Adam and his Unoaked team is truly PHENOMENAL. We had a 250 person multiday Indian fusion wedding. My husband and I are both doctors so greatly appreciated how flexible Adam was with our schedule and his kindness and professionalism. He NAILED IT as our wedding planner!

The main event was at a private estate where he coordinated every single item and vendor perfectly. Adam handled it with such grace. There were many cultural nuances and Adam and his team Alyssa and Katie made it all so seamless!!!

We interviewed many wedding planners in OC and he quickly stood out because of his amazing organization and just loved talking with him. We had complete trust in him from the start. Our families are equally as obsessed with him. He wasn't stressed at all on our wedding, which I haven't always experienced as a bridesmaid at other weddings! He totally surpassed any expectation of what we had for a wedding planner.

Adam was absolutely incredible from start to finish! This was actually the second time our family has had the pleasure of working with Adam. The first time was for my sister-in-law’s wedding, and after seeing how amazing he was, there was no question that we wanted Adam to be a part of my husband’s and my wedding as well.

Adam is truly one of the best there is when it comes to the wedding industry. When other vendors may drop the ball, Adam is there to help pick up the pieces and make sure everything gets done right. He is incredibly detailed in his work and is genuinely such a kind person who somehow ends up feeling more like a friend by the end of the process.
