A lot of people warned me that wedding planning would be incredibly stressful. Thankfully I hired InStyle Event Company and that was NOT the case! We worked with Courtney for about a year and in that time we grew to adore her as a person and appreciate her as an extremely talented and organized wedding planner that proved how much she cared about what we wanted by going above and beyond to make our wedding day dreams come true. We put our trust in her, which was frankly very easy to do, and it definitely paid off. Her passionate and easy going personality is infectious - one conversation with her and you'll know what I mean! During our initial consultation my husband and I told her (very different stories) of what we each envisioned for our wedding, and she was so intuitive that she recommended the exact venue we would end up picking on the spot (even after looking at about 6 others). It amazes me how quickly she was able to pick up on each of our visions and help find a place where they intersected that ultimately exceeded both of our expectations.

With her wide network of vendors we were able to put together the perfect "dream team", and on the day of we knew we could just BREATHE and live in the moment, trusting that the details of our day were in great hands. Every bride and groom deserves to have that kind of positive experience, and to look back on the most exciting time of their lives with fond memories. It makes me sad that so many people told me that wedding planning was stressful, because I know it doesn't have to be! I thank Courtney so much for our experience, and I can't say enough good things about her. From the moment I met Courtney at our interview, I knew that I wanted to hire her to plan my big day. Her enthusiasm, and passion for her craft are apparent when you talk to her. As I explained to Courtney the idea of what I wanted my big day to be, she got me! Courtney was such an amazing wedding planner; she helped me and my husband plan the wedding while we were living in China. When we came home from living abroad we only had about a month to get it all together and make sure all the little details were worked out. To make a long story short, the wedding was amazing and everything looked beautiful! Yes some elements were missing when we looked back, but I had such a good time I didn't even notice and my guests had the time of their lives. I would definitely recommend Courtney as a wedding planner to anyone of my friends, my wedding was 170 people and a Persian wedding .She definitely helped deal with my difficult vendors and kept the whole night running smoothly. Also she helped me stay calm and not worry about a thing on my wedding day. I seriously had no idea what was going on and could just enjoy getting ready with my bridesmaids. Everything turned out perfect and the reception room and ceremony area looked amazing. I was really happy with it all. Also right before I walked down the aisle, I was pretty nervous, but Courtney made me feel calm and not nervous.

We were having trouble making decisions about our wedding, and certainly didn't know how to arrange things on our own. Courtney put the fun back in the planning. She listened to our needs, took the time to learn who we were, and found ways to add to our vision that complemented us and added to the fun. She was a delight to work with. It all went smoothly.

Courtney was a God send! She was my fairy godmother on my wedding day. My husband and I had the wedding of our dreams thanks to Courtney and her assistant. She took care of EVERYTHING and I didn't have to worry about one thing. I was able to relax and enjoy my wedding day. A few months before our wedding, I really wanted to find a day of coordinator but we were on a tight budget. I was starting to get discouraged because so many coordinators that I researched were well over our budget. I emailed Courtney and she was willing to work with our budget. Not only that, but we felt like we got the star treatment. That says a lot about who she is and that she really loves what she does. We got so many compliments from people about how smoothly everything went and how organized the day was. Most importantly, my husband and I never went hungry the entire night! I was really worried that we weren't going to be able to enjoy all the delicious food that we had picked out but Courtney made sure we were well fed while we were taking pictures before the reception and throughout the entire evening. We cannot thank Courtney enough for making our day so special and memorable. Our wedding would not have been as amazing if it weren't for her and her assistant. She truly has a gift!
