What a find Serendipity was! We don't know what we would have done with Caroline Chang (the owner/founder) who was our personal planner/coordinator. We actually requested just the coordinating service from Caroline, but she actually helped us plan and did some vendor referrals for us for free! We has a great, calm demeanor which is great if anyone's stressed on the day of or the days leading up to the day. Caroline also brought two assistants and she personally tended to us the day of. We can't think of anything more we could've asked for from Caroline, and she also referred us to the awesome DJ. We would recommend her to anyone with no hesitation.

Words cannot express my gratitude for Michele Robb and the amazing team at The Perfect Fairytale. I’ve known Michele since grade school and always knew she was going to be a fun and successful boss babe. Not only has she created a fun and successful company but her team at The Perfect Fairytale is creative, professional, and makes everything stress free! The day of the wedding was the best day of our lives and it wouldn’t have happened if it wasn’t for Michele. She made our wedding dreams come true! It was the PERFECT wedding and it's all because of her. I came to Michele with a simple idea and her and her team worked their magic and brought it to life. If you think you don't need a wedding planner/day of coordinator, think again and if you think you can go with just any one think again! Michele is a top-notch planner and I am incredibly lucky to have had her help. She always made me feel as though she had everything 100% under control. Trust me, you want this in a planner! It's like she was reading my Husband Kyle and my minds! I loved everything she came up with and her calm and easy going vibe really helped relax us through the entire journey. She respected our input and added her special designer eye to our ideas. The day of the wedding ran so smoothly. Everything, every person, every moment... HIRE Michele and her team!! I give Jemie 10 stars across the board!!! I have to admit that when I first met Jemie I was not at all looking for a wedding planner but the more I interacted with her, the more it became evident that I needed someone like her on board. What makes Jemie the best in the trade is that she executes your plan both efficiently and effortlessly for a great price. She goes above and beyond what is expected to help you, the bride and groom, get the things you want and need for your wedding day. When my husband and I hired JSK Events (we got the "Citrine" level of service) we hadn't envisioned anything but an outdoor wedding. From the beginning (before we had even officially hired JSK Events) Jemie was sending ample amounts of resources (i.e. photos of weddings on the web for inspiration, sample vows, info on how to make my best friend the officiant of our ceremony, info for some of the best and affordable hair stylists, makeup artists, florists, dressmakers, fabric shops, caterers, DJ's, musicians with different musical styles, photographers, and videographers in Southern California; she even sent me links to websites concerning the names and types of different fabrics that exist!). These invaluable resources kept coming our way 6 months before the wedding and they were never "too much". In fact, the resources that she provided us were money in the bank as it saved me the time from looking up these things on my own and helped direct me as I was planning MY perfect wedding. More importantly she never took creative control and never did she impose her opinion or will on us; my husband and I can testify to this fact as neither of us had a clue of what we wanted in the beginning and we managed to have probably the BEST & MOST BEAUTIFUL wedding on planet Earth in the year 2010 all thanks to Jemie (seriously, this is no exaggeration). But if you so happen to be a bride/groom-to-be who doesn't want to do any planning, Jemie is 200% capable of doing that as well because she just simply has the answers to the questions before you even ask them. For example, there were several items we wanted to get for our wedding but hadn't really thought about how we were going to obtain them as most of these items turned out to be rare finds. Just when I was going to sit down with Jemie to discuss these items, she started the meeting off by suggesting that we borrow things when possible. Or when something goes wrong (like for example, your videographer tells you he hasn't the time to make your baby montage video 2 weeks before your wedding) Jemie is on the other end of the line with names of people who are already on the job. Sounds simple but let's just say that all her solutions saved us a lot of frustration and not to mention money. And there are plenty more examples of instances when Jemie found the solutions to problems before we realized that they were even problems... Lastly what I would like to share with people reading this site is that we didn't get any kickbacks for writing this review. What we write is true and veritable. Jemie is all of the above: professional, responsive, affordable, & flexible with 10 stars attached. The citrine service, which we purchased, allots for only 2 months of preplanning, but Jemie was there helping us from the very beginning, responding to every email and returning every phone call at GODSPEED (and fyi, we hired her 6 months before tying the knot)!!! Jemie was there every step of the way. She was professional, reliable and essentially the brain at our wedding. To call her a wedding "planner" (at least in our particular case) would be a little misleading as she never took creative control of our event. However what she did was marvelously execute a plan that my husband and I came up with. The day of our wedding we didn't have to lift a finger or think about doing anything...Jemie even ran back to my hotel room 1 minute before I was supposed to walk down the aisle to get the beloved vintage crocheted gloves I accidently left before running down to the wedding venue. JSK Events is just simply what you were looking for and then some!

If you’re on the fence about hiring a wedding planner at all, hire Natalie and A Good Affair. DO IT. It is more than worth it! I got married in December 2025 in my parent’s backyard in North Tustin, and our guests are still talking about how AMAZING our wedding day was! Yes, we have fabulous family and friends who love us, and they made our day extra special, but I’m telling you right now, the day was perfect because of Natalie and her team. The time and effort AGA went into getting to know us and our wedding must-haves put us at ease immediately. Planning a wedding is such a collaborative process, and we walked away from every meeting feeling heard and supported. The outcome? The best day of our lives! Natalie is one of the most professional talents in her field. I’m amazed at how she comes up with her amazing visions, and then brings them to life. Her organization, clear communication, and attention to detail are unmatched. On top of that, she is very well respected in the wedding community. Everyone I came into contact with assured me I was working with the best. SPOILER ALERT: We were! Team AGA took our ideas and transformed them into a well-curated dream. Every detail was beyond what I could have ever imagined! Additionally, Team AGA’s experience blew us away. The vendors they recommended were top-tier and brought the wedding day together seamlessly. From the DJ to the caterer to the florist to the HMU team, each vendor was thoughtfully chosen to meet the needs of our wedding. Team AGA truly listened to what we liked and brought together an even better vision than we could have ever hoped for! They anticipated everything, and handled day-of setbacks like pros. They created a calm and easy-going presence that set a peaceful tone for the day. Our wedding party and guests said it was THE BEST wedding they had been to or been a part of. My husband and I felt doted on up until our wedding exit, and we still talk about how much we miss Natalie, Kayla, and Jesica. Team AGA continue to be so thoughtful, and sent my sister and I flowers and sweet treats on our birthday in February. They truly became part of our family throughout the wedding planning process. If you’re looking to host an event everyone will rave about for years to come, hire A Good Affair. You won’t regret it.

Candice and her team supported us every step of the way - and she also was the planner for my sister as well as one of my bridesmaids! We wouldn't change a single thing about our wedding day, and that's because it was so well managed and executed by her team. They are detailed, thorough, and go out of their way to ensure you can be fully present with your spouse and guests while they take care of everything else.

California Fresh Catering served delicious food for our 230-guest buffet dinner wedding reception at the Fullerton Arboretum Bacon Pavilion. The salmon was perfectly cooked the beef was flavorful and tender. Guests commented throughout the evening about how good the food was and how the servers were taking such good care of them. Jamye was the event lead and she was at our complimentary tasting. She was so great to work with and flexible when we had some potential last-minute changes.

If you are reading this because you are looking for a professional wedding planner who you can trust, who will treat your time and money like their own, who will make your wedding absolutely beautiful, and who will ensure your day is stress free, stop looking and just hire Caroline Leggio!! Where do I even begin to write my review about Caroline, Samantha, Carrie, and the entire Pure Lavish team? My husband and I had such an incredible experience with this group that there are not enough words for us to begin to thank each and every one of them! I know this is a long review, but I promise it is worth the read…. We hired Pure Lavish a year before our wedding after working with another wedding planner who turned out to be a disaster. Our previous planner had wasted our time and money, treated us with rude and demeaning behavior, and quite frankly, traumatized us. We were scared to hire another planner after our previous negative experience, but after many hours of research and recommendations, we were lucky enough to find Pure Lavish. From the first time we spoke to them, we knew they were determined to turn our experience (and our wedding) around! They were able to take a tough situation and turn it into the wedding of our dreams. Caroline Leggio was our lead planner and designer. We cannot thank her enough for everything she has done. Her kindness, thoughtfulness, and attention to detail are unmatched. What makes Caroline so special is that she truly cares about her couples and she always puts them first. Trust me, Caroline is THE woman you want on your side throughout the process and on the big day! During the planning process, Caroline saw our wedding vision and listened to us. She created an absolutely beautiful design that was elevated, unique, and elegant. It was everything we could have dreamed of and more! She was not just respectful, but actually protective of our budget and treated every single dollar as if it was her own - advising us on what she felt was worth the spend and suggesting various ways that we could save. She answered endless emails and calls with patience and grace. She was always responsive, transparent, and happy to answer questions we had. She was also there to help navigate any challenges as they popped up. She provided her recommendations, always looked for solutions, and created a stress-free planning experience for us. Caroline is also extremely organized. She remembers every detail, even things we may have forgotten, and ensures they are completed. She was ALWAYS one step ahead of us - proactively sending emails to vendors, getting quotes, setting things up, and thinking of ways to make things better and easier for us without ever being asked. She truly went above and beyond. A great example of this behavior was a few days after our wedding, when I realized I didn't get a copy of the menu or our place cards for scrapbook keepsakes. I was pretty sad and actually emailed our stationary vendor to see if she could print replicas. A few hours later, I was cleaning up some wedding boxes and there they were - perfectly preserved and neatly placed in a bag by Caroline without us ever asking. She did this because she knew I was sentimental and would want them for later. Another example is on our wedding day, when she remembered our favorite cocktails and had them passed to us on a tray right after the ceremony. These are just a few examples, but she did little things like this a million times during the planning process and on our wedding day. She is truly the best! Caroline helped us assemble an all-star vendor team for our wedding. Her recommendations for vendors were amazing and each vendor we worked with was a master at their craft - from the florist, to rentals, stationary, videography, DJ, and more. She not only helped us pick the best vendors to execute our vision, but also people who were genuinely nice and supportive. Her recommendations were spot on and she helped us select a team that executed our vision flawlessly. On top of it all, Caroline has the most incredible positive attitude and demeanor. She was not just a wedding planner, she became part of the family. She is a friend to everyone. Our venue and vendors loved working with her. As we were checking out of the hotel after the wedding, the hotel manager came up to us to share how much she loved Caroline! For a 5 star hotel who does a lot of high end weddings, that says something! Our friends and family can also not stop raving about her, because each and every one of them had such positive interactions with her. On the day of the wedding, Caroline and the Pure Lavish team were cool, calm, collected and complete professionals. Caroline managed everything perfectly and once again, went above and beyond to make each detail beautiful. She brought such a positive energy to our wedding and truly cared about making it the best day possible for us. On the wedding day, she even helped wipe sand from my shoes after running on the beach for photos. She hates feet, but she loves her brides more! Once again, this is just one of many instances of Caroline doing what she does best - treating each bride like family and going out of her way to make sure your wedding is perfect for you. Caroline was also accompanied by Samantha Oropallo on the wedding day, who was our bridal concierge. WOW!! Sam and Caroline are the absolute dream team. While Caroline was running the whole production, Sam stayed with me and the bridesmaids to help us get ready. Sam was a lifesaver on the wedding day - she brought organization, positivity, and joy to a busy day. She helped me into my dress, fixed my hair, assisted my mother, gave me food and water, and rode around on a golf cart with me all day. Somehow, she also managed to wrangle 12 bridesmaids, 11 groomsmen, and 4 parents, and 1 grandparent. She even helped my husband cover up a stain on his shirt the morning of the wedding. She is truly a lifesaver and an absolute gem. I had no idea how instrumental she would be on the wedding day. We would have been a mess without her. She made both my husband and I feel so taken care of and at ease - we will never forget her kindness and compassion that day. Thank you Sam for making our wedding day so enjoyable and easy!! If you have read this review and choose to hire Caroline Leggio as your wedding planner, consider yourself lucky because you just hit the jackpot. You would be hard pressed to find anyone more capable, talented, smart, fun, thoughtful, and kind to help you plan your perfect day. Hiring Caroline was the best decision we ever made and we cannot wait to work with her for other events for many years to come! I cannot express how grateful we are for the amazing work that NPD Events did for our wedding. Carlos and Susan not only worked within our budget but exceeded our expectations in every way. The generous display of lush greenery and beautiful flowers transformed our venue into a dream come true. NPD Events went above and beyond, adding even more beauty and magic to our special day than we had ever imagined. We were pleasantly surprised and truly delighted with the results. Courtney is amazing she handled everything needed even before my wife needed it, Even a week after she was handling loose ends for us without being asked. You can't find a better coordinator for your wedding or event. It's not just what she can handle, it's the way she gets everything done, she will make sure your wedding day is in deed your special day. From planning to rehearsal to the big day and then after, she handled coordinating, flowers, caterer, seating, setting up dinner, cocktail party, two musical groups, photographers, cake cutting, video of ceremony, and more. If wedding coordinating were an Olympic event, Courtney would already have the gold medal. I'm the husband so for me to write about my wife's coordinator speaks volumes :)
