Day of coordination
Our "day-of" coordination package, is truly a month-of coordination package. In order to do our jobs properly, we begin working closely with you in the final 4-6 weeks leading up to your wedding to fully absorb your wedding vision.

- timeline creation
- vendor coordination (starting 4-6 weeks prior to your wedding)
- Distribute timeline to vendors
- Gather vendor information (i.e. Insurance information, signed forms required by the venue, balance information, meal requirements, etc.)
- Communicating important details and/or changes to the wedding planning pertaining to specific vendors
- discussing & documenting wedding-day details with you to ensure all details have been accounted for (i.e. logogistcal details, getting ready details, ceremony details, reception details)
- discussing & documenting decor set-up and breakdown details
- manage vendors on the day of the wedding (i.e. ensure everyone arrives, sets-up, provides the items/services they are contracted for, and starts at the time they are supposed to and acting liason between you and your vendors to)

We hired The Wedding Planner LA for day-of coordination for our 35-guest wedding at a private home. The lead Day-Of coordinator Dominique was excellent. She has such a peaceful, calming, and supportive presence. We loved her. They have a big inventory of decor and things you can borrow which was super nice (votives, signs, cake plates, vases, rugs, etc.). We borrowed a ton of stuff since we were doing the decor and everything ourselves. Dominique and her assistant took care of decor setup, moving our guests to where they were supposed to be, and playing music at the right times (among other things!). As the bride, I thought she did great. Highly recommend!
