I have so many good things to say about Celebrations by Brandi aside from being AMAZING!
First off, she is an wonderful human being. I knew from the beginning that she was the one! Talking with her was like to talking to a girlfriend. She is genuinely kind, warm, fun, and easy to talk to over the phone. I regretted not hiring her from the beginning because I went with another wedding planner (The W Event Planner) due to budget, which was the biggest mistake ever! I ended up losing my deposit with the other event planner, but it was all worth it when I finally got the planner I really wanted from the beginning. I was very grateful that Brandi was still available for my wedding and that she was kind and understanding enough to take me back after explaining what had happened with the previous wedding planner I hired.
After that it was history! Brandi became the person to go to for any and all advice (psychological stuff too!). It was so easy to see her as a friend. Being able to fully trust her with every detail of my wedding just made wedding planning that much more less stressful and made the whole process much more fun and exciting. Throughout the whole process Brandi was always available to help calm nerves and offer effective solutions to all problems, big and small. She was always on hand, day or night, to offer support and guidance. I found the enormity of planning a wedding rather overwhelming at times, while trying to live up to the expectations of myself and others. She took away this worry on so many occasions. Her eye for detail, focus on perfection and wealth of knowledge on all things wedding was invaluable.
On the day she was by our side with her assistant Victoria, making sure everything ran smoothly, and we trusted their organization and decision making on our very special day. Together, they did an amazing job! I couldn’t have asked for a better duo on my wedding day so if you are looking for a hugely talented lady, who genuinely cares about your wedding – almost as much as you do – then look no further because Celebrations by Brandi can and will deliver 110+%. Thank you Brandi and Victoria, you really made our day the best day of our lives!

Brandi’s 90 minute kickstarter call was so helpful! I was totally lost and overwhelmed at where to begin (even though I’d already been engaged for several months) with planning my wedding or figuring out how to allocate my budget. I sent Brandi all my questions ahead of the call and she was able to answer every single one of them. She really went above and beyond and thanks to the call, I had a budget broken down by category, tons of venue and vendor suggestions that fit my budget, and was able to just get so much good advice in general. I ended up going with one of the venues she suggested and got my wedding planning back on track! I would recommend anyone who is newly engaged to start by talking to Brandi!

Brandi coordinated our Labor Day weekend wedding at Balboa Yacht Club, which had 100 guests. Jimali assisted for the day of. With their hard work, everything went smoothly and we were able to enjoy our wedding day!

She also went above and beyond — ensuring I got back an item I had misplaced at the end of the night. She also coordinated a surprise with my fiancé without me finding out!

During the timeline and coordination process, Brandi was easy to get a hold of and listened/incorporated our ideas and also brought ideas/suggestions.

Brandi from the get go was so informed and asked us all the right questions to feel confident about what we were piecing together. On the day of, Brandi was there early, bringing us lunch so generously, and was the last person we saw as we closed out the space. Everything we saw on the day of was absolutely perfect and Brandi was able to execute our vision on the day of perfectly! We are sure there were bumps in the day, but we didn't feel or see it at all -- it was truly better than we coudlve imagined, and it would only be possible with Brandi's professionalism, extensive knowledge, and ability to communicate and organize the day of!

Wow! What can we say about Brandi? Literally everything, because she was that amazing! We came all the way from South Carolina without seeing anything in person, and we put our full trust into Brandi and her team. They FULLY delivered. On our wedding day, countless guests approached us to praise her professionalism, kindness, efficiency, and quick thinking. And that was just the wedding day! We experienced her exceptional service every step of the way.

Brandi always took the time to truly understand my husband and me. She fought battles for us that we didn’t even know existed! Reaching the month of the wedding without feeling stressed was something I never thought possible, but it was truly magical. On the day of the wedding, I was dancing, singing, and basking in the excitement of marrying my husband because Brandi took care of EVERYTHING! She even gave my Maid of Honor a walkie-talkie to ensure clear and concise communication.

Having Brandi on the day of our wedding really was like having a best friend who was willing to go above and beyond to make the day perfect and successful.

With our wedding being at three different locations, we absolutely could not have done it successfully without Brandi and her team! Not only on the day of, but also in the days leading up to the big day. Brandi's assistants took out several hours in the days prior to help with preparing flowers, bouquets, arches, and general setup.

Throughout the process, Brandi was reassuring and dependable. With both my wife and I in school and busy with exams, having Brandi by our side was nothing short of essential.

Two months before my wedding I received heartbreaking news that my original day-of-coordinator, whom I felt a deep connection with, tragically passed away. Her assistant was taking over her book of business and was double booked for a few weddings. I decided to seek out help, very last minute, in hopes of finding someone to step in. By the grace of God I found Brandi. I spoke with a few other coordinators but Brandi was so easy to talk to and really understood my vision. Brandi coincidentally knew, was friends with and worked with my original coordinator, so when she generously offered to help I knew that this was meant to be. She had never been to my venue, but she was doing a walk through later that week with another bride and already knew all the players at the location. I felt instantly at ease and her professionalism spoke volumes.
Closer to my wedding date I was so scattered and trying to finish so many things at the last minute as I always do. Brandi called every one of my vendors and pieced together a timeline with minimal input from me. Knowing she had coordinated with the entire team gave me a huge sense of peace and I just knew everything was going to flow perfectly.
I met up with Brandi the day of my rehearsal to give her some items to set-up and she walked my fiancé and me through the schedule. I felt guilty handing off all my DIY decorations, but she was so positive and comforting.
One of the first texts I received on my wedding day was from Brandi (group text) introducing herself to the wedding party. She made sure to be the main point of contact for not only the photographer helping with my getting ready photos, but also the team going to photograph my fiancé. The amount of juggling and multitasking that she had to do was unreal. Thank god she had her assistant Rhaiel, because she had to be in a dozen places at once, all while keeping her composure, it was so incredible.
The day was PEFECT, effortless. I wish I could re-live it every day. It was the absolute best day of my life.
I wish I could go back and savor every moment, it honestly flew by, but everything I wanted to do Brandi made sure it happened. We even made changes and threw things at her last minute and she made it work. I didn’t experience even one ounce of stress- just pure LOVE.

Having her expertise leaves out all the guesswork and makes the day flow effortlessly. I received so many compliments on my wedding and how perfect it was, and I know that’s because Brandi organized the flow in a way that made sense. I’m so grateful that I had her guidance and my wedding was a day that I will treasure in my heart until the end of time.
