From the start, we were impressed with Cortney's organization. When we were looking around for potential planners, Cortney was the one with an online calendar, different booking options, etc. available to view before we became her clients. She knew all about our venue (The Casa Romantica in San Clamente) and helped us with all the planning surrounding that, like knowing what the best table arrangements would be with the amount of guests we had and how to navigate our wedding around the landslide damage. Cortney asked us questions about the wedding that we would've never thought about! She was also so helpful with the actual day and with the timing right of the ceremony, reception, etc. Especially when my guest brought a plus one without telling me, or anyone, and we had to scramble getting an extra seat at their table during cocktail hour. My zipper for my after party dress also broke, which Cortney personally saved me with a bunch of safety pins she just happened to have. Talk about prepared! It's been nearly a year since the wedding and we STILL get friends and family telling us how smooth it all went and how it was one of the most fun weddings they've been to! A wedding planner is incredibly worth it, but Cortney went above and beyond. During the reception, a guest even asked us who the planner was because they were impressed with how everything was flowing. Cortney clearly has a method that works!

I cannot express how grateful I am for choosing Sara as my wedding planner and making my wedding a magical experience! She was, without a doubt, the best investment I could have made for my special day. The entire wedding took place in March, with a breathtaking ocean view and a stunning theme that Sara transformed from a vision into a reality. First and foremost, if you have an idea for your wedding day, trust Sara to bring it to life! She attentively listened to my ideas and created a design that was nothing short of extraordinary. I trusted her honesty about the budget. Not only did she stick to it, but she also listed additional upgrades that could enhance the design if I had some wiggle room around the budget. Guests who have attended numerous weddings, some of which have cost millions, were in complete awe of Sara’s work. My mother-in-law's friends still rave about my wedding, and it has become a memorable topic of conversation! Another aspect I truly appreciated was Sara’s extensive network of wedding vendors. Every person she recommended—be it for flowers, cakes, or decorations—was top-notch and reasonably priced. It was comforting to know that I was in good hands with her professional choices. Perhaps the best quality of Sara is how she takes the stress out of the wedding planning process. She consistently checked in with other wedding vendors and provided me with thorough summaries. There was one particularly hectic moment when I received an urgent email from the caterer about the menu during a demanding workday. I felt overwhelmed until, a few minutes later, Sara sent me a recommendation complete with names and various options. In that moment, I felt an immense wave of relief wash over me, and I actually wanted to kiss her for saving me from that stress! If you're looking for a wedding planner who will become your best friend, listen to your rants, and help you realize your dreams, Sara is your go-to person. She not only stayed on budget but also delivered a fairy tale event styling with remarkable problem-solving skills while remaining composed. This is precisely the type of wedding planner you want by your side on your special day. Thank you, Sara, for making my wedding a day to remember! You are simply the best!
