Working with Bracken Jewelers on my wife's custom engagement ring and wedding band and picking out my California gold wedding band was an amazing experience - easy, enjoyable and educational. From several inspiration pictures, Todd masterfully created an engagement ring that incorporated my then-girlfriend's favorite elements and thoughtfully suggested we flank the center stone with 6 diamonds to represent the 6 years we had been together. This is just one way Bracken Jewelers wrote part of our story into our rings. The other was with my handcrafted Golden Bear wedding band, made in Venice from gold that is responsibly-mined in Northern California. Being that we're both from California and is where we met, it was the perfect symbol for us. The earthy green glow, raw hammered finish and stepped edge are what spoke most to me! My wife and I are often complimented on our rings and it's always special to share the story of how and where they were made!

I was looking for a pave eternity band and I learned there are so many little details that go into it. Todd helped me choose a beautiful design that went perfectly with my engagement ring. We came to Bracken Jewelers when we were picking out an engagement ring and again for our wedding bands. Todd and Diana were welcoming from the start with our first appointment. We came with inspiration pictures for what we were looking for and Todd calmly said he could do that, showing us examples in the display case. For the engagement ring we wanted to use a family diamond in a solitaire setting on a rose gold band. He suggested the prongs be white gold to prevent the diamond from appearing dark. For our wedding bands we did a half eternity band with diamonds in rose gold and a platinum version of "Golden Bear" from the California gold wedding band line. Todd meticulously crafted the rose gold band with a smooth rounded edge to complement the engagement ring perfectly. We are so pleased with how they came out and look forward to working with the Brackens again in the future.
