Blaire and her entire team were incredible to work with on our annual fundraising event! From the initial planning meetings, they asked all the right questions and helped us think through the many minute details that need to happen to ensure a seamless and successful event. The day of the event, they arrived early and were proactive, professional, prepared, and always one step ahead. They made sure that load-in and set-up went smoothly and everything was ready to go well in advance of the arrival of our guests. All of our presenters commented on how wonderful they were backstage and made it very easy for them to be in the right place at the right time. Blaire, Hannah, Sharon, Helen, and Jay are all consummate professionals who need little direction, have a talent for anticipating needs before they arise, and just know what needs to be done. We worked with Helen Kang and am so glad we decided to get a "day of coordinator". At first, I really didn't know why it would be worthwhile when we had 2 venue coordinators but oh my goodness am I glad we had Helen help us plan and think through the million things we would have never thought of ourselves. We started talking with Helen about 2 months prior to our wedding. She helped us with our timelines, rehearsal, managing outside vendors, and of course did a TON the day of the wedding. She caught a lot of little details we didn't plan out 2 weeks prior to the wedding and was VERY flexible with our billion last minute updates like adding a whole Paebaek to the timeline literally the week of the wedding. Also it was SO great that Helen was pretty fluent in Korean as a lot of my guests spoke little to no English.

Having Joyfully Co. coordinate our wedding was truly a "joy"! From the first meeting with Hannah, we loved the breakdown of their wedding coordination and packages, and services they offered. Everything was presented in a straightforward and easy manner. Hannah took time to get to know us as a couple, and really took the time to focus on what mattered to us when coordinating the wedding. We later on got paired with Sharon, who reached out to use exactly 2 months before the wedding. From the get go, she was so organized, and very flexible with her schedule to meet our needs. We work a lot, so finding at good time to discuss everything prior to the wedding was very important, and I am glad Sharon was very accommodating to our hectic schedule. On the days leading up to the wedding, she was so organized and kept us on track of everything we needed for our big day. On our wedding day, she and her assistants kept everything flowing so well, and smoothly. They also helped troubleshoot any problems during the wedding and helped calm my nerves throughout the day. I even had a problem with my bustle, Sharon and her team rushed to fix my dress without hesitation and helped me keep hydrated during the day! I am so grateful my husband and I used Joyfully Co., we did not regret it one bit and they exceeded all expectations. Will definitely recommend them to my friends for any future events.
