbara once and then do a total 180 and convert to a microwedding in Orange County. Alexa was there every step of the way supporting us and totally flexible with the new location and all of the changes. She was so thorough and really thought of everything! On the day of our wedding we didn’t have to worry about a single thing ourselves and we truly just got to enjoy the day while Alexa was a total pro who masterfully orchestrated everything. She thought of all the small details that truly make the day special and definitely thought about things I never would have planned, like where I should store my wedding bouquet (since I wanted to dry it), and where the best place to keep our card box should be. She worked so well with all of our vendors and they all raved to us after about how easy it was to coordinate and work together because of her. Truly cannot recommend her services enough!!

Very professional and thorough
Alexa and company helped plan and guide our daughter’s wedding from beginning to end. She was very thorough, made great suggestions and was a pro at handling mother daughter communication. 🥰. Alexa managed hiccups and the unforeseen issues that happen at a big weddings. I would hire Alexa again in a heartbeat .

Heartfelt and fun filled wedding thanks to The Wedding Planner
I attended Lexi and Alan Benevente’s wedding in Palm Springs which was coordinated by The Wedding Planner LA. There were a ton of details that were well coordinated in advance and others that had to be taken care of at the moment due to unexpected weather. Through it all, fun and love were top of mind. I was especially impressed with the layout of the space, the scheduling and several planned surprise moments that pulled off perfectly. It was an amazing event and I would hire The wedding planner LA if one of my kids was getting married.

Recently, I was part of a wedding that Alexa put together and honestly it was one of the best weddings I have been to. Professional and thoughtful
Alexa and her team provided my brother and new sister n law with a feeling of security and that everything was taken care of (and it was)! She really listened to what they wanted their wedding to feel and look like, and she was there every step of the way to ensure that their dream wedding was visualized.
