The Fig House was founded by Steve Fortunato (roomforty) as the first venue venture of The Hospitality Collaborative.
During the construction process, Steve Fortunato worked with HGTV darling, Emily Henderson, to design and curate the space. The venue is a contemporary spin on art-deco with a nod to the rich history of Highland Park. The stained glass windows, by Judson Studios, are a tribute to Hollywood glamour native to LA, and the paint and wallpaper (Farrow & Ball) exhibit bold, rich colors that contribute to the design.
The outdoor garden, designed by SALT features the perfect space for outdoor ceremonies, dinners, client experiences, and outdoor cocktail parties. The Fig House is transformable, and presents a unique point of view, by way of design, to exist as is or to be specifically curated by our clients to meet the aesthetic of any event.
The Fig House has the ability to accommodate parties of up to 250 guests for a seated dinner and up to 450 guests for standing cocktail parties; its layout also has the unique ability to allow an intimate ambiance for smaller parties of under 100 guests.
The Fig House is centrally located with easy access to the 110, 2 and 134 freeways.

My wedding at the Fig House was absolutely perfect. SueJean & Katie were fantastic at offering suggestions & having things run smooth the day of. Planning with them was so much fun, it felt like my friend's were helping me with my wedding. The Fig House in general has a fantastic vibe & the venue itself offers so much personality, you only need to add a few elements to truly make it your own. It was the perfect place for our special day & I think all of our guests were wowed by the place.Sent on 04/29/2017

So in love with this place! If you want a unique, chic, and modern wedding definitely go with the fig house. Scratch that! the venue is so versatile you can make it look anything you want it to. The biggest plus for us was that all the beautiful furniture comes with the place and we didn't have to rent. The place is so beautiful, a true representation of LA.Sent on 11/27/2014

The Fig House is a gorgeous and classy venue tucked away in Highland Park in a very non-descript location but once you enter the gate, it’s like you’re transported into a different world. The décor and art pieces are stunning and everything is truly beautifully styled, from the bridal room to the man cave to the indoor reception area to the outdoor garden. The photos of the venue that we got back from our photographer look amazing. One big plus for us was that the venue provides beautiful wood tables and chairs, so we didn’t have to rent any from a rental company. The venue manager Allison, who we worked very closely with for months, is a star! She’s very responsive, held open houses for booked clients to answer all of our questions, and was there on the day of my wedding, making sure everything was flowing smoothly with the site. We’re so happy we booked this venue for our special day!Sent on 09/06/2014
