We got married this November and we hired the team for partial planning. Blaire was our wedding coordinator and we were so happy to work with her! She was always available via text or email for any questions or concerns I had and she really made sure throughout the day that I was as stress free as possible. It was sadly raining on our big day which forced us to move our ceremony inside despite months of planning for an outdoor ceremony. However, right before guest arrival, the rain stopped and Blaire asked if I wanted the ceremony outside again. In 15 minutes, the team flipped the space and we had our beautiful outdoor ceremony with a rainbow over our heads all thanks to Blaire and her quick, efficient proactiveness. They definitely go above and beyond to make sure you enjoy your day and I would definitely recommend Joyfully Co. for all your wedding planning!

I knew early on, even before we started wedding planning, that I wanted to hire Joyfully to help coordinate our wedding, and I’m so glad I did. From beginning to end, they were so helpful, supportive, and patient every step of the way.

Hannah Lee was our day of coordinator for our wedding and she was so sweet, helpful and amazing at her job! We had so many moving parts (three outfit changes, an entirely separate tea ceremony during cocktail hour, ceremony-to-reception flip, 12+ different vendors) and yet Hannah managed them all with aplomb and allowed every thing to occur without a hitch. She even stayed until the very end to make sure all of our stuff was packed and we made it to the cars ok. I highly recommend her to anyone seeking an amazing wedding planner/coordinator!

I can't imagine how our wedding would've turned out if it weren't for the guidance and support of Joyfully Co. and specifically our amazing planner Sharon! The day of the wedding was genuinely stress-free and I enjoyed every second of it with the weight of worrying about the small details lifted off my shoulders. I can't recommend them more!!!

Where can we even start?

When we were first searching for our wedding coordinator, Joyfully Co's name immediately stood out because joy and laughter were a big part of our own relationship and it was easy to see from their website that their values and ideals matched our own.

We only needed the basic day-of-coordination services, so we went for the Joy package, but they provided SO much more than we expected - starting with having their services start 2 months prior. And in our case, they were even able to make an exception to begin our services almost 3 months prior since our venue wanted the walkthrough to be scheduled 2-3 months prior.

Yes there were many logistical things that Joyfully Co provided during the planning process from providing various templates, checklists, tips, and vendor communications to also having various rentals available to us. The biggest logistical help they provided is most certainly all of the manpower they provide the day of the wedding for setup and teardown, but the main highlight of our experience with Joyfully Co had to be our senior coordinator, Hannah.

Hannah made the entire process SO easy that she was able to help us stay ahead of schedule in our planning. She's thorough, detail-oriented, provided a ton of advice, and so available and proactive that she really felt like a partner to bring our wedding ideas to life. We also loved that Hannah helped us to try to save some money by offering a discount on our candle rentals (discount for minimally used candles vs brand new). Although we didn't end up going with them because they were not the exact color we wanted, the gesture really showed us that she cared. And by the time the day of the wedding arrived, we felt so comfortable and at peace that we could truly both just be present and enjoy the wedding. This certainly would not have been possible without Hannah and Joyfully Co.

If there is one thing that sums up how much we enjoyed working with Hannah and Joyfully Co it's this: After the wedding, we got a little sad that we don't get to interact with Hannah anymore [we low-key want to be her friend]; so because we want to potentially see Hannah again, we're offering Joyfully Co's services to our friends who just got engaged as a wedding gift. We cannot recommend Hannah and Joyfully Co enough!

Working with Joyfully Co was truly one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. From the very beginning, they were an absolute pleasure to work with—thoughtful, professional, and genuinely invested in making our day perfect.

They say you should feel like the guest of honor at your own wedding, and that’s exactly how my husband and I felt. Even more importantly, our loved ones were also able to relax and enjoy the day without worrying about logistics.
