We got married this November and we hired the team for partial planning. Blaire was our wedding coordinator and we were so happy to work with her! She was always available via text or email for any questions or concerns I had and she really made sure throughout the day that I was as stress free as possible. It was sadly raining on our big day which forced us to move our ceremony inside despite months of planning for an outdoor ceremony. However, right before guest arrival, the rain stopped and Blaire asked if I wanted the ceremony outside again. In 15 minutes, the team flipped the space and we had our beautiful outdoor ceremony with a rainbow over our heads all thanks to Blaire and her quick, efficient proactiveness. They definitely go above and beyond to make sure you enjoy your day and I would definitely recommend Joyfully Co. for all your wedding planning! -

Hannah Lee was our day of coordinator for our wedding and she was so sweet, helpful and amazing at her job! We had so many moving parts (three outfit changes, an entirely separate tea ceremony during cocktail hour, ceremony-to-reception flip, 12+ different vendors) and yet Hannah managed them all with aplomb and allowed every thing to occur without a hitch. She even stayed until the very end to make sure all of our stuff was packed and we made it to the cars ok. I highly recommend her to anyone seeking an amazing wedding planner/coordinator! -

Sharon was amazing to work with for our month-of coordination! She was super easy to communicate with, always quick to respond, and really helped ease our minds as our big day approached. Anytime we had a question or felt unsure about something, she was there with an answer or helpful suggestion. We also were able to rent some of our decor from Joyfully at a discounted rate (easels, candles, picture frames, etc.)
On the wedding weekend itself, we didn't have to worry about a thing as Sharon kept everything moving smoothly and made sure we could just focus on enjoying the moment. It was a big relief to hand off all of the small details to her and feel confident that we could rely on her. Our families even told us what a joy she was to work with and be around!
We are so glad we had Sharon and Joyfully throughout this process. We highly recommend Joyfully if you want a stress-free planning process and wedding day! -

Working with Hannah was one of the best parts of our wedding planning experience. We hired her for partial planning, and from the very beginning, she made everything feel so manageable and stress-free. She really took the time to understand our preferences and helped us find the perfect vendors that matched our vision and vibe.
Hannah was always organized, responsive, and incredibly helpful. Whether it was hopping on frequent Zoom calls, keeping us on track with timelines, or replying to texts with thoughtful advice (even for the tiniest of questions). Her calm and kind energy made the whole process not only smoother but also more fun.
One huge bonus: her team also offers wedding rentals! We rented candles, décor, and a large seating chart from them, which was such a lifesaver. We didn’t want to deal with sourcing all of those items or figuring out what to do with them afterward, so being able to rent directly through her made everything so much easier.
Our wedding day went so smoothly, nothing went wrong (or if it did, I had no idea, because Hannah was on top of everything!). I wouldn't change a single thing about it. It was truly perfect, and a big part of that is thanks to her.
Now that the wedding is over, I honestly feel sad I won’t get to work with Hannah anymore! If you're even slightly on the fence about hiring a planner, do yourself a favor and reach out to Joyfully. They were such an essential part of making our day as amazing as it was. -

Planning our wedding from across the country could have easily been overwhelming, but working with Blaire and the Joyfully Co. team made all the difference. Even from thousands of miles away, we felt supported and understood.

I truly don’t know how I could have managed planning and executing our wedding without the incredible team at Joyfully Co. From the very beginning, they were by my side, walking me through every single detail—big and small. Whether it was designing the menu or making the tiniest aesthetic decisions, they offered thoughtful guidance and support every step of the way. They even extended their services to help me plan our rehearsal dinner, which was above and beyond what I expected.
Wedding planning can be incredibly stressful, but Sharon, Blaire, and the Joyfully Co team made the process feel so much more manageable—and even enjoyable. Anytime I started to feel overwhelmed or had a last-minute question (which happened more than a few times!), they were always there to calm me down and provide reassurance. Their presence was truly grounding.
On the wedding day itself, Sharon and Blaire were absolute lifesavers. They made sure we were fed, helped bustle my dress, assisted with getting it on, and supported us during our paebaek ceremony. They were everywhere we needed them to be, often before we even realized we needed something.
The day went by in a beautiful blur, and it was nothing short of perfect—and that’s entirely thanks to them. Joyfully Co made the impossible feel easy, and I’ll forever be grateful for their warmth, professionalism, and unwavering support.
After everything, I actually found myself missing our meetings and the interactions with them. They weren’t just our planners—they felt like part of the journey. My only regret is that we didn’t get a group photo together with the Joyfully Co team to remember it all by.

We are so glad we went with Joyfully Co. to be our wedding coordinator! Even though we went with the Joy package, I felt like we were still treated with the utmost respect as if we hired them for the full planning (I can only imagine how stress-free and amazing that package will be for anyone).
Hannah has been wonderful to work with from the beginning. She was professional, delightful, organized, VERY communicative, and exuded the best do-not-stress aura throughout the entire process!! We also loved how they have a wide variety of rental items available, so any small items that we do not want to provide ourselves, Joyfully Co. gladly took care of it.
On the day of, Hannah and her team were SO AMAZINGGG!!! I literally did not have to stress about any of the preparation and setup. They even took care of ALL my DIY items (a good amount too) and executed it per my vision perfectly! T-T Even with any last minute changes, they were more than happy to accommodate. Coordination with vendors was flawless! We were literally stressing because it was sprinkling hard before our Ceremony start time and we had to decide to move it indoors stat. I looked at Hannah and she looked so chill about the sprinkling and the time we had to wait for it to stop, so we made the decision to keep our Ceremony outdoors. And voila! The rain stopped just in time!
We are so grateful to have found the Joyfully Co. team and I am sure anyone else who chooses Joyfully Co. for any event planning will feel the same!! There is a reason they are so highly rated and listed as a preferred vendor!!!

We got married in October in the OC, and hiring the Joyfully team to help us plan our wedding was one of the best decisions we made! We went with the full-service package as my partner and I both work pretty demanding jobs. In hindsight, we are so glad we opted for the full-service package because doing so saved us so much time and stress. There is still so much you have to do and deal with during wedding planning so it was great to know that we had a team behind us taking care of things and keeping us on track. Blaire was our main planner, and we also worked with Hannah and Sharon along the way. All 3 ladies are so kind, knowledgeable, and overall just a pleasure to work with!
With the full-service package, the team connected us with the most amazing vendors at varying price levels, which we appreciated. This saved us SO much time of having to do our own research. We also really appreciated the honest advice they gave us in terms of where to spend vs. where to save. This is the kind of insight that we would've never had on our own and was so valuable to receive from an experienced wedding planner. There were also a few times where Blaire stepped in and advocated on our behalf with some of our vendors which resulted in less stress for us and more money saved. They also worked with us to execute the vision we had in terms of design and aesthetics. Even though we had a few changes of heart with some design elements along the way, the team didn't flinch and gladly adjusted things for us. Joyfully also offers their own rental items (discount included with the full-service package), and renting most of our decor items through them also saved us a lot of time and money (can you sense a theme here?!).
Fast forward to our wedding day, everything looked so beautiful and the evening went so smoothly. It was truly the happiest day of our lives! We had always heard horror stories of things going wrong on your wedding day, but for us, none of that happened & if it did, we didn't even know because Blaire and her team took care of it for us. We got so many genuine compliments from our guests about how much they enjoyed our wedding and a lot of that was because of the thoughtful planning efforts of Joyfully Co.! We are truly so grateful for the Joyfully Co. team and wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone searching for a wedding planner! -

Stress-free, most perfect wedding ever
Choosing Joyfully Co. for our wedding planning services was the BEST decision we made throughout the entire wedding planning. Blaire was a phenomenal wedding planner in that she was incredibly flexible, patient, and helpful throughout the entire process. My husband and I changed our minds about a hundred times on hotel venue vs small elopement and even went back and forth between several venues. Blaire was never impatient with us and truly wanted us to have the best day.
The wedding day itself was perfect. I could not have hoped for a more organized, effortless, and stress-free experience. Throughout the day, Blaire and Sharon checked up on all of our guests and made sure their needs were met. They checked on us and asked if we needed anything, they handled all minor issues flawlessly and kept us informed so we felt none of the stress.

The entire Joyfullyco team was an absolute delight to work with. We booked their month-of coordination services, and it helped so much with the stress of the final details. Sharon, our senior planner, was a godsend during the entire process. From curating our timeline, guiding us through our rehearsal, and managing all affairs the day-of, she was such a tremendous help. Without her, we would not have had an enjoyable wedding! On the day of our wedding, Sharon, Blaire, and Hannah were on top of it all, making sure we were staying on schedule and making sure everyone was where they needed to be. Our florals were also taken care of by the Joyfullyco team and they turned out even better than what I had envisioned. If anyone is on the fence about having a dedicated event coordinator for their wedding, I would say it is 100000% worth it! I felt that I was truly able to enjoy my wedding day because we had so many helping hands in the background taking care of all the details. Special shoutout as well to Hannah, who helped us out in the beginning with florals and initial contracts, and Blaire for handling our initial consultation and also day-of activities. We worked with the Joyfully Co team for their full wedding planning package and it was the BEST decision! Throughout the whole process, the team was so organized and communicative. They guided us through every part of the planning process and design decisions. We were very busy with some major life changes (multiple moves, new jobs) over the course of wedding planning and they truly took care of everything. All of the vendors they recommended to us were also wonderful.
Our wedding day was perfect and everything was SO beautiful! The bridesmaids were all raving about how smooth and low stress the day was and I TOTALLY agree. It felt busy but not at all hectic or frantic because we just knew that Blaire and Hannah were on top of everything, all the details would be taken care of, and everything would work out 😊 They coordinated with all the vendors and made sure everything was seamless. If there were any vendor/day-of hiccups, I'm still not even aware. We are so grateful that we were able to be fully present for our wedding day. We just went/did whatever they and our photographers directed us to, focused on eachother and our guests, and enjoyed every minute. My extended family told me afterwards that they were amazed with how naturally everything flowed and all our guests had a wonderful time.

Choosing Joyfully Co. to be my wedding coordination team was easily one of the best decisions I made for my wedding! I had the pleasure of working with senior planner, Sharon, and she was AMAZING! I literally cannot emphasize enough how great of a job she did, and the other Joyfully Co. team members on the day of the wedding executed flawlessly as well. I had some of my friends who already got married say how they wish they had gone with Joyfully Co. as their coordinator instead. They handled even the tiniest of situations - for example, I forgot to put on deodorant on my wedding day and Sharon pulled through and saved me lol. I cannot recommend this team enough!! -

Having Joyfully Co. coordinate our wedding was truly a "joy"! From the first meeting with Hannah, we loved the breakdown of their wedding coordination and packages, and services they offered. We worked with Hannah for the last 2 months before our wedding, and she was very communicative, extremely organized, and flexible to accommodate our time and needs. This was such a kind gesture because both my husband and I work, so we really appreciated her thoughtfulness.
My husband and I thought we planned a lot for our wedding, so we went into our first meeting thinking we were prepared. However, she had an extremely thorough spreadsheet that helped us truly prepare for our wedding to the last detail. There were so many things that we would have never thought of, but because of her help, we were able to plan our dream wedding. We were so thankful to have hired a professional because it was truly worth every penny!
They also have a rental package with so many options to match your style, so I highly recommend taking advantage of their deal while working with them!
Before the wedding, Hannah gave us a list of things to prepare and reminders of how to take care of ourselves during the day. She also took any decorations or special things that we wanted to be set up at the venue to take the load off of us during the rehearsal to help us feel less stressed for the day. This helped us feel more prepared. On the day of the wedding, we were amazed to see how beautifully Hannah and her team, Blaire and Helen set up our venue. You do not need to worry about aesthetics at all, because they have an eye for beauty. Everything looked AMAZING. They made sure everything ran smoothly, so my husband and I did not have to worry about anything. They made us feel comfortable, happy, and pure joy.
Hannah also shared with us the videos that her team filmed from my wedding, which was an additional gift that we were so happy to receive, so we could relive our day until we receive our wedding photos!
We would love to work with Joyfully again for our future events and would 200% recommend them to everyone in a heartbeat. Put your trust in them and you will not regret it! -

Systematic and professional wedding arrangements
I could feel a lot of preparation and effort to proceed systematically before the wedding for the bride and groom. INITIAL CALL – We had our call with Blaire and was looking at the Joy Package (Basic Day-Of Coordination). After speaking with her on the phone and still inquiring other coordinators.. we instantly knew Blaire and her team were THE ONE.
JOYFULLY – These Ladies truly serve and do everything joyfully. Huge thank you to Sharon for being our lead coordinator! Being part of the hospitality industry it was truly hard to let go of certain things and wanted things a certain way, but speaking/meeting with Sharon.. all those worries went away and literally *cue Frozen* LET IT GOOOOOOOOO~
ORGANIZED/PUNCTUAL – This team is so organized it sparked so much joy during this planning process. Emails and communications were very clear and straight to the point. Our meetings in person/virtual were always successful and sometimes not necessary because we were so organized 😊

We could not have asked for a more perfect wedding day, and we are so thankful to Blaire, Sharon, and Hannah for helping to make it happen. We got the Love Package for design, styling, and coordination, which was the best investment we could make when planning. From start to finish, the team was responsive and attentive to every question and concern I had. Blaire understood my vision well, and it was amazing to see it all come together in our reception room reveal. Joyfully helped to create a beautiful design that had the romantic feel I wanted, bringing my various ideas together into a cohesive look. Rentals by them were also a great addition that helped to take the stress off figuring out the little details and logistics with decor.
As for coordination, they truly delivered. They were so helpful and supportive especially in the last week leading up to the event, remaining flexible with last minute changes that arose. I felt very much taken care of during our rehearsal which eased my anxiety going in, and the day played out as well as it could have. We are still getting compliments from our friends and family about how beautiful and well run our wedding was. While I had most of the planning in place, it felt so good to have Joyfully take the reins in the last month and keep everything on track for us on the day of. In sum, I cannot express enough how grateful we are to have had Joyfully as part of our wedding dream team. I would absolutely hire them again for future special occasions (future baby’s dohl perhaps? :)) and recommend to anyone looking for an incredibly well executed event with the ultimate support - you will not regret it! -

We couldn’t have asked for a better coordinator for our wedding than Sharon. From the very beginning, communicating with Joyfully Co was easy and the whole team at Joyfully Co is so organized and professional. Sharon hit the ground running from day 1 of coordination take-over and made sure she knew everything we wanted and needed to make our wedding day a stress-free day for us. She took the time to ask us a lot of questions during our planning meetings which was so helpful because N and I often times hadn’t even thought of those details of our wedding before. In the days leading up to the wedding, Sharon helped to run an efficient rehearsal at the venue and our whole wedding party couldn’t stop raving about how smoothly the rehearsal went. On our wedding day, Sharon and her team were amazing at facilitating every part of our day. Everything ran so smoothly and on-time that we often had to wonder how everything was happening so perfectly - but then remembered it was because of Sharon and her magic behind the scenes. She is very easy going, calm, and light-hearted, but also has a way of directing people in a gentle but assertive demeanor. She manages wedding guests with such ease and kindness (and there are a lot of types of wedding guests a coordinator has to manage in a day). Many of our wedding guests commented after the wedding how our wedding was one of the best they’ve ever attended and were astonished how every part of our wedding schedule ran on time. Sharon is spectacular and I’m so glad I chose Joyfully Co to coordinate our wedding day. They are truly a joy to work with and are highly experienced in what they do. -

Amazing. Stunning. The best bang for your buck.
Blaire, Hannah, and Sharon from Joyfully Co. were truly the only reasons I was able to enjoy my wedding and the wedding planning process. In 2022 and beyond, it’s so so stressful to handle all the little and big things about having a wedding. I work in-person, full time, and I know for certain I could not have done even half as good of a job as the Joyfully Co girls did.
Trust me when I say that if you’re thinking of just DIY-ing and planning everything yourself, you’re going to wish you had a planner the whole way through. My significant other and I had so many moments throughout the year of planning and several times on the day of where we said out loud to each other “Thank god we have a planner.” I’m pretty sure a lot more went wrong the day of that we had no idea about but the girls handled it all for us.
Spending money on a wedding is about knowing what things to splurge on, and your sanity should definitely be priority number one. -

Amazing team to work with!
My husband and I got married back in August and we used JoyfullyCo as our day-of Wedding Coordinators.. and let me tell you, they were the sweetest and most helpful girls I have ever met.
We are a bit late with our review, but it is not because we weren't satisfied with their services. There are a few commonly used wedding coordinating services in OC, but I am so glad we got to work with the team at JoyfullyCo. We did the day-of coordinating package with them and despite us purchasing that package, they started to prep everything and constantly communicated with us 2 months prior to our wedding. From the first call with Blaire to our multiple calls with our main day-of coordinator, Sharon, everything and everyone was so helpful and so informative. Both my husband and I were pretty particular in how we envisioned our wedding to be and they were so accommodating and patient with us during the entire process. They were also very understanding of our budget and was willing to work with us so we can have our wedding the way we want at the budget that works for us.
We also bought our wedding florals and decoration rentals from them. I did not expect much because we didn't want to spend too much on florals, but let me tell you. I was surprised when I walked into our venue because our arch was beautiful, my bouquet was exactly how I envisioned, and everything felt so perfect. I thought that I would be so stressed on the day of our wedding, but the day ended in a blink of an eye and I was rather sad that my time with JoyfullyCo and everything they have done for us has come to an end. I still think about our wedding day .. and that is only possible because of everything that Blaire, Sharon, and the team has done for us.

Joyfully Co. has been amazing through our entire wedding planning process, and delivering of services discussed for the day of. We initially had meetings with Blaire to discuss expectations and overall needs/wants and timing of deadlines. We then worked with Hannah to get the details kickstarted - decorations, vendors info, general timeline, contracts, etc. Our senior coordinator was Sharon who helped us with literally everything else - decoration layout and suggestions, communicating with the vendors/bridal party, quotes with rentals, idea recommendations, and much much more. Day of, Sharon set up of the decorations, directed our bridal party to respective locations, checked in with the bride & groom throughout the reception, helped with the wedding dress, brought more food to our sweetheart table, cleaned up at the end of the event, etc (emphasis on etc because she did so much more). She helped run the wedding rehearsal the day before with the entire bridal party & family. Even after the venue staff left she stayed after to do another run through with our party. We felt comfortable having Sharon there and lead how the agenda will run/responsibilities to ask questions and receive feedback (ie - smile when walking down the aisle and standing beside B&G at the altar). Sharon even took alot of behind the scenes footage via pics and videos which were so special to see the entire day from a different perspective. Forever thankful for Sharon *heart*
Overall vibes of the team was so friendly and welcoming, becoming friends who celebrate a new stage of life together. This has to be one of the top decisions we made to work with Joyfully Co because (1) it was nice to have a reliable team to talk to throughout the planning process, (2) the EXECUTION was so beyond what was spoken about - the entire day was truly beautiful, even the guests complimented! I can go on and on about our positive experience working with Joyfully Co. They are more than just an event planning team, they are friends celebrating together with us/their clients. They truly take time to get to know each couple/client and make the entire journey super personable. Lowkey wishing to host more large events to work with them again! :) -

Blaire and her team were truly incredible to work with! I found Joyfully Co. about 6 months before my wedding and upon our first phone call, I immediately knew they were the right decision for me. Blaire is very thorough and calm and she handled everything I threw at her with grace. Joyfully Co, offers their own rentals which is great because everything can come from one place and that takes away the stress of having multiple vendors for rentals.
Day-of, Blaire and her team set everything up beautifully for us and it was such a stress free day for me. They were there to help implement the timeline, bustle my dress, and make sure all the vendors were taken care of among a million other things!
I would absolutely say that if you have the room in your budget, Joyfully Co. is well worth the investment. -

My wife and I used Blaire as our wedding planner and she was great! She has different options for how heavily involved she can be. My wife and i wanted to be as hands off as possible so we went with her Faith package, and we are happy with how our wedding turned out! She helped us select vendors, took on the design of everything after we found some ideas on Pinterest, and accommodated some of our less common requests. She really helped take a lot of the stress out of planning our wedding. She is well organized and gave us homework after we chatted with her, which was helpful as she has a checklist of everything that needs to get done and by when. Then on the wedding day, she and her team were well organized such that my wife and I could just take part in our wedding day, enjoy the ride, and not have to worry about any of the details or operations of the day. Not only is she a great wedding planner but also really easy to talk to. Would recommend her as a wedding planner! -

Best wedding planner ever
Our wedding was 9/18/21. We couldn’t have had our perfect wedding day without the help of Blaire and her team. Right when you meet her, she genuinely wants to make sure your wedding is everything you’ve dreamed of. She's personable, reliable, punctual, and professional. Wedding planning on my end was an absolute breeze. We had to postpone our wedding due to COVID-19. She accommodated to all of our needs. She has a wonderful eye/aesthetic to what you’re looking for. We had a timeless/classy wedding with hints of Disney, Korean culture, our puppy, and Broadway. She has excellent recommendations and relationships with vendors. All of our vendors were fantastic. We rented quite a few decor items from her and they were beautiful. The photos I attached will showcase her incredible talent. Just amazing
Blaire and her team was the best decision I made for my intimate and non-traditional wedding in Ladera Ranch. I’m also an event planner and knew I couldn’t handle the stress of planning and coordinating everything on my own so I scheduled a consultation for day-of coordination with Blaire and after she walked me through her process in such detail and care, I immediately knew I’d be in good hands. She asked the most detailed questions making sure everything had a clear vision and plan. A few days prior to the wedding, she sent out a detailed timeline and schedule of events to all the vendors including myself and the bridal party which helped everything go seamlessly.
The day-of, it was extremely hot for a September wedding and Blaire and her team executed everything flawlessly and with no complaints. From the set up, styling, timing of events, to breakdown of the entire day, she handled it so professionally and perfectly.

They are the dream team
Blaire and her team are absolutely the best in the business. My dream wedding happened in November of 2021 at the Richard Nixon Library and my family and wedding party were so impressed with how they coordinated the entire event. They covered every little detail and there was not a moment that was not perfect. If you want your wedding planning and wedding day to be smooth sailing, use Joyfully Co. I sometimes have a hard time making decisions and Blaire made the best suggestions and made it easier for me. Best decision ever
I hired Blaire for my wedding, and she was so amazing that I had to hire her again for my son’s first birthday. She’s someone I always highly recommend because she’s so good at what she does. For my wedding, she was so good at balancing what I wanted and what my own parents and in laws wanted within budget. She made sure to never compromise on my vision and always suggested multiple options to see what I would like best. She made wedding planning less of a headache and always checked in on me. I hired her for styling + day of coordination at that time, but I should’ve just let her handle everything because she went above and beyond to make my dreams come true. If you can, hire her for the full service because she is definitely worth it. I hired her last minute for my son’s first birthday full service with only a color scheme theme and she was like magic. It turned out way better than I could’ve imagined. Her team is smiling and very helpful as well. -

Words cannot express our gratitude towards Blaire and her staff members. Our wedding came out really nice, and it was something we've always imagined for our wedding. Our wedding was the PERFECT wedding, and her team made it possible. Everyone who came to our wedding (friends and family) all said that the wedding was well planned, including the theme, decorations, and all the small details. We genuinely think that it was possible all because of them. Blaire communicated so well with us before the event, towards the event, and the day before. She made sure to recheck everything, so we didn't miss anything in between and had everything under control.
