Jane was a true professional from start to finish and beyond. She helped us set realistic expectations, stay organized, and kept us on track. She was transparent, systematic, and a great communicator. Planning a wedding can at times be extremely stressful but Jane had it all under control and it made all the difference keeping me sane and feeling good about everything. On the day of the wedding, everything went perfectly and it was because of her and her team. There were some curveballs thrown but she handled them with grace and like a boss! The night went seamlessly. Jon’s playlist kept the guests dancing all night. Shout out to Jenni and Joseph for all their planning and coordinating help! They were rockstars. Jon’s playlist kept us dancing all night! His Google form was a great tool to keep us organized. He was super chill and communicative. He managed to fulfill all of our music requests and there were a lot of them. He accommodated the unexpected and made everything flow well!

Jane provided my wife and me with wedding planning and day-of coordination for our wedding in Vieques, PR with 75 attendees. She used a streamlined, digestible strategy to execute our “dream” destination wedding at The W in Vieques.

She helped us understand our contract with the venue, and led rounds of negotiations for price and deliverables. This included planning a welcome party, the ceremony/reception, and a Sunday brunch. As our liaison with vendors, she kept us protected from all of the back-and-forth while still checking in with us for necessary approvals along the way.

Once everyone had successfully arrived on the island, Jane coordinated everything, making the weekend an absolute dream. If any small issues arose, Jane troubleshooted with the venue coordinator and only conferred with me when she thought it was absolutely necessary. She also seamlessly led the transition of the pool side reception to an indoor reception because the weather turned a couple of hours before the ceremony. As a bride, this stressed me out, but Jane did everything in her power to mitigate the situation. We will forever be grateful for Jane’s services. She helped create the absolute best weekend of our lives.

Jon also was our MC and DJ. He was professional in his approach and was incredibly prepared for the day/night to run smoothly. We received so many compliments on his dance set, some saying it was the best wedding music they had encountered. This is coming from a group of people (me in particular) who are very picky about music/dance/venue vibe. The entire reception party was dancing for hours!

At the same time that we were getting married, my company was going through massive layoffs and my partner and I were moving to another country. Our wedding was going to be the last thing in Los Angeles before we left. Jane helped keep us on track and handled everything so no one could tell how stressful everything was. We had so many compliments on the wedding - from the DJ being absolutely smashing to the decor, clear organisation, food, everything. We really could not have done it without Jane and Jon. Highly recommend! Jane saved us more than once through this process.

THE BEST PART OF THE WEDDING! Jon got ~*weird*~ with the music late at night, and the dance floor was on fire. He kept it social and blended while the older family members were out, but got everyone on the dancefloor and kept them there until the house lights came on

Jane and Jon were the perfect pair, and were a dream to work with! We hired Jane as our month of coordinator and Jon for our DJ. My father in law and other guests are STILL mentioning how amazing Jane was on the day of our wedding, so that says a lot. For someone like me who is often anxious and paranoid, not only did she put me at ease the month before the wedding but the day of I was able to completely let go of all the concerns, only because I fully trusted Jane to manage everything. We had a ton of different vendors and a lot of DIY, all of which is handled effortlessly and confidently. She also gave us invaluable advice throughout and built a good rapport with our vendors. She thought of details and potential issues that I would not/could not have thought of and would make sure to get my input and opinion but then would take care of everything. At (and after!) the wedding, I got compliments on Jane’s professionalism and her stellar ability to stay on top of vendors and timing. She also made sure all the DIY was taken care of and stayed at the venue after everyone had left (including me and my husband) to ensure that the venue was spotless and taken care of. I can honestly say I wouldn’t have had the perfect, most seamless wedding if Jane wasn’t our coordinator. She even added florals to our cake, beautifully! She went truly above and beyond. I also can’t say enough about Jon. He was so easy to work with, gave us everything we needed to know which made it easy. He also familiarized himself with the venue so that not only was he our DJ but he ended up helping us with sound questions for our ceremony band, including providing recommendations for extra sound equipment for them to rent. Lastly, he was such a fun DJ! Played the best songs (also got a ton of compliments on the song choices) and handled all the transitions seamlessly (both music and emceeing) It was perfect. I would HIGHLY recommend.

Jane and Jon were amazing to work with – literally from the first time we talked, I knew that they would be great additions to our wedding day. Jane and I come from similar event production backgrounds, so it made a huge difference that we were speaking the same language.

Jane gut checked my ideas and vision and real talked me when there was a better way to do things. One of the most important things for me was to have my ceremony run on time so I could get magic hour photos and I am so happy to say that everything went so smoothly and I got my photos!

Jon was an incredible DJ – we were on the dance floor the ENITRE time! He was the exact vibe we were going for and we got so many compliments from our guests. He was able to read the room so well and one of my favorite moments of the wedding was when he played ‘We Are Family’ and both my husband and I’s families all danced together! We will never forget it! ❤️

Jane and Jon were an absolute pleasure to work with! We interviewed a few planners and didn't feel a connection until we spoke with Jane and it clicked immediately for us! She was knowledgeable, personable, and made us feel comfortable about the wedding planning process. Though we live on different coasts, she always made herself available to chat and even flew over to do a bunch of site visits with us which we really appreciated. She listened to our expectations for our wedding and provided advice and thoughts along the way to make it even better. On the day of the wedding, you could just tell that Jane was a professional and a well oiled machine. She handled everything seamlessly (seriously, everything was perfect!) and the wedding was amazing largely due in part to Jane and her team! We also used Jon's DJ services and he was SO good - he had our guests dancing all night long right until the end of the wedding! Jane and Jon were both so professional, communicative, fun and just really amazing at what they do. We currently reside in NYC, they’re in LA and our wedding was in ATL but somehow they made sure everything went smoothly. 100%, if we were doing this alone, it definitely would have been a sh**t show. Jane was the best coordinator we could have asked for on our special day! From our initial meeting, we knew we wanted to hire her. Jon our DJ and music planner understood our vibes from the start, which made organizing the music for the ceremony/wedding easy! His personable, laid back, yet professional personality fit well with ours. He allowed us to be creative but also made thoughtful recommendations. He was well-organized, easy to communicate with and checked on us frequently to make sure we were on track with our music forum. Additionally, he went above and beyond to work with my dad and his band to make the wedding reception memorable. His music curation of our personal favorites flowed seamlessly throughout our wedding day. He adapted well to our wedding guests and the energy of the crowd to make sure the dance floor was bangin’!

Jane and Jon worked incredibly well together on the day of, making sure all the months hard work and details were executed perfectly! Our family and guests continue to compliment Jane and Jon’s professionalism and impeccable work in orchestrating our wedding. Jane and I worked together, and as a coworker, she is the one entrusted with our experiential activations at the agency. I knew she would take on our wedding with the professionalism and care that she does, with every event she takes on.

I'm not an event planner, I've never been married before, I've never planned a wedding, and it's only one day! It's overwhelming to even know what you're supposed to ask, let alone get done, on a day that is so important, and costs a lot of money. Being a bride that has an aesthetic but didn't want the day to feel overdone or so overly planned, Jane had great direction for the things that I didn't have a strong opinion on, or have a good sense or vision for, explaining the pros and cons of each option. Should we do the ceremony outside and reception inside, or vice versa?

The venue's coordinator had a ton going on with the several weddings she had going on, so to be able to have Jane correspond with her was a weight off of my shoulders. This is maybe just specific to me, but our caterer was Korean speaking and it was tremendous that Jane was able to communicate with them also. Jane's personality is cool and calm while being productive and efficient and to be able to have that energy during a stressful time was so helpful. We were so thankful for Jane.

Would recommend her to everyone I know ten times over.
