Jane was a true professional from start to finish and beyond. She helped us set realistic expectations, stay organized, and kept us on track. She was transparent, systematic, and a great communicator. Planning a wedding can at times be extremely stressful but Jane had it all under control and it made all the difference keeping me sane and feeling good about everything. On the day of the wedding, everything went perfectly and it was because of her and her team. There were some curveballs thrown but she handled them with grace and like a boss! The night went seamlessly. Jon’s playlist kept the guests dancing all night. Shout out to Jenni and Joseph for all their planning and coordinating help! They were rockstars. Jane was more than a planner, by the end of it, she become one of our biggest cheerleaders and friends. Highly recommend Yu & Us!
Jon’s playlist kept us dancing all night! His Google form was a great tool to keep us organized. He was super chill and communicative. He managed to fulfill all of our music requests and there were a lot of them. He accommodated the unexpected and made everything flow well! -

Jane and Jon were an absolute pleasure to work with! We interviewed a few planners and didn't feel a connection until we spoke with Jane and it clicked immediately for us! She was knowledgeable, personable, and made us feel comfortable about the wedding planning process. Though we live on different coasts, she always made herself available to chat and even flew over to do a bunch of site visits with us which we really appreciated. She listened to our expectations for our wedding and provided advice and thoughts along the way to make it even better. On the day of the wedding, you could just tell that Jane was a professional and a well oiled machine. She handled everything seamlessly (seriously, everything was perfect!) and the wedding was amazing largely due in part to Jane and her team! We also used Jon's DJ services and he was SO good - he had our guests dancing all night long right until the end of the wedding! Highly highly recommend Jane and Jon for your wedding planning and DJ services. -

Jane and Jon were both so professional, communicative, fun and just really amazing at what they do. We currently reside in NYC, they’re in LA and our wedding was in ATL but somehow they made sure everything went smoothly. 100%, if we were doing this alone, it definitely would have been a sh**t show. They were a huge part of the most memorable day of our lives. If you are looking for a full service wedding planning service, look no more!! This couple can do it allll. -

Jane is first and foremost a producer, who knows how to efficiently organize, communicate with, and plan every detail (including the ones I missed!) to make sure that everything goes off without issue. I was relieved knowing I had someone who had my back and was there to make sure everything ran smoothly and communication was on point.
Jon worked with us to ensure that not only our specific favorites were included, but that the vibes in each area of the wedding matched exactly what we were going for. He comfortably created moods that helped spur conversation, dance, and fun. -

They Say Team Work Makes The Dream Work.
I’m here to confirm that never has there been a truer statement. Jane Kim and her team at VeilandVinyls.com made our dreams come true. Janes understanding and commitment to our vision coupled with her tireless efforts to see that vision come to fruition was OVER THE TOP.
I hired Jane to step in and take the reins six weeks prior to my daughters wedding. I’m a very organized and capable working woman ….but even the best among us wants to be able to take a deep breath at some point and enjoy the special time before the wedding…and certainly the last few weeks. I needed guidance in certain area’s and I wanted a partner ( other than my extraordinarily talented daughter ) - I didn’t know at the time that I would have so much confidence in Jane that I would happily and eagerly surrender the process to her . Several executives I know ( including my daughter ) had encouraged me to meet with Jane - they sung her praises loudly, both professionally and personally. Her prices were very reasonable. I had nothing to lose and everything to gain and BOY DID I.
I am now one week post wedding and have had time to really reflect on just how much Jane’s expertise afforded me.
We had our first meeting at my daughters apartment. Jane asked us exactly what we had accomplished thus far, the venue, the band, the flowers,… the big stuff…. She guided the discussion drawing from us our vision, our expectations etc. I knew immediately - just by the detail oriented questions that were asked that I was way out of my league and immediately beyond happy that I had made the decision to hire Veil and Vinyls to carry the ball as there was no shot I would have been able to enjoy this special time and maintain my sanity without their guidance and help.
We were off to a great start. After that meeting we provided Jane with all of our contact information for everyone and anyone involved with the wedding. We shared a google file with all of our contracts, timelines, photo boards, to-do lists etc. She then became the main liaison with all of the vendors - always keeping us in the loop, consulting us before any decisions were made -100% eliminating the drudgery and hassle of the event planning aspect and the myriad of details that go with from our day to day lives. AND IT WAS BEAUTIFUL.
Another huge bonus.. Jane knew where and how to negotiate some of these over the top contracts. I would never have had a clue. She is keenly aware and sensitive of spending your money. She is there to help you save money a very respectful and unexpected aspect and added bonus that I most appreciated and so will any of you rewarding this review. Wedding expenses are no joke and anywhere you can save…. Yay.
When all is said and done, and its Go time -
THIS IS WHERE YOU LOOK UP AND THANK GOD you have Jane and her team by your side. The day of the wedding. Until you have experienced this, you can’t even imagine… especially if there is a bridal party ,change of venue, and photographers etc involved. Jane had drawn up a time line that had every 10 minutes of the day scheduled for not only the bride, the groom, the bridal parties, the make up artists, the food being delivered to the suite’s , the first look photo’s … I mean…. She practically had time built in for bathroom breaks. It is not easy to manage a bridal party of 24 ( YES, 24 ) and several locations and do it all with 110% POISE and CALM. Always a smile on her face.
Here is the bottom line.
My daughter, My new Son in law, our families and friends had the very very best night of our lives . It was a magical evening that none of us will ever forget… It’s a week later and I am sitting in my kitchen with a big dopey smile on my face writing this letter because I SINCERELY WANT whoever is reading this to hire Jane and her team because , if you have half the experience we did…. You will be the happiest mom, bride, family in the world. I promise.

Our wedding went perfectly, thanks to Veil & Vinyls! I hired Jane for my month-of-coordinator, and she was such a joy to work with. She was on top of everything, from contracts to vendor coordination to having us and our guests stick to our schedule that she had meticulously planned. Our wedding was in Phoenix, Arizona, where she had never done a wedding before, and she was still able to execute the day perfectly. Thanks to her coordination, our day was absolutely perfect. We can’t thank you enough, Jane!! -

We had such a great experience with Jane. She helped us corral all of our vendors, which was no easy feat (we got our dessert from a small shop and they frequently dropped off the grid!) She was very relaxed the entire day of our wedding but I could tell she was working hard to keep us on schedule and make sure things went well. Some highlights for me:
- got me out of the hotel on time
- made sure we drank water while we were taking a million pictures
- got us down the aisle on time
- made sure we got to eat, even during cocktail hour!
- when our lights wouldn't dim, she was immediately on the phone with the vendor and got it figured out
- did all of the cleaning (along with the caterer) and gathered all of our items that we were keeping - if it weren't for her, we definitely would not have been out on time because I had no concept of time.
- when we realized my parents didn't take a decorative mirror with them, Jane kindly took it home with her and then DELIVERED it back to us. It was really sweet and truly an act of kindness.
I can't thank Jane enough for making sure our big day went well - I don't know what I would have done without her!

Jane was super organized, communicative, and a go-getter. This is exactly what we needed for our day-of coordinator. Jane was flawless in planning out the schedule the way we had envisioned our wedding and ensuring there was a seamless line of communication with all vendors. On our wedding day, Jane and John delivered on every aspect -- keeping everyone in check and, most importantly, keeping Richard and I stress-free! At the end of the wedding, they packed our belongings as we had requested, all vendors were paid accordingly, and load out was completed per the venue's rules and policy. But Jane and John's services didn't end there. A couple of days after our wedding as we were preparing to leave for our honeymoon, the venue contacted us about a damage that would cost our whole security deposit. Jane was very quick to jump in and speak on our behalf -- allowing us to leave for our honeymoon stress-free knowing that Jane was handling it for us! We have nothing but high praises for Jane and John for their services and we would highly recommend them! -

Best decision
If we could offer any advice to an engaged couple it would be to HIRE AN EVENT COORDINATOR! Having Jane and her team present at each of our wedding events during our destination wedding, ensured that everything was seamless and quite frankly PERFECT. If there was an issue, I didn’t know about it and that’s impressive because I’m a stickler. Jane’s attention to every detail and expertise was a G*d send. My husband and I greatly appreciated Jane’s transparency, follow through and guidance during the planning process.
Having assistance on the day of your wedding doesn’t have to be a financial burden thanks to Veil and Vinyl’s pricing which was exceptionally reasonable and took into account all aspects of wedding coordination.
Veil and Vinyl went the extra mile for all of our wedding needs and desires. During a check in call with Jane a month prior to the wedding, I happened to mention that I wanted a wooden sign with our surname made and painted Gold. Jane enthusiastically offered to handle making those arrangements and even took care of shipping logistics to get the item through customs - all at a very reasonable price! She also made sure that the shipped items were packed in a manner that would allow us to bring the personalized signage back home with us after the wedding. It now hangs in our living room :)
Jane’s expertise when it came to sourcing items/vendors and translating our requests to our multiple vendors and the resort’s wedding coordinator, was extremely helpful! Without Jane and her team, our wedding would not have been the AMAZING experience that it was! I should mention that Jane did all of this while planning her own wedding!!!
We can honestly say that there is not one thing that we “wished was different.” Jane always had a solution and her calm presence and positive energy was a pleasure during the planning process and on the day of the wedding. On my wedding day, I was able to rest assured that she was taking care of everything and organizing family, the wedding party, vendors and guests throughout the day.
Having an event coordinator is a must for any bride who wants to truly be present on the day of their wedding and enjoy the experience. Thank You V & V! -

Jane and I worked together, and as a coworker, she is the one entrusted with our experiential activations at the agency. I knew she would take on our wedding with the professionalism and care that she does, with every event she takes on.
I'm not an event planner, I've never been married before, I've never planned a wedding, and it's only one day! It's overwhelming to even know what you're supposed to ask, let alone get done, on a day that is so important, and costs a lot of money. Being a bride that has an aesthetic but didn't want the day to feel overdone or so overly planned, Jane had great direction for the things that I didn't have a strong opinion on, or have a good sense or vision for, explaining the pros and cons of each option. Should we do the ceremony outside and reception inside, or vice versa?
The venue's coordinator had a ton going on with the several weddings she had going on, so to be able to have Jane correspond with her was a weight off of my shoulders. This is maybe just specific to me, but our caterer was Korean speaking and it was tremendous that Jane was able to communicate with them also. Jane's personality is cool and calm while being productive and efficient and to be able to have that energy during a stressful time was so helpful. We were so thankful for Jane.
Would recommend her to everyone I know ten times over.

Jane was the most important decision we made for our wedding day. She executed the entire day with her team flawlessly and she was on top of EVERYTHING! My guests even mentioned how on time and on top of it she was. She also was extremely responsive throughout the weeks leading up to the big day. We really would not have had the day we had if it weren’t for Jane and her team. She has the greatest eye for details and she was able to handle all items with the greatest level of efficient and poise! We could not be more thankful for Jane. We would not have been able to go through that day without you!!! -

Jane saved our wedding. Correction: Jane made our wedding happen.
I've known Jane for years, since back in our Hollywood days. As my then-fiance, Sam, and I took on planning for a wedding, we were greatly outmatched. Samantha wanted all the options in the world and then was paralyzed by analysis. I decided too quickly and then slowly disliked the option I chose. We were progressing on making decisions, but we needed help.
Enter Jane. She was taking on more projects outside her 9-5, and even though Sam and I had met with a few professional wedding planners, we felt great about going with Jane. I could vouch for her whip smarts, resourcefulness, and follow-though given my work experience with her. Samantha trusted her taste and good eye when Jane gave us a prospectus.
The entire process from then on out was practically carefree. Jane whittled down our options on every decision based on our needs, budget, and style. She set us up with every appointment, addresses, points-of-contact, and would follow up with us after. She coordinated the day of the wedding like a pure pro - Sam and I didn't have to lift a finger if we didn't want to.
We're not the easiest of customers, and we got a STEAL on Jane because we were her first clients. Jane's commitment was unparalleled and she handled more than we probably know. We remain close friends and I can't endorse her enthusiastically enough. Go with Jane. You'll have your dream wedding and you'll save your sanity.
