The main event was at a private estate where he coordinated every single item and vendor perfectly. Adam handled it with such grace. There were many cultural nuances and Adam and his team Alyssa and Katie made it all so seamless!!!

Adam did a fantastic job coordinating our son’s Bar Mitzvah at the Pacific Club. He brought creative ideas for both the event flow and overall design, and developed a detailed master plan that guided every part of the celebration. Behind the scenes, Adam worked seamlessly before and during the event to ensure all vendors were properly coordinated and integrated into the schedule.

On the day of the event, we truly got to enjoy ourselves as guests while Adam handled everything—from stage design and the ceremony to managing the pamphlet, gifts, and merchandise distribution. Adam was amazing. We booked him only a few months before our wedding after a last minute venue change and the loss of our original coordinator. He stepped in with confidence and built a beautiful outdoor ceremony in the garden at Temple Bat Yahm in Newport Beach. He advised on decor for a brand new space, set the right mix of cocktail tables, lounge furniture, umbrellas, yard games, and designed and installed the chuppah. We were worried about a dirt pathway, and he coordinated with Signature Party Rentals to cover it completely with artificial turf. It looked great and solved the problem.

The venue allowed only two hours for a very large setup including the turf, flowers, and chuppah. Adam orchestrated all vendors and had everything finished on time. He scheduled a rehearsal and walked us through every detail, asking the questions we had not even considered so that nothing was left to surprise. Throughout planning he was incredibly responsive by email and phone and flexible with our schedules.
