The flow of the wedding was flawless, from the Ceremony to the Cocktail Hour then to the Reception, it was PERFECT. From the initial phone call to the big weekend itself, every detail was meticulously handled with care and professionalism.

When we started the planning process with Ryann, we had a vague idea of what we wanted: an intimate, fun, low-key wedding, but we didn’t know exactly how to execute that. She helped us to discover what would be perfect for us, and our friends and family loved it too! She took the time to hear us out, and truly understood our vision and brought it to life beyond our expectations.

Her expertise in vendor selection, timeline management, and design coordination made the entire process seamless and stress-free. Communication was prompt and clear throughout the planning process. She gracefully kept us focused on one task at a time, never overwhelming us. Any concerns or questions we had were addressed promptly, and her flexibility and adaptability were invaluable.

She had incredible recommendations for every vendor we needed. She worked SO well with vendors we already had in mind. She was especially helpful with our request for all vegan food (which our non-vegan guests even still talk about how good everything was).

We ended up doing a private, courthouse wedding with just immediate family, then photos on a state beach (which she helped us get a permit for), then a private dinner with a few more friends that night. The next day, we had a reception with over 100 guests.

Literally every aspect of the weekend ran smoothly. Her calm and collected attitude, attention to detail, and care for our special day was evident in every aspect.

Our guests were blown away by the beauty and organization of the reception, and still talk about how it was such an incredible day. Some say it was their favorite wedding ever!!! We owe it all to Ryann. Thanks to her, we were able to fully immerse ourselves in the joy of our wedding day without worrying about a single thing. It truly was an incredible weekend.

Ryann was a blessing to work with and made the stress of communicating with all vendors and assembling minute details a breeze. Her and her team are professional, knowledgeable, and organized. When you work with Ryann, you are not only getting a wedding planner, but a therapist, designer, problem solver, and ninja. No really, she is truly a ninja whether it was popping over to our table to make sure we were having a good time, to ensuring that our schedule was flowing, and even saving my wife from a stray spider!

She is an expert wedding planner from the ever adjusting timeline, to the small things like helping us find our Uber at the end of the night.

Choosing Ryann as our wedding coordinator was the BEST decision my husband and I made in our planning decisions. We knew we needed someone creative, reliable, communicative, strong-willed, detail-driven, and understanding - and Ryann + her RKE team was not only that BUT MORE. From the very first phone call to our last meeting before the wedding, Ryann made sure to ask good questions and cover every base (ones we didn’t even know about)! She brings a wave a reassurance with her that eliminated any worry, anxiety, or stress we might’ve had throughout the process and on the day of.

Ryann and her assistant, Nicole, helped facilitate our Rehearsal Dinner with our Bridal Party - and also went out of the way to lend a helping hand in our set up. They are both so fast and so knowledgable, and made our night more enjoyable because of it! On the day of the wedding, Ryann was not only there early to make sure everything was ready and prepared for our vendors. We were told during the wedding process that things would go wrong, which did end up happening - as we dropped the ball and forgot all of our mixers and garnishes for our full. BUT - Ryann not only made an immediate decision on how to problem solve, but was so verbally assuring that the night would still be as great as planned. Nicole was able to make a run out during our ceremony and have everything back before we knew it - having an assistant there on the day of is a MUST!

Overall, Ryann Kristena Events made sure we had the best and most memorable wedding day with a smile and professionalism that I simply cannot recommend more. Whether you are a Type-A person looking for someone to pass the baton off to a couple months out, or a couple who needs ALL the help and someone to run the show - Ryann is your answer. Ryann is worth EVERY PENNY! I was the type of bride that was pinching every penny, trying to stretch our budget as much as I could. So when I first heard we were required to have a day of coordinator at our venue I was bummed since it was an expense I didn't account for originally in our budget, but man was I wrong to overlook this necessity. She helped fulfill my poorly communicated vision (I can thank my easy-going personality for that one) beyond my expectations. She was always so upbeat and optimistic and beyond helpful. On our wedding day there were a few hiccups but we had NO IDEA because she took care of it for us so we could enjoy our day. She really saved our wedding and made it perfect, especially when our venue a few months away from our wedding changed leadership. She is so organized and thorough. Truly a wedding angel. Find the space in your budget to hire her! You will not regret her expertise. I truly can go on and on about how amazing she is and everything she did or made possible for us. Seriously, hire her and thank yourself later.

Ryann made my Wedding day a breeze. If i could do it all over again i would hire her again in a heartbeat. She was knowledgeable and helped me out with everything I needed help with and things I didn’t even know I needed help with.

Ryann was absolutely phenomenal. We wouldn’t have had the wedding of our dreams with out her. The day was so stress free and went off without a hitch. I felt like she was along us every step of the way even though I live in Colorado. The day of the wedding, we had to end a few hours early because of all the rain California has been receiving and she made sure everything was cleaned, organized, put away, and the party could still keep going. Ryann made our wedding day a true dream. Originally, we thought we could handle planning the wedding ourselves, in a short amount of time, we realized we needed some help. My husband and I reside in Utah and trying to plan a wedding in a different state was extremely difficult. Luckily, we had a venue, but other than that we were at a standstill. Ryann was a lifesaver, and I couldn't have done it without her. She was responsive on any questions we had and available when I made trips to Cali to meet in person. I feel like she took time to understand my vision and what I wanted overall, then helped me select different vendors that would help me achieve my goal. When working with the vendors referred, you could tell that Ryann has taken time to vet the best, they were professional, friendly, and you could see and feel the pride they take in their work.
