Light Up is a team of very nice people who are super easy to work with that do really nice work. Most vendors require you to contact them before they disclose their packages and pricing structure. From the beginning, Light Up was different.

Samantha who handled the communications is very responsive and organized. Dave - you can tell he's been doing this for a long time. The first time we spoke, he said "wedding planning is already stressful, we just want to make it easy". We knew we were in good hands.

On the day of, Dave and Paul came early. They really pay attention to the little details - they took off their shoes when they noticed all the shoes at the entrance (we are Asians =P) even though we didn't expect them to. My family really appreciate that. Dave was very relaxed and that kind of calmed our nerves a little bit.

Our Blu-Rays arrived with custom designed cover within a month, really impressive considering the amount of footage they have to go through (almost 12 hours with multiple cameras). They were able to capture the important moments, the little moments, and the tiny details that made our day ours, with an artistic eye. We absolutely love the final edit. Oh and the sound quality - our reception venue was a little echo-y and we couldn't hear parts of the speech, but the sound is so clear in the video!
